#5 Two questions remain unanswered.

Why would he throw that weak effort of a Molotov cocktail before it was lit?

Did he not consider the possibility that a security camera would record his little escapade?

I suppose the answer to both questions is that he's not very bright. But he made an effort so he gets a trophy for participation and his mother must be so very proud of him.
