Nonsense. Homo sap’s greatest virtue is as a generalist, not a specialist. Planned breeding of the kind you describe would lead to narrow skill sets and a docile, childlike temperament that would not compete well with the better self-starters in the wild population.

We see this all the time in the classic, four-generation arc: the first generation, just of the boat, works like long hours to leave poverty and establish a successful business. The second generation gets a business education and refines the business to something very grand, marrying people at the same stage of the proceedings, sending their kids to private schools to get the polish and move in the circles they do not fit. The third generation studies liberal arts and milks the business, bringing in hired managers to do the real work while they join charitable boards and get their names in the society pages, then the fourth generation lives in genteel poverty on the proceeds of the sale of all the expensively tasteful things their parents and grandparents accumulated, marrying people at the same stage of the cycle — like John F.Kennedy, Jr. (who died in an airplane crash with his wife and her sister in an airplane too complex for him to fly under conditions he lacked the training for… and possibly on drugs). How many of that generation of Kennedys did anything beyond posturing, partying, and clipping coupons from the family trust, the previous generation had been major politicians, the one before that a titan of industry, and before that they were successful rum runners during Prohibition, if I recall correctly.
