#4 From the vague career info in Wiki, She started as a U.S. Park Police Officer in NYC in 1988 after some time as a NY City park ranger, corrections officer and social worker. She moved from USPP patrol to become a canine officer, served in San Francisco, then to FLETC as an instructor, then back to NYC and on to D.C. In 24 yrs she moved from officer to Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Deputy Chief, Acting Chief and Chief of the Park Police, retiring in 2022. Six promotions in 22 years of service. After her retirement from federal service with the Park Police, MPD Hired her as the Chief Equity Officer to manage DEI.
