1 North Texas had some freezing weather last week, (70s this week), and the weather dudes kept referring to the pretty cold 2021 freeze:

139 hours: 5 pm Feb 13th - Noon Feb 19th (ties for 5th place for most consecutive hours below freezing NWS

Massive power failures. My 'rolling blackout' lasted 30 hours. Indoor temp bottomed out at 40.

Y'all keep that white stuff west of the Sierras - the Delta Smelt need it; we've had our ice storm this year!
