#4 If the cell data is checked, the phones will cross to folks that have been to 5 or more Dem rallies. Raskin does not have a national following. This is the type of activity that someone like AOC might do to grow her base in preps for a presidential run. Raskin is not a viable presidential candidate. This is just astroturfing.
