4 At the state level? He has no power beyond city borders… and not nearly enough within its borders as he needs to accomplish his promises. On the other hand, as long as the promises got him elected, keeping them isn’t terribly important to him.

5 Long past time to start declaring cities and states as "failed" as they are not able to survive without federal funds. Resend their statehood and sovereignty , put them back at territory status and clean out the filth. Only let them back in when they can show they can act like adults.
