1 Note to terrorists: Please include in your checklist for prospective suicide bombers that they are examined by an opthamologist before they are allowed into the union. This exam should include a test for color-blindness. I propose that the be able to distinguish the number in the following image as proof that they are not colorblind:

2 I think red-green colour deficiency is around 10% in the normal male population. With inter-family marriage being so popular in Pakistan maybe it's significantly higher in their male population.
