#5 But the point is that these aren't the same guys who screwed up for 25 years. This bunch came in and did it right. It is quite an impressive accomplishment given the circumstances.

Or perhaps one can say its an adequate accomplishment, whatever, but they are grading on a curve, which is appropriate.
