#5 EU and Denmark have been ignoring the artic security from Russia and China for way to long. Trump is pretty much saying "Get in gear or we buy/take it".

Seems in gear is the choice.

#10 Too busy trying to sent troops to Ukraine, but they should have had some to spare since they were getting kicked out of Africa (unless that was more recent than three years ago).
