[NYPOST] The Democratic National Committee (DNC (If you're white you ain't right! )
...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate...
) drew widespread mockery Thursday over a since-deleted social media post that showed how the cost of groceries skyrocketed under former President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier ...
The X post included a graph of soaring cheese, alcohol, dairy, grocery, produce and meat prices dating back to October 2019, with the major inflection point being near the start of the Biden administration in 2021.
''Trump's America,'' read the tweet shared by @TheDemocrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people , white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
''Prices are higher today than they were on July 2024 all in major categories listed below,'' read the caption on the graphic, which did not note the source of the data.
The White House rapid response X account seized on the post — adding a ''Biden'' label with two arrows pointing to the price jumps under the previous administration.
The Biden-era price surges — highlighted in red by the White House — took up the majority of the graph, whereas the more stable cost of goods under Trump was only a sliver of the chart.
Several people on social media pointed out the ''self-own'' by the Democratic Party.
''I don't know — Kinda looks like Biden's America,'' X user Matthew Rosario noted.
Conservative podcaster Kyle Becker described the tweet as ''one of the dumbest posts in @X history,'' noting that the DNC deleted it ''after getting ratioed into oblivion.''
Popular X personality ''Greg'' said the tweet ''might be the biggest self-own I've ever seen on this website.''
Under Biden, inflation surged to rates unseen since the early 1980s, peaking at an annual rate of 9.1% in June 2022 — 17 months after he took office.
By the end of Biden's term in the White House, the cost of food had ballooned more than 22% from the time he took the oath of office, federal data shows.
Meanwhile,
...back at the pond, the enormous newt was trying to decide if Gloria was edible...
under Trump, food prices have increased by about 0.6% since January.
