Friday's edict came just weeks after the EPA slashed the limits on tailpipe emissions as part of the White House pledge to ensure that more than half of all new vehicles sold are electric by 2032.

But the administration admitted last week that just seven EV charging stations have been built since a $5-billion program was signed off in 2021.

'That's just pathetic,' Sen Jeff Merkley (D-Ore) told a Senate hearing on Wednesday. 'Something is terribly wrong and it needs to be fixed.'

Former Federal 'Informant' Warned Of Antifa, BLM Infiltrators At Capitol On Jan. 6

[ZeroHedge] The man whose posting on social media warned authorities that agent provocateurs from Antifa and Black Lives Matter would be at the U.S. Capitol dressed as Trump supporters on Jan. 6, 2021, is a self-described government informant tied to former deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein.

Rosenstein warned about a "soft coup" against then-President Donald Trump in fall 2020.

On Jan. 4, 2021, an account under the name @JohnHereToHelp posted on Twitter that Antifa and BLM agitators were being bussed from Baltimore to Washington to cause trouble at the Capitol on the day of Trump’s speech at the Ellipse.

"Pantifa/BLM, Balt./DC branches, are already bussing people in to disturb Jan. 6," the post read. "Orders [were] given to dress like ’MAGA,’ blend in [and] cause trouble, especially around cameras. At night, arson has been ordered. All to be blamed on Trump supporters attending. Please be careful."

The post caught the attention of an assistant commander in the Intelligence and Counterterrorism Branch of the United States Park Police, who forwarded it to officials at the U.S. Capitol Police, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, the Department of Homeland Security, and other agencies.

The now-suspended Twitter account belonged to Ryan Dark White, also known as Jon McGreevey.

What’s his legal name? Is it the same name he was born with?

McGreevey has described himself in court papers and interviews as a former Department of Justice informant who supplied information on corruption in the federal government, law enforcement, and the Trump administration.

He once used the name Ryan White as a cover but now identifies as McGreevey. He is running for federal office in Maryland.

JohnHereToHelp’s original post was shared more than 6,000 times before it hit the radar of the Park Police.

At the time, McGreevey had more than 120,000 followers on Twitter, according to an archived version of his page stored at the Wayback Machine.

Twitter later suspended his account.

"There are multiple replies to this comment that says BLM/Antifa will wear MAGA hats backwards, wear camo, and attempt to blend in with MAGA crowd," the Park Police official wrote to his colleagues on January 5, 2021.

Michael Flynn appears before Jan. 6 panel, invokes Fifth Amendment rights

Former Trump National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. (Ret) Michael Flynn appeared Thursday before the Democrat-controlled House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and exercised his Fifth Amendment rights in response to the panel's questions, his attorney says.

Flynn was subpoenaed to appear before the committee in November, 2021 and was also asked to produce documents and testimony in reference to a Dec. 18, 2020 meeting in the Oval Office, during which the seizure of voting machines was allegedly discussed.

In the letter sent to Flynn by the committee in December, members wrote that he and others discussed declaring a national emergency as part of a plan to promote the message that the presidential election has been "tainted by widespread fraud."

He was also allegedly involved in efforts to draft memos to seize voting machines that Trump ultimately did not sign.

Flynn was not Trump's national security advisor at the time, having resigned in February 2017 over a matter related to the Russia collusion ordeal.

Haspel was in the UK during the beginnings of the Russiagate scandal against the candidate and then President Trump. President Trump did NOT do all he could to undo the corruption within the CIA:

Haspel joins fellow conspirator Rod Rosenstein who famously took over the DOJ under Jeff Sessions and ran the corrupt and criminal Russia collusion sham. Rosenstein signed a second scope memo to keep the investigation going even though there was no evidence to do so. This was all an illegal effort to remove President Trump from office.

Sally Yates is also at King and Spalding where she works alongside Rosenstein in the Special Matters and Government Administrations group. She is infamous for setting up General Michael Flynn in the first week of President Trump’s Administration.
These traitors are more likely to be hit by lighting during a shark attack then even being charged with jaywalking. Why should they even try to hide it? Hell, Barr & Pence probably drew up their partnership contracts.

John Hinckley, Who Shot President Reagan, to Be Granted Unconditional Release

[NATIONALREVIEW] A federal judge has approved the unconditional release of John Hinckley Jr., the man who tried to assassinate President Ronald Reagan outside a Washington, D.C., hotel in 1981.

Hinckley, now 66, has been living outside a mental health facility for several years under court-imposed restrictions, including the oversight of his medical care and tracking of his computer passwords. The new agreement will result in his full release from supervision in June 2022.

The Justice Department agreed to a settlement but will monitor Hinckley for nine months to ensure he remains mentally stable, as he will be living on his own for the first time in about 40 years and because one of his primary doctors is set to retire and dissolve Hinckley’s therapy group.

The department said it would file a motion with the court before June if it had new concerns, according to NPR.

White House Extends National Election Emergency Granting Authority for Federal Intelligence Agencies to Enter State Election Databases for Mid-Term Election

The administrative state -writ large- produced an overwhelming narrative leading to the issuance of a Executive Declaration of A National Emergency to Avoid Foreign Interference in Our Elections.

At the time the narrative was framed (mid-2018), the argument was: if President Trump did not declare the emergency, and grant the federal intelligence community the right to enter state election databases and "monitor" the activity therein, that refusal itself would be proof Donald Trump was a Russian asset. Remember, the Mueller investigation was at its apex and the office of the president was surrounded by administration officials like Mike Pence (VP), Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein (DOJ), Alexander Vindman (NSC), Dana Boente (FBI), Dan Coats (DNI), Michael Attkinson (ICIG), et al; all of them carrying ulterior motives.

President Trump signed the emergency declaration and granted the Intelligence Branch of Government full access to the state-level election systems.

In short, President Trump was forced by his Machiavellian captors to seal his own fate. Yes, this is how the DC apparatus works. The Intelligence Branch of Government works with their political agents within the legislative branch and simultaneously coordinate with their media operatives to surround the target with fire until the action they need is executed. In the fall of 2018, the unrelenting pressure worked exactly as designed. [Federal Register]

It was not coincidental that most of the new 2018 Democrat candidates for office came from former and/or current CIA and intelligence agencies. A few people wondered why so many ‘new' DNC approved candidates were from the intelligence agencies of the government. Democrats took control of the House of Representatives and paved the way for Mueller to deliver what they needed for articles of impeachment.

some activists crow that if Trump’s business is indicted, this will trigger a financial collapse of Trump’s empire. They argue that all contracts will be automatically cancelled, and loans ’called’ in because TTO is under indictment (though innocent until proven guilty). Thus, they gleefully predict, Trump will be ruined. That makes Vance’s leaks more damaging than Giuliani allegedly casting doubt on Biden’s status as President.

New York Penal Law § 215.70 "Unlawful grand jury disclosure" says:

A person is guilty of unlawful grand jury disclosure when, being a grand juror, a public prosecutor, a grand jury stenographer, a grand jury interpreter, a police officer or a peace officer guarding a witness in a grand jury proceeding, or a clerk, attendant, warden or other public servant having official duties in or about a grand jury room or proceeding, or a public officer or public employee, he intentionally discloses to another the nature or substance of any grand jury testimony, or any decision, result or other matter attending a grand jury proceeding which is required by law to be kept secret, except in the proper discharge of his official duties or upon written order of the court. Nothing contained herein shall prohibit a witness from disclosing his own testimony. Unlawful grand jury disclosure is a class E felony.

One of the reasons why it is a Class E Felony in New York to reveal what the grand jury is doing is to avoid people being publicly smeared if they are never in fact indicted.

Why is the D.A.’s office so desperate to make the public believe that — any day now — Trump is going to be hauled off in hand cuffs? New York City is of course extremely left-wing politically.

Rolling Stone - Trump's Election Fraud Claims Were ‘All Bullshit' Former AG Barr Says

[Rolling Stone Magazine] Former attorney general William Barr, one of Trump’s true loyalists, literally called "bullshit" on his former boss’s oft-disproven claims of election fraud.

This news comes from an excerpt of a book by ABC News’ Jonathan Karl, Betrayal, which chronicles the last days of the Trump administration. According to the book, Barr concluded it was highly unlikely evidence existed to back up Trump’s voter fraud claims even before Barr gave the go-ahead to go against long-standing Justice Department policy to investigate those claims.

"To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election," Barr told AP reporter Michael Balsamo in December 2020.

On top of giving investigators the OK, Karl reports that Barr began his own unofficial inquiry into the former president’s claims. Barr told Karl that he suspected all along that Trump was lying, and that the time had come for Trump to provide real evidence or move on.

"My attitude was: It was put-up or shut-up time. If there was evidence of fraud, I had no motive to suppress it. But my suspicion all the way along was that there was nothing there. It was all bullshit," Barr said.
