#3 Based on her total incoherence demonstrated in this opinion, Jackson remain a fringe character of American juris prudence. When he is in the majority, the Chief Justice assigns the justice to write the majority opinion. Jackson will not be in the majority in any case where Roberts is not also in the majority. There is no way that Roberts is going to be onboard with an opinion drafted by the DEI hire clerks that penned this hallucination for Jackson. Her opinions will remain all be minority opinions that will be cited by legal scholars as cautionary tales or for comedy.
