#4 We seem to be under capacity for refineries nationwide; 30 cents seems low to me. Also I thought that California requires a bunch of special mix formulations. Why would they expect to be able to farm that out? Switching over other refineries to make batches of California brew is going to impact capacity and cost for other states unless they drop all the special requirements. I don’t see them doing that.

#8 I don't think FAFO means what you think it means.

I tried looking it uo and other than abbreviations for various Institutions (mostly foreign) I get "First And Final Offer".

What do you think FAFO means Alanc?
