1 I think the Iranians have a plan for what to do about hardline Iranians. I expect them to become more and more of a minority going forward.

That would make them asspirations, right?

As for the ground invasion, ain't gonna happen. At least not in the Thunder Run to Tehran sense. There may be some quick airborne in-and-outs (see Venezuela), but once Iranian long-range assets are destroyed and the Straits are open, who gives a flip what happens inside Iran?

Side note: there are reports of the IDF conducting drone strike on checkpoints and individuals based on phoned-in tips, so the balance of power is changing. The future is something the Iranians will work out for themselves, but the ground rules are being established: No nukes; no menacing the neighbors; the straits stay open.
