2 The disadvantaged, minority and alphabet firm set-asides have by and large been an ongoing scam for many years.

Sure, there are disadvantaged firms that actually need initial help breaking into the larger markets. Unfortunately there are the majority that never advance their capabilities and are content to just get their 3%-15% 'pass-through' contracts without much effort.

5 Growing up outside DC, I knew a group that tried to get me mixed up in this. Wanted me to build their website. Declined.

You only needed a woman or a diversity CEO and if you were the only minority/female ran business to bid on the govt contract, you almost always got it.

This group never got busted. $$$. It was nice of the federal govt to ask these groups if they wanted to be investigated for fraud... Did the govt even care, IDK.
