2 This tactic does reduce the opportunities for future adultury. And once they shoot ALL the women they'll have to consort with each other. The problem will end. Tough on the poor women though.

6 Vortigen, of course it's our fault. If we hadn't invaded Afghanistan and more or less kicked the Taliban out, this sort of thing would be so common it wouldn't be worth reporting.
