‘This is Africa’: Two Thousand-Strong Mob Sexually Assault Girls and Cause Havoc in Italian Lakefront Towns 7 Jun 2022 [Breitbart] A mob of an estimated two thousand or so young men, mostly from migrant backgrounds according to reports, terrorised towns along with Lake Garda in northern Italy, with reports of women being sexually assaulted, shop windows smashed and police attacked. The incidents took place last Thursday between the towns of Peschiera and Castelnuovo along Lake Garda and saw the mob of youths, mostly aged between 16 and 20 with some as young as 12, harass and cause havoc. Some were claimed to have shouted during the rampage, “We came to reconquer Peschiera. This is our territory, Africa must come here.” Mayor of Castelnuovo Giovanni Del Cero was present during the rioting and said, “I tried to understand but they shouted absurd phrases, waving flags of various African countries,” the newspaper Corriere Della Sera reports. Italian paper Il Gionale cites witnesses claiming the crowd was “for the most part North African” Following an incident of theft, the mob began brawling with sticks and knives and then started ransacking businesses along the waterfront with bottles and stones thrown. Riot police were deployed and clashed with the crowds. The attacks, which echo the sex attacks in Milan by young migrant and migrant-background men during New Year’s Eve, were condemned by Luca Zaia, governor of the Veneto Region, who called for zero tolerance for such behaviour and demanded police find those responsible. League leader Matteo Salvini responded to the attacks by saying that those responsible should be punished, even if it meant lowering the criminal age of responsibility to do so and argued that his party had been trying to tackle the issue of teen gangs, known as “Baby Gangs” in Italy, for years. Three Algerian Illegals Arrested For Home Invasion Murder of 70-Year-Old Woman 10 June [Breitbart] Three illegal migrants from Algeria have been arrested for the murder of a 70-year-old woman who was killed at her home earlier this week on Monday, in the city of Mulhouse in eastern France. Prosecutor of the Republic of Mulhouse Edwige Roux-Morizot stated that the woman showed signs of “great violence” and had marks on her throat as well as her arms, indicating that she made an attempt to defend herself before she died, the news website Actu 17 reports. Earlier that day at around 2 pm, a 35-year-old Algerian illegal migrant had been arrested for attempted burglary and investigators later found that he had identity documents in his possession of the 70-year-old woman who was allegedly murdered. The day prior to the alleged murder, the 35-year-old had been subjected to a check by officers of the anti-crime brigade (BAC) along with two others, both illegal migrants as well. The two were later taken into custody in connection with the murder. All three Algerians were already known to the police, with one of them attempting to claim he was actually a minor. Police also found knives in the possession of the men following their arrest. The European Union police agency Europol announced the results. Europol notes that 127 others were arrested as “facilitators” of the network in Austria, Germany, Hungary, Romania, the Netherlands and Serbia. A total of 151 home searches were carried out and assets worth approximately €900,000 (£768,303/$962,703) were seized by authorities. “These Europol High-Value Targets, mainly Syrian nationals, had global connections in source, transit and destination countries. Europol checked its databases and discovered that these suspects are already linked to 150 investigations,” Europol stated. “The investigative leads revealed that the targets facilitated the smuggling of at least 10,000 migrants, who are mainly of Afghan, Pakistani and Syrian origin, to the EU,” the agency added. Sweden Sentences Islamic State Stockholm Attack Plotter to Seven Years

Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group and sentenced to seven years in jail. The Solna District Court in Stockholm says David Idrisson, an Uzbek national who has been living legally in Sweden since 2008, should be expelled for life from Sweden where his family lives after serving his time. He was also found guilty of financing the radical Islamic group in Syria. The court said Friday that Idrisson had gathered some 500 kilograms (1,100 pounds) of chemicals, knives, gas masks and military equipment, and photos of potentials targets in Stockholm were found on his cellphone. Two other younger men who Idrisson knows and who were also suspected in the case, were acquitted. They were released from detention earlier this week. A total of six men were also accused of financing IS by sending up to 20,000 kronor ($2.135) each. The court found four of them ‐ including Idrisson ‐ guilty of that charge and gave them prison sentences ranging between four and six months. Two were acquitted. The men ‐ five Uzbeks and a citizen of Kyrgyzstan ‐ communicated via closed chatrooms. All live legally in Sweden and denied wrongdoing. There was no link to Rakhmat Akilov, the Uzbek man behind the 2017 deadly Stockholm truck attack. Terror trial against six men opens in Sweden

[TheLocal.se] The trial of six Uzbek and Kyrgyz nationals accused of financing terrorism got under way in Stockholm on Monday, with three of them also charged with planning a terror attack. "If the terrorist crime had been carried out, it could have seriously hurt Sweden," the prosecution said in its charge sheet. The first day of the trial focused on the prosecution's claim that the six men sent funds to ISIS to finance its terrorism operations. The prosecution argued that one of them men, 34-year-old Akromion Ergashev of Uzbekistan, sent almost 18,000 kronor ($2,000) to a middleman in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... , who in turn sent it to two ISIS supporters in Syria. The prosecution presented chats on encrypted mobile phone apps and account statements as evidence. The other five suspects were identified in court documents as Uzbek nationals Bakhtior Umarov, 30, Gulom Tadjiyev, 39, Shoahmad Mahmudov, 24, and David Idrisson, 46, and 39-year-old Kyrgyz national Atabek Abdullayev. Abdullayev, Idrisson and Umarov are also accused of planning a terror attack in Sweden. The prosecution believes they acquired large amounts of chemicals to make explosives, as well as gas masks, walkie-talkies and other military materials as part of their plot. Photographs of crowded locations in Stockholm were found in some of the suspects' phones, suggesting they may have been possible targets, according to the prosecution. During a police raid in Strömsund, 600 kilometres north of Stockholm, in late April, neighbours told the Dagens Nyheter newspaper they saw police removing about 15 large plastic chemical containers from a shed on an empty property. One of the suspects is also believed to have been in contact with Rakhmat Akilov, a radicalized Uzbek asylum seeker who mowed down pedestrians in Stockholm with a stolen truck in April 2017, killing five people. Akilov was sentenced to life in prison in June 2018. All six reject all of the charges against them. The trial is taking place at a special high-security Stockholm courtroom, with the defendants sitting behind a bulletproof glass wall. Man jailed in Malmö for raping nine-year-old girl [TheLocal.se] A man has been sentenced to six years in prison and deportation from Sweden for raping a nine-year-old girl in a shed outside an apartment building. The 30-year-old approached the girl as she was cycling home from her school in Malmö, then lured her into the shed, locked the door, pushed her to the floor and raped her. He then held the girl by the throat, and threatened to beat her if she didn’t stop screaming, according to a report in the Aftonbladet newspaper, The girl told police that she had never seen her attacker before, leaving police struggling to find a lead. But the man turned himself in five days later, confessing fully to what he had done. According to the court's judgement, the man, who is himself father to a 9-year-old, told police that he had been in the area where the attack took place because he wanted “to find a girl to rape”. It didn't matter to him, he added, if the girl was a child. “The crime should be considered aggravated with regard to the defendant’s low age and that NN [the perpetrator] used both violence and the threat of criminal action,” the court said. The judge and three lay jurors disagreed over the sentence, however, with one arguing that the man's punishment should be reduced because he had contacted police himself. The man was also found guilty of two sexual offences committed when he was living in Skellefteå, northern Sweden, earlier in the autumn: sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl; and exposing himself to and groping a third woman. He was also found guilty of robbery, knife crime, and petty drugs offences.

Stockholm truck attacker will not appeal life sentence

[OANN] Rakhmat Akilov, who was sentenced to life last week for killing five people in last year’s truck attack in Stockholm, will not appeal the verdict, his lawyer told local news agency TT on Monday. "He has made that decision, he will not appeal the verdict," TT quoted Akilov’s lawyer Johan Eriksson as saying. The failed Uzbek asylum seeker was also convicted of the attempted murder of 119 other people who were at the scene when he slammed a stolen truck into shoppers on a busy street in central Stockholm on April 7, 2017.

Uzbek defendant says attack meant to stop Sweden from fighting IS

[RFE/RL] A rejected Uzbek asylum seeker who has admitted to a truck attack that killed five people in Stockholm told a court that his aim was to force Sweden to end its fight against the Islamic State. At a hearing at his trial on February 20, defendant Rakhmat Akilov said, "I wanted Sweden to stop sending soldiers to war zones where the Islamic State is being attacked." Akilov is accused of terrorism for stealing a delivery truck on April 7, 2017, and plowing into pedestrians on a busy shopping street. The attack killed three Swedes, including an 11-year-old girl, as well as a British man and a Belgian woman. Ten other people were wounded. Akilov, who spoke in Russian through an interpreter, said he also wanted Sweden "to stop sending gigantic sums of money to combat the caliphate." He claimed he was "not inspired" by any specific attack, "as there were very many," but was aware of similar attacks in Berlin, London, and Nice. Akilov also saw statements and calls for attacks made on Internet sites used by IS, he told the court. Akilov, whose Swedish asylum application was turned down in 2016, had sworn allegiance to IS on the eve of his assault. Sweden has some 70 military personnel based mainly in northern Iraq to provide training as part of the coalition against IS. The prosecution has requested a life sentence for Akilov, who police say confessed to the attack and told them he wanted to run down infidels. Defense lawyer Johan Eriksson told the Stockholm district court hearing, "Akilov took the truck...and drove it the way the prosecutor described. He killed five people and physically injured 10." Eriksson said in January that his client had not expected to survive the attack. An investigation found that Akilov was in direct contact with alleged IS militants from Tajikistan before, during, and after the Stockholm attack. Akilov, a construction worker and an ethnic Tajik from Uzbekistan, was arrested a few hours after the Stockholm attack, and police said he confessed the next day. During the court proceedings on February 13, they played a video where Akilov swore allegiance to IS and presented several conversations on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Zello that were found on his phone. Of the messages, prosecutor Hans Ihrman said 16 were "interesting," especially those on a Zello chat forum where Akilov spoke to contacts using the pseudonyms Muovia Regari, Abu Aisha, Muhammad, and Abu Fotima, among others. According to the prosecutor, Akilov wrote to one of his contacts on January 19, 2017, "I'm working and saving money and God willing I will carry out the martyr operation." He also wrote a list of potential targets to one contact, including a synagogue, a ferry transporting "sinners," and a nightclub. "There are plenty of infidels here," he wrote.

Investigators have found internet chat logs with unknown people in which Akilov discussed becoming a martyr and swore allegiance to IS between January 12, 2017, and the attack on April 7, as well as a memory card with "material that can be connected to IS," including execution videos. The construction worker, who was 39 at the time of the attack, was subject to deportation from Sweden ahead of attack as his asylum application had been rejected. Akilov had been ordered to leave Sweden in December 2016. Instead, he went underground, eluding authorities’ attempts to track him down. Sweden’s domestic intelligence agency has said it had nothing indicating he was planning an attack. A Swedish investigator says the probe into the April 7 attack when a stolen truck rammed into a crowd in downtown Stockholm, killing five and injuring 14, will last until the end of the year. Christer Nilsson says he expects that formal charges against the suspect, a 39-year-old Uzbek man, will be ready after that — "give or take a couple of months." Lawyers for Rakhmat Akilov say he has admitted driving the truck 1,100 meters (3,600 feet) down a main pedestrian shopping street. Nilsson said Thursday that 65 people are working on the case and 1,279 people have been questioned, adding that one reason for the lengthy probe is the number of victims.

The propaganda is mostly spread through Russian social media site Odnoklassniki, where the anonymous intermediary has added Akilov as a friend, meaning he could receive the propaganda which is mostly aimed at migrant workers from Central Asia. Among the profiles in the network are several people saying they come from or live in Sweden. Abu Saloh is the leader of an Uzbek Islamist group which is fighting in Syria and has links to Al Qaeda.
