#3 Congress needs to be shamed into acting. They control these courts so they need pass a law stating that any court BELOW the Supreme court may not issue a nationwide injunction. Any Judge(s) doing so will be considered to have 1. Voluntarily resigned their position. 2. Voluntarily renounced their citizenship. 3. Donate ALL land, money, assets to the federal government. 4. Are deported within 48 hours.

Add a rider that if the Supreme court attempts to block this, all courts below the Supreme court are immediately dissolved and the pay of a Supreme court Justice is now indexed to match the poverty level.
