Chris Brown Arrested Over 2023 Nightclub Assault

[X] Chris Brown, the American musician, was arrested on Thursday at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester for an alleged assault on a music producer using a tequila bottle at a London nightclub in February 2023.

Only two years later? Talk about the mills of justice grinding slowly…

He is currently held on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. This arrest occurred shortly after Brown publicly supported another artist, Tory Lanez, with the message 'Free Tory'.
I have no idea who Chris Brown is, but I suppose this might be significant to someone.

Van Hollen Trainwrecks on the Sunday Shows, Reveals Who''s Paying for His Trip — RedState

[REDSTATE] After a week in which Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) completely embarrassed himself by having a meeting with an illegal alien alleged MS-13 gang member who has also been accused of beating his wife, you might think he would go to ground and hide away in shame. But that would mean he had shame.

He apparently doesn't, since instead, he was hitting all the Sunday shows on Easter trying to attack the Trump team and push the twisted narrative of his visit. But even going on friendly stations didn't go well for him.

On "Meet the Press," he didn't seem to understand why the murder of Rachel Morin, a resident of Maryland, the state he's supposed to represent, was relevant.

"I'm not sure why Abrego Garcia's rights should be denied based on an awful murder that he had absolutely nothing to do with," he said, dismissing that fact and people calling him out for not advocating or caring about Morin.

Van Hollen's answer showed the exact problem Democrats

Trump says furniture makers coming back to North Carolina as Canadian company moves to state

[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Trump has applauded furniture makers moving production to the US amid tariffs, with one company closing its Canadian production facility and shifting all production to the United States, while a North Carolina furniture maker is closing its doors due to ongoing production issues with its main supplier in Mexico, among other issues.

"Those tariffs, next year will make us $1 trillion. In addition to the $1 trillion, thousands of companies are gonna relocate back into the United States. In North Carolina, already furniture people are starting to move back in," Trump said.

Progressive Furniture, a subsidiary of Sauder Woodworking and importer of "budget friendly" furniture from Asia and Mexico, will be closing at the end of the year and laying off around 30 employees, per Furniture Today.

President of the company, Dan Kendrick, told the outlet, "This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the impact it will have on our employees, customers and partners. We are committed to supporting our employees through this transition and will aid where possible to help them find new opportunities."

The closure of the company was blamed on multiple issues, but mainly on the closure of the company's primary supplier in Mexico. Kendrick said, "Obviously, business conditions have been challenging for the past few years, but the closure of our primary supplier in Mexico has made a major impact. This factory supplied 60% of our products."

According to Home News Now, the company's main supplier, Baja Wood, was based in Rosarito, Mexico. In January, around 60 of Baja Wood's 320 employees protested outside of the factory over reduced hours. The factory was shut down as government officials investigated the claims, which required a lengthy interview process. At the end of the investigation, the plant owner decided not to reopen. Baja Wood and Progressive furniture were closely intertwined, with the US company receiving over 50 percent of its wood furniture from the Mexico plant, and Progressive being the plant's primary customer in the US.

IDF’s 162nd Division hands responsibility for Gaza buffer zone to 252nd Division

[IsraelTimes] The IDF’s 162nd Division has concluded its operations in Gaza after 15 months straight, and handed over the responsibility of the military’s buffer zone in the Strip’s north to the 252nd Division, the military says.

The 162nd Division lost 265 soldiers during the ground offensive in Gaza, during which it demolished numerous tunnels and killed thousands of Hamas operatives, according to the IDF.

The southern portion of the buffer zone and the Philadelphi Corridor, the Egypt-Gaza border area, is under the responsibility of the Gaza Division.

's Virginia campaign offices was burglarized over the weekend and police are looking for the suspect, authorities said Monday.

The break-in took place on Sunday about 9 p.m. at Trump's campaign office in Ashburn, prompting deputies to respond to the scene, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.

Video surveillance footage captured the burglary suspect — a white adult male, wearing dark clothing, a dark baseball cap and a backpack — as he entered the office.

''It is rare to have the office of any political campaign or party broken into,'' Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman said.

Look for the FBI raid for what was planted.

IDF releases images showing Doctors Without Borders staffer in Islamic Jihad uniform

[IsraelTimes] The IDF releases images showing Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket expert Fadi al-Wadiya wearing the terror group’s uniform, after Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), or Doctors Without Borders, named him as a staffer but denied he was a terror operative.

Al-Wadiya was killed in a drone strike in Gaza City yesterday.

The organization then said in a post on X that al-Wadiya was killed while riding his bicycle to the MSF clinic where he worked.

The IDF said he was a prominent member of Islamic Jihad, involved in developing missiles for the terror group, as well as being an electronics and chemistry expert.

Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee, the IDF’s Arabic-language spokesman, says al-Wadiya worked for Islamic Jihad’s rocket manufacturing unit for more than 15 years.

He attaches three images showing al-Wadiya in Islamic Jihad uniform.

Adraee adds that in 2018, the same year that al-Wadiya joined Doctors Without Borders, the latter tried to leave Gaza for Iran to undergo training there with two other terror operatives.

Texas family of taekwondo black belts save woman from being raped, pin down suspect

[NYPOST] An entire family of taekwondo black belts saved a woman from being sexually assaulted in Texas after hearing her terrified screams for help and quickly pinning the suspect down.

The An family sprung into action after hearing the victim’s unsettling shrieks from inside a mobile phone store next to their martial arts studio, Yong-In Tae Kwon Do, in Cypress on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

Grandmaster Han An, an eighth-degree black belt and South Korean military vet, quickly sprinted outside — trailed closely by his wife and their three kids.

They found the suspect, identified by cops as 19-year-old Alex Robinson, allegedly attacking the woman and trying to hold his hand over her mouth.

It took just moments for An to take the alleged perp out with a kick and punch.

"He just kept him in the corner, he just kept pushing down. Automatic self-defense, automatic taekwondo style," An’s son, Simon An, 20, told KHOU.

"You wouldn’t really expect it in an everyday situation, but when the time comes, it’s very valuable," he added of the family’s martial arts training.

An’s wife, Hong, and their daughter, Hannah, quickly rushed the victim next door to the safety of their taekwondo studio until cops descended on the scene.

"Making sure that she’s okay because she needed that after that experience — after that situation that happened out of nowhere," Hannah, 22, told the outlet.

Authorities found the An family still holding Robinson to the ground when they arrived, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.

"By utilizing their training and discipline, they managed to stop the assault and hold him," the sheriff said in a statement.

Robinson was cuffed and later charged with attempted sexual assault, unlawful detention, and assault on the instructors.
