Question: How much will the CCP still own, or have operational control, of if this is approved?

As we already know, the CCP requires 51% state ownership of all China related business operations. So what changes with the CCP having 51% control?

MSFT is partner with UW in the design build of GIX facility about a mile from MSFT or so. GIX China’s MIT.

Probably good odds CCP owned still, just not on paper. They would have anticipated and laid the groundwork probably years ago.
