ISIS would love a dramatic attack in Israel, but they keep getting arrested while in the planning stages. So it’s not that they don’t try, it’s that they don’t succeed. Ditto all the other groups — the IDF has been making arrest sweeps in the West Bank almost nightly since before 10/7/2023, which I suspect is a good part of the reason why the West Bank did not rise up as intended following the 10/7 invasion from Gaza.
