5 I understand it's not the mayor's job to get involved in physical altercations. I understand that he might have felt that it was the job of his security guard to deal with whack jobs so that he can walk safely away. But if I saw the whack job getting the best of my guard while they were rolling on the pavement, I'm pretty sure I would have tried to help my guard.
