FBI Whistleblower Slams Promotion of FBI J6 Warlord |

[PJMedia] FBI whistleblower Steve Friend, who exposed the corruption and bias in the agency’s Jan. 6 investigation, spoke out on the promotion of one of the officials responsible for that corruption in exclusive comments to PJ Media. Many Jan. 6 protestors were not only arrested and tossed in the calaboose Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw! but subject to rigged trials, long periods of solitary confinement, months or years of prison without trial, let alone conviction, and even physical abuse. The FBI was a major part of that persecution, and yet Steven Jensen, its self-described J6 architect, was just promoted to head the Washington Field Office. Jensen even bragged to Congress about his key role in orchestrating what we now know was a politically charged and highly biased campaign against Jan. 6 protestors, most of whom were peaceful and all of whom were treated as guilty even if proven innocent. Jensen also reportedly oversaw the FBI spying upon parents who attended school board meetings and traditional Catholics. Friend explained, "Steven Jensen described himself to Congress as the architect of the FBI’s weaponized response to January 6th. His promotion to lead the Washington Field Office is like putting a fox in charge of the henhouse." He added, "If personnel is policy, the FBI is on a troubling path." Friend, who is now a podcaster and best-selling author, lost his FBI job and found himself the target of outrageous federal persecution after he respectfully challenged his superiors on the unconstitutional, illegal, rigged campaign against Jan. 6-ers. Thus, he saw from the inside how disturbing Jensen and co.’s actions were. Friend’s fellow FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin noted that Jensen was exposed as a "2021 January 6th hysteric" in congressional testimony. "Jensen was the Section Chief of the Domestic Terrorism Operations Section which fixated on J6 and ran 2x DAILY calls about J6 to cops across the country," Seraphin declared. This is a major personnel failure for FBI Director Kash Patel. Miranda Devine at the New York Post reported: George Hill, a former FBI supervisory intelligence analyst, says Jensen was “the most ardent and supercharged person when it came to rounding up” J6 defendants and a true believer in Joe Biden’s domestic terrorism narrative that the riot was the worst attack on democracy since Pearl Harbor and that every Trump supporter in and around the Capitol that day was an insurrectionist, a white supremacist and probably violent. He testified to the House Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in 2023 about a conference call in which he allegedly heard Jensen berating agents in Philadelphia who were “pushing back” on demands to “round up” J6 suspects... "In a phone interview with The Post this week, Hill said he testified against Jensen because 'I was just horrified at the breathless manner at which he was doing this J6 roundup of so-called domestic terrorists.'" Friend told PJ Media after Trump pardoned or commuted the sentences of all J6 prisoners, “Blanket pardons are the correct decision. Regardless of the fact pattern for any particular J6 case, the federal government made a deliberate decision to depart from its obligation to follow due process. Over the past year, most recently in New Mexico, Democrat-controlled legislatures, the same people who only five years ago sought to dismantle police departments nationwide, have passed legislation allowing noncitizens to become police officers, sheriff's deputies, or, in the case of Washington State, deputy prosecutors. We believe this is a terrible idea for some 800,000 sworn law enforcement officers in the United States. We are asking President Trump to issue another executive order, this time blocking non-citizens from becoming police officers. There are several reasons for this. Some who entered the country illegally but claimed Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status are among those included in the legislation and permitted to be sworn police officers. By merely entering the country illegally, these aliens committed a crime, violating our border laws. Yet in some states, they will be allowed to deprive American citizens of their liberty rights. |

[DailyCaller] While Republican lawmakers continue to call for impeaching judges who block President Donald Trump’s agenda, Congress has another tool it could use to prevent judges from overriding executive authority. Limiting courts’ ability to issue nationwide injunctions, which district judges use to block policies across the entire country, could become a strategy for Republicans looking to rein in what the Trump administration is slamming as an abuse of power by the judiciary. “The Supreme Court should have addressed the issue of nationwide injunctions a decade ago,” South Texas College of Law professor Josh Blackman told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “But the Court keeps kicking the can down the road. Congress should take a close look at how to ensure courts are properly exercising their jurisdiction.” Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley said Thursday that he would introduce legislation to “stop the abuse” of judicial authority through nationwide injunctions. California Rep. Darrell Issa has already introduced similar legislation, which was voted out of the House Judiciary Committee 14-9 in early March.
“We have a crisis on the bench right now and not just with this or any single judge,” Issa said in a statement Wednesday, adding that his bill is “the comprehensive solution we need to ensure that this problem does not occur anywhere in our federal judiciary and resets the proper and appropriate balance in our courts.” Nationwide injunctions put the over 670 district court judges “temporarily on a par with the Supreme Court of the United States because each one can halt a practice nationwide unless and until a higher court revises, reverses, or vacates its order or Congress modifies the underlying substantive law,” Heritage Foundation legal scholars Paul Larkin and GianCarlo Canaparo wrote on Friday. “Unless and until Congress endorses that practice, the federal courts should limit the reach of their judgments to the parties to a lawsuit,” they argued. The Trump administration urged the Supreme Court last week to evaluate lower courts’ use of nationwide injunctions, asking the justices to limit rulings that prevented his executive order on birthright citizenship from taking effect nationwide. “District courts have issued more universal injunctions and TROs [temporary restraining orders] during February 2025 alone than through the first three years of the Biden Administration,” Acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris wrote in the application. “That sharp rise in universal injunctions stops the Executive Branch from performing its constitutional functions before any courts fully examine the merits of those actions, and threatens to swamp this Court’s emergency docket.” Several Supreme Court justices have previously expressed opposition to the practice. During oral arguments for a challenge to the abortion pill in 2024, Justice Neil Gorsuch criticized “a rash of universal injunctions.” Nearly two-thirds of all nationwide injunctions issued since 2001 were against the first Trump administration, according to a Harvard law review article published in June 2024, which does not include data from his second term. Nearly 92% of those rulings were issued by Democrat-appointed judges. University of Tennessee law professor Glenn Harlan Reynolds included restrictions on nationwide injunctions among his suggestions for addressing the problem of overstepping judges in a Substack post Wednesday, noting pushing for impeachment is “a symbolic and probably self-destructive gesture.” “Impeachment is hard, there’s no way the Republicans will get 2/3 of the Senate to vote for removal, and history suggests — from Bill Clinton through two different attempts on Donald Trump — that failed impeachment efforts leave their targets stronger, not weaker,” he wrote. Chief Justice John Roberts issued a statement Tuesday after Trump called for impeaching a judge who ruled against him. Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg ordered the administration on Saturday to halt flights carrying members of the Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang after Trump used the Alien Enemies Act to initiate their deportation. “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” Roberts said.

New details emerge after 'fugitive' JetBlue pilot was arrested just before takeoff |

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] More details have emerged in the case of a JetBlue pilot who was arrested at Boston Logan International Airport moments before he was about to fly to Paris. Jeremy Gudorf, 33, of Ohio was detained on board the plane at around 8:40pm on Thursday after federal authorities discovered he had a pending warrant for second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, NBC Boston reported. Massachusetts State Police was the arresting agency and were tipped off by US Customs and Border Protection. 'In conducting their standard review of the manifest of a Boston-to-Paris flight, [Customs and Border Protection] identified an active North Carolina warrant lodged against a member of the flight crew who was detained,' the State Police said in a statement to DailyMail.com. Gudorf was arraigned Friday in East Boston District Court, where prosecutors revealed the sexual exploitation charge originated in North Carolina. Since he was arrested for the crime elsewhere, he was also charged as fugitive from justice in Massachusetts. Prosecutors asked the judge to hold Gudorf without bail and to order him to surrender his passport, WCVB reported. 'He is a commercial pilot, the warrant is out of North Carolina, and he resides in Ohio. So for those reasons, we ask he be held without bail and surrender his passport,' prosecutor Kyle Neyman said. Tanvi Verma, his defense attorney, said Gudorf has 'the financial capacity to rent a car and drive to North Carolina' and 'has assured me he will do that.' 'Frankly, there is no running away from this case, judge. He's perfectly aware of that,' Verma said. 'These are serious charges. The news is here. He's not going to be able to just run away from this.' Verma added that her client has no prior criminal history. The judge set his bail at $10,000 with the condition that he appears in North Carolina to clear the warrant by Tuesday, though no further details were provided in court. His next court date in Massachusetts is scheduled for March 19 but the judge agreed to waive it if he shows up in North Carolina as ordered. The sexual exploitation charge came out of Huntersville, a suburb just north of the city of Charlotte. The Huntersville Police Department said they received a tip about Gurdorf in October from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. 'Following an extensive investigation, a search warrant was obtained for Google, Inc., leading to the identification of the source of the reported images,' the department said in a statement. 'Late last year, Google complied with the warrant and provided the necessary records to law enforcement,' the statement continued. 'At the time the crime was committed, records indicate he resided in Huntersville, NC. However, during the investigation, and before he was identified as a suspect, he relocated out of state.' In a statement to DailyMail.com, JetBlue revealed they were aware of Gurdorf's arrest and that he 'has been placed on indefinite leave as law enforcement proceeds with the matter.' |

[SportsIllustrated] MLB commissioner Rob Manfred sent a letter to all 30 owners earlier this week explaining why the league decided to "mutually" part ways with ESPN and opt out of their national television contract. In the letter, Manfred cited ESPN's lack of baseball coverage in its programming outside of the games as one of the reasons why he agreed to terminate the deal that was set to run through the 2028 season. They’re targeting The Babylon Bee, a satirical website, over an article that states the most favoured farewell in the UK, ‘cheerio mate’ has been replaced with ‘Allahu Akbar.’ The humorous satire piece states, “A recent poll conducted by the University of Oxford just revealed that ‘Allahu Akbar’ has officially replaced ‘Cheerio, mate!’ as the most popular greeting in the UK,” adding that experts called the results of the “survey” a “flippin’ landslide, old bean.” Kyle Mann, the Editor-in-Chief of the Babylon Bee, shared the lunacy on X, noting that “Reuters fact-checkers reached out for comment on our Babylon Bee story about ‘Allahu Akbar’ replacing ‘Cheerio Mate’ in the UK. I tried to help them out.” Mann then shared screenshots of the ridiculous message he was sent by Reuters. The message reads “I’m contacting you from the fact-checking desk at Reuters. We investigate false and misleading claims spreading on social media. Our fact checks can help curb the circulation of misinformation.” By going after satire, OK. The message continues, “We’re currently looking into a claim that, sharing a Babylon Bee article, says “Allahu Akbar” has officially replaced “Cheerio, mate!” as the most popular greeting in the UK. I have pasted it below for your convenience.” “We plan to write a fact check to set the record straight. Capitol Police released a statement saying they were investigating the fire alarm incident, and maybe a few rubes somewhere expected something to come of it. Republicans introduced a motion to expel Bowman from the House but that evaporated too. Bowman issued a statement saying they were Nazis. Bowman is a member of The Squad, a faction of like-minded subversives... (D-NY) argued in a letter addressed just to ''White People'' on Tuesday that ''white supremacy'' is the reason Daniel Penny was acquitted in the subway chokehold death of Jordan Neely. In the bizarre rant, posted on X, the departing ''Squad'' lawmaker further suggested that he doesn't understand why he feels the need to ''keep talking'' to white people. ''Dear White People,'' Bowman's manifesto begins. ''I don't know why I feel the need to keep talking to you. I don't know why part of me still has hope for you and for us. Some of you are too far gone. But maybe enough of you aren't and will join us in fighting to end white supremacy,'' the congressman writes. Bowman, 48, goes on to spotlight several high-profile cases of police violence against black men and women, as well as the 2012 killing of Trayvon Martin by Florida neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman — who was also acquitted of wrongdoing. ''White supremacy is not skin color. It's a state of mind,'' the Bronx and Westchester rep argues after referencing the death of Tyre Nichols, who was beaten by five black Memphis Police Department officers. ''Jordan Neely is the latest,'' Bowman adds. ''He was sick. He was not a threat. He was subdued. Still not a threat. Daniel Penny choked him for 6 minutes. And killed him. We all watched it on camera, and he was still acquitted.'' A community note appended to the tweet thread noted: ''As part of a plea agreement, after punching a 67-year-old woman in 2021, Jordan Neely was given free access to stable housing and healthcare at a treatment facility. Neely abandoned the facility after 13 days.'' X users also added: ''Penny's actions were in response to Neely threatening passengers.'' New York's 16th District pol then asserts that white social media users have ''never'' seen ''a white man killed in cold blood on camera on your newsfeed.'' ''How many times have you even heard about this? The answer is never. You never have,'' Bowman declares. ''And whenever you feel discomfort from your whiteness, Black people are harmed or killed,'' he charges. ''And there is never accountability or justice. This is the evil of white supremacy. It spans across geography and political parties and sickens us all.'' ''RIP Jordan Neely. The justice system failed you. Kyle Ritenhouse [sic] and Daniel Penny are free. You're gone. We must still fight,'' Bowman's missive ends. Bowman argued that Penny's acquittal was because of ''white supremacy.'' Penny, a 26-year-old Marine veteran, was acquitted of criminally negligent homicide by a Manhattan jury on Monday. Prosecutors argued that Penny was ''criminally reckless'' when he held Neely, who witnesses said was scaring passengers, in an approximately six-minute-long chokehold. Defense attorneys raised doubts about whether Neely died from the chokehold, citing his schizophrenia, drug use and a genetic health condition. Bowman was defeated by Westchester County Executive George Latimer in New York's 16th District Democratic primary earlier this year. The former Bronx middle school principal faced criticism for opposing Israel's war against Hamas and for infamously yanking a fire alarm in a Capitol office building in September 2023. Bowman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge, agreed to a $1,000 fine and was later censured by the House over the fire alarm pull. He claimed at the time that he ''thought the alarm would open the door'' and pulled it by ''accident,'' %u200B%u200Bsaying he ''was just trying to get to my vote'' for a critical government funding package. Latimer went on to easily beat Republican Miriam Flisser in the general election and will replace Bowman in the House of Representatives next month. Not only does Texas have the right to protect its land at Eagle Pass, the CBP's argument that it needed to cut the razor wire in that area to fully do its job of deterring illegals from entering the country just didn't stand up to scrutiny or wasn't backed up by testimony. Another part of the case, involving Texas taking over a border area known as Shelby Park, was considered by the court, and it dismissed the government's argument that Texas' actions led to two illegals drowning. Finally, the ruling bars CBP from cutting/removing razor wire at Eagle Pass going forward.
It also reversed a federal judge's November 2023 refusal to grant a preliminary injunction to Texas as the state resisted federal efforts to remove fencing along the Rio Grande in the vicinity of Eagle Pass, Texas. Circuit Judge Kyle Duncan, a Trump appointee during the president-elect's first term, wrote for Wednesday's majority that Texas was trying only to safeguard its own property, not "regulate" U.S. Border Patrol, and was likely to succeed in its trespass claims. Duncan said the federal government waived its sovereign immunity and rejected its concerns that a ruling by Texas would impede the enforcement of immigration law and undermine the government's relationship with Mexico. He said the public interest "supports clear protections for property rights from government intrusion and control" and ensuring that federal immigration law enforcement does not "unnecessarily intrude into the rights of countless property owners." | |
