I guess the new logic on population control/adjustments is:

Get it done here, in a nice semi-secure, easy breech-able US Hospital / College lab. Then let the "accident" spread around a few months, before NOV. elections.

So as it stands today we have:
Ebola, Hantavirus, Covid, Measles Spreading, Avian Flu A(H5N5, Monkey Pox, Naegleria fowleri the "brain-eating ameba" , all spreading, and all in the news.
