First glance - Brennan knowingly attempts to deceive by stating that no Saudi "individual" provided financial support to AQ...stupid. This deception provides evidence that Brennan is a liar and causes us to look a little deeper. Now we are troubled by his carefully qualified statement we lack evidence that the Saudi government, any official nor individual provided financial support. One - OBL was an Saudi and funded the planes operation...with help from his freinds. Two - he qualified "financial support" - what other types of support do we have evidence of that the Saudis provided? Fast forward to today - are the Saudis supporting ISIS? There is a noted lack of ISIS trouble in the Sunni kingdom and now the Saudis threaten us to keep our distance... What does the CIA know?

#13 The imams are controlling this and the government can not go against them. The soddies are hostage to the Islamic leaders. This is well known and a great example of why there needs to be a deprecation of church and state. Yes soddies are running most of the AQ operations and Iran is running the rest. But in reality their religious leaders are running it and the Kings would never dare to go against them.

#18 Didn't Nixon's press secretary notoriously say something to the effect that "these statements are no longer operative."? that about sums up the article IMO. Feel free to correct If I have the citation's words incorrect. They were and remain a marvel of Orwellian doublespeak.
