America is Under Siege – 233 Federal Cases Against Trump
2025-05-12
[USAWatchdog] Renowned attorney Larry Klayman predicted on USAWatchdog.com that there would be full-blown, legal civil war happening in the court system. He also predicted that violence from the "rabid left" would not only increase but explode. Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch USA, says there are now more than 233 federal court cases trying to stop or delay President Trump and his Administration. Klayman is here to update us on what is going on with the struggle America is having with the Deep State trying desperately to hold on to power. Let’s start with Joe Biden’s appearance last week on ABC’s "The View," where he looked confused and incompetent. Can all of Biden’s last-minute pardons of criminals and J6 members who destroyed evidence be enforced or are they null and void as President Trump has declared? Klayman says, "They are null and void and so is every other thing that was allegedly signed by him (Biden). He couldn’t even remember what he signed. . . . This is more than a scandal. It’s the worst scandal ever. Let me tell you something, Biden has not been abused as an elderly person. He abused the American people, and it’s much more than abuse. Biden committed treason."

What about suspending "habeas corpus" as President Trump is thinking about doing to more quickly deport millions of illegal aliens? Klayman says, "He can do that in dire times, times of war. We are, in effect, in a war. We had drug traffickers, human traffickers, sex traffickers and terrorists running across our border in mass, over 10 million in the Biden Administration alone and many before that. So, yes, it’s a war-time situation, and he (President Trump) can suspend it. . . .Just get them the heck out of here. They are here illegally. They have no right to be here. The President should just ignore these edicts by these San Francisco judges and other judges . . . and do what he needs to do, and they can’t do anything. You know the judiciary has no ability to enforce any ruling. It’s only the Executive Branch, President Trump’s branch that he sit’s over, can enforce the rule of law. This President has been sued thus far . . . in places like San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, Portland and other places where they know they are going to get a Leftist judge. Federal judges are supposed to be assigned randomly. It’s like Wheel of Fortune, but that really does not happen. . . . They actually steer these cases. . . . We need to prosecute these judges and set up the Department of Judicial and Legal Accountability and work with President Trump. I hope he will appoint me to head that with others that will come on board because we need some strong leadership right now because he’s sinking. He (Trump) has been enjoined 70% to 80% of the time in every Executive Order that he has issued. This last one said Trump has no control over his departments anymore. There was a temporary restraining order that says you can’t cut workforce; you can’t do anything."

Why all the attacks on President Trump? Klayman says, "They are attacking him because they hate him. . . . they are attacking him, and it’s all orchestrated. Washington is one giant, excuse the French, circle jerk. It’s a club."

US Senate confirms Huckabee as next Israel envoy, voting largely along party lines
2025-04-10
[IsraelTimes] The US Senate voted almost entirely along party lines on Wednesday to confirm the nomination of former Arkansas governorMike Huckabee to be Washington’s ambassador to Israel.

Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania — an ardent supporter of Israel and virtually the only Democratic ally of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — was the lone lawmaker to break with his party by joining Republicans in backing Huckabee’s nomination.

The final vote tally was 53 to 46 in favor of Huckabee, a passionate evangelical supporter of Israel and its West Bank settlement movement.

Georgia prepares to cancel 455,000 voter registrations
2025-03-27
[WashingtonExaminer] Georgia is planning to eliminate approximately half a million voters from its registration rolls in one of the largest registration removals in U.S. history.

Around 455,000 inactive voter registrations will be removed from the state’s registration list this summer, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. More than half of the registrations that are set to be canceled were identified by the Electronic Registration Information Center, which involves 24 states that identify when a voter moves out of state and is no longer eligible to vote, in this case, in Georgia.

"We want to do everything we can within the law to have the cleanest voter list possible," State Elections Director Blake Evans said.

Under Georgia law, voters become "inactive" when they appear to have moved, such as by filling out change-of-address forms. Their registrations can be canceled if they miss the next two general elections.

This is the first year since ERIC began operations in 2021 that voters who have been designated as "inactive" will be removed.

"ERIC is the best tool out there right now, and it gives us valuable information you can’t get anywhere else," Evans said.

Of those whose registration will be canceled, ERIC identified 255,000 voters who moved out of state and are therefore ineligible to vote in Georgia elections, according to the outlet.

Meet Sandra Whitehouse, whose husband's votes funneled millions into NGO that pays her
2025-03-09
[FoxNews] Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., has emerged into the spotlight amid a new ethics complaint due to his voting in favor of laws that ultimately funded millions in grants to a nonprofit climate group that pays his wife's consulting firm.

But who is his wife, Sandra Whitehouse?

Whitehouse earned her bachelor's degree at Yale University, similar to her now-senator husband, according to her LinkedIn page.

After that, she earned her master's degree at the Graduate School of Oceanography at the University of Rhode Island, studying there from 1986 to 1994.

She and Sheldon Whitehouse married in 1986 at the St. George's School Chapel in Newport, Rhode Island, according to a newspaper announcement.

The couple live in Newport and have two children, Molly and Alexander, as well as two grandchildren, according to the senator's website.

Throughout her career, Whitehouse has advised nonprofits, nongovernmental organizations, a state agency, a legislative body and private companies, according to a biography from the Atlantic Council, where she was a nonresident senior fellow at the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security.

Her husband was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 2006. She first began working for the group at the center of the latest ethics complaint roughly two years later, in 2008.

Whitehouse started working for Ocean Conservancy in September 2008, according to her LinkedIn page. She served as a senior policy advisor, and her "consulting work includes providing strategic advice for the Executive Team and Program Directors, raising awareness of ocean policy issues at various workshops and conferences, and engaging key stakeholders in Ocean Conservancy's mission. Areas of policy focus include climate change, ocean plastics, and ocean planning."

Whitehouse is no longer directly employed by Ocean Conservancy, but the organization does pay her firm, Ocean Wonks LLC, for similar consulting.

She became president of Ocean Wonks LLC in 2017, and in this capacity, she "consults for various non-profit organizations, leveraging decades of scientific, regulatory, and policy experience to educate on and advocate for ocean policy issues," according to her LinkedIn.

Ocean Conservancy has notably received more than $14.2 million in federal grants since 2008, according to USASpending.gov. It was given two sizable grants in just 2024, one for $5.2 million from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and another for $1.7 million from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), both for marine debris cleanup. The former was funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), and the latter was funded through the EPA’s annual appropriations bill. The senator voted for both.

According to tax documents, Ocean Conservancy has paid Whitehouse a total of $2,686,800 either directly or through her firm since 2010.

This was cited in last month's complaint to the Senate Select Committee on Ethics Chairman James Lankford, R-Okla., and Vice Chairman Chris Coons, D-Del., from ethics watchdog the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT).

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Whitehouse spokesperson Stephen DeLeo said, "This is a repeat dark money performance, and the previous attempt by a dark money group to plant these same smears was roundly dismissed by Senate Ethics. The billionaires and Supreme Court capture operatives behind FACT would like to try to stop Senator Whitehouse from shining a light on what they’ve done to deprive regular people of a fair shake before the Court."

"But false accusations from far-right special interests and billionaires will not impede the Senator’s pursuit of an accountable, ethical government that responds to Americans’ needs," he added.

Whitehouse's office also provided a letter to Fox News Digital from the committee last year informing another watchdog group, Judicial Watch, that the senator's actions did not violate "federal laws, Senate rules, or other standards of conduct."

The group had filed a similar ethics complaint to FACT.

FBI Refuses to Release Seth Rich Records on March 10
2025-03-04
[GatewayPundit] The corrupt FBI has once again refused to release crucial records related to the 2016 murder of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich.

Attorney Ty Clevenger, who has been battling for years to obtain these documents, reported that the FBI is stonewalling yet again, refusing to comply with his Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

Rich was murdered in Washington, D.C., in the summer of 2016, shortly before WikiLeaks released the infamous Clinton emails.

On Monday, Clevenger took to X to reveal that the FBI will not be releasing Seth Rich-related records as expected on March 10th. Instead, the corrupt bureau plans to provide only a Vaughn index—a limited document listing withheld files and the reasons for their concealment.

In February 2024, Clevenger demanded that the FBI hand over the Seth Rich documents they continue to conceal from the public.

The FBI’s refusal follows a pattern of obfuscation. For years, the agency denied even possessing Seth Rich’s laptop—until Clevenger’s legal efforts forced the FBI to admit they had it all along. Yet, the agency still refuses to disclose any metadata from Seth Rich’s electronic devices.

Even more damning, Clevenger has already uncovered proof that the FBI improperly withheld pages from the CrowdStrike report related to the alleged 2016 DNC hack—an event that conveniently became a political weapon against President Donald Trump.

Trump's CIA director will take a 'wrecking ball' to transgender lectures and pride events at Langley
2025-01-15
Winning matters.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • DailyMail.com obtained more than 20 flyers for events at CIA headquarters

  • They include 'equity assurance training' and a transgender lecture

  • DEEP DIVE: How Donald Trump won America back

A lecture by the highest ranking transgender officer in the armed forces; a celebration of Loving Day and sessions on 'equity assurance training.'

A trove of flyers obtained by DailyMail.com from serving CIA officers lays bare the extent of the agency's 'diversity, equity and inclusion' work triggering fresh accusations that it is being distracted from its core job of protecting Americans from foreign threats.

But Trump transition insiders say those concerns will be tackled head on by John Ratcliffe, who is the president-elect's pick to lead the agency, and who will be grilled by senators about his plans on Wednesday.

'I suspect Ratcliffe is going to come in like a wrecking ball to the woke deep staters,' said a source familiar with his plans.

'The mission is all he cares about.

'No more politicized intelligence products. No more social experiments.

'Nothing and no one that distracts from the mission of collecting foreign intelligence and keeping Americans safe.'

The list of targets is laid out in more than 20 flyers collected by disgruntled staff.

For Pride Month last year, CIA agents were invited to a lecture by Admiral Rachel Levine, assistant secretary at Health and Human Services, the first openly transgender four-star officer in the armed forces.

A year before, CIA headquarters held a week of events to mark 'Loving Day,' the anniversary of a 1967 court judgment allowing interracial marriages in Virginia.

Then there are support groups for people getting divorced; 'Orange Shirt Day,' to remember indigenous people affected by their experiences in residential schools; 'intentional parenting' sessions; and even lessons in importing dogs from overseas postings.

Officers are invited to join the Multicultural Inclusion Exchange or the Peer Support Cadre.

Some carry the slogan 'DEIA enables mission,' suggesting that diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility help the CIA to do its job.

The events may be appropriate for a consumer-facing hipster coffeeshop but not for agents whose prime focus is on completing the mission, said a former CIA paramilitary operations officer.

'We're the point of the spear for the Agency and we don't have time for this nonsense,' he said. 'And that's what it is: Nonsense.'

The issue will come into focus on Wednesday when Ratcliffe will appear before the Senate intelligence committee for his confirmation hearing.

He is expected to address the topic of the CIA's DEI work in his opening statement as he sets out his broader goals and ambitions.

'Cooperate for the Sake of the Universe': Lavrov Gave Interview to Tucker Carlson
2024-12-06
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[RIA] Sergey Lavrov gave an 80-minute interview to American journalist Tucker Carlson. The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry assessed relations between Moscow and Washington, commented on the test of the Oreshnik missile, and also explained why Russia launched a special operation in Ukraine.

On relations with the USA:

  • Russia sees no reason why Moscow and Washington cannot cooperate for the sake of the Universe;

  • Russia does not think about war with the USA and does not want it; such a war could be nuclear in nature; the main thing for Moscow is to avoid it;

  • Russia and the United States are not officially at war, what is happening in Ukraine is a hybrid war;

  • There are several channels of communication between Russia and the United States, but they are mainly used for the exchange of people serving sentences in both countries;

  • Donald Trump is a strong man, he is very friendly, but this does not mean that he is pro-Russian.

"We see no reason why Russia and the United States cannot cooperate for the sake of the Universe," Lavrov said.

On the risk of nuclear war:

  • The West’s statements about Moscow’s lack of “red lines” and their shifting are a very serious mistake;

  • Talk of a limited nuclear exchange is an invitation to disaster that Russia does not want.

"If they (American officials - Ed.) follow the logic that some Westerners have been voicing recently, that, they say, don't believe that Russia has 'red lines', yes, they have declared them, but these 'red lines' are shifting again, then this is a very serious mistake," the head of the MFA warned.

About the "Oreshnik" strike:

  • Moscow will be ready to use any means to prevent the West from inflicting a “strategic defeat” on Russia;

  • Russia does not want to aggravate the situation and hopes that its signal to the US in the form of the Oreshnik test was taken seriously;

  • Russia, having tested the Oreshnik, wanted to convey to the West that it would do everything to protect its interests;

  • Russia is ready to send additional "messages" to the West if they do not draw the necessary conclusions in light of the launch of Oreshnik;

  • The US knew about the launch of Oreshnik in advance and did not see anything truly dangerous in the test launch.

"We do not want to aggravate the situation. But since ATACMS and other long-range weapons are used on Russian territory, we are sending signals. We hope that the latest (a couple of weeks ago) from the new Oreshnik system was taken seriously," the minister noted.

About the special operation in Ukraine:

  • Russia would not have started the SVO if the West and Kyiv had complied with the Minsk agreements;

  • Moscow does not intend to destroy Ukrainians, they are brothers and sisters for the Russian people;

  • You shouldn’t think that Russia and the United States are deciding the Ukrainian issue for everyone; this is not Moscow’s style;

  • Russia hears changes in statements from Zelensky and the West on the conflict in Ukraine;

  • Zelensky is inadequate if he wants to bring back Russian speakers after his words about “special individuals”;

  • The West is covering up the breakdown of negotiations between Moscow and Kiev in the spring of 2022 with a provocation in Bucha;

  • Some capitals are tired of the Ukrainian conflict, and there is talk that the US wants to leave it to Europe;

  • Russia has realized that it is better to rely not on the lifting of sanctions, but on itself.

"When Ukraine and its sponsors launched plan B, trying to seize this (Eastern. - Ed.) part of Donbas by force, that's when we launched a special military operation. If they had fulfilled the Minsk agreements, Ukraine would have been a single whole," Lavrov explained.

On the escalation of the situation in Syria:

  • The US, Britain and other countries, according to open information, support Islamist groups in Syria - it's a complicated game;

  • Russia wants to discuss with Turkey and Iran how to cut off the channels of financing and arming Islamist groups in Syria.

"We would like to discuss the need to return to strict implementation of the Idlib agreements, because the Idlib de-escalation zone became the place from which the terrorists moved to capture Aleppo," the minister said.

Fani Willis ordered to hand over communications with Jack Smith, J6 Committee to Judicial Watch
2024-12-04
[PM]Collusion Central™ exposed
Uh oh. Someone is in trouble!
The Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia has ordered that District Attorney Fani Willis hand over all communications she had with special counsel Jack Smith and the defunct January 6 Committee to Judicial Watch, which sued Willis under the Open Records Act (ORA).

The court granted the default judgment motion brought forth by Judicial Watch, which stated that Willis had been served with the lawsuit in March 2024, but by May when Judicial Watch asked the court to declare default judgment, Willis had still "not filed an answer" despite it being due "30 days after service."

The order centers around the deadline in which Willis had to respond, with Willis being served on March 11 and a return of service being filed two days later. However, the latter document did not appear on the court’s electronic docket. In April the court, "believing that Defendant had not yet been served," filed an order directing Judicial Watch to serve the defendant, who refiled the return that showed Willis had been served on March 11.

Willis claimed that "she relied on the Court’s 15 April 2024 Order directing Plaintiff to serve her and so did not immediately file an answer because of her 'understanding that service had not been perfected,’" and that the court’s April 15 filing required the plaintiffs to serve her for a second time, the plaintiffs had not yet done so, and that she was therefore not required to respond yet.

"The Court finds Defendant is in default and has been since 11 April 2024. As already mentioned, it is undisputed that Defendant was served on 11 March 2024 and that Plaintiff filed the return of service on 13 March 2024. While it is true that that return did not immediately appear on the Court’s electronic docket, this delay does not change the fact that Plaintiff filed it -- and that it was stamped as received by the Clerk -- on 13 March 2024. Because the return was filed within five days of service, Defendant was required to answer within thirty days of service, which would have been 10 April 2024," the court order stated.

"Lest any of this appear unfair to Defendant -- who arguably was without notice that Plaintiff had filed the return of service on 13 March 2024 until 15 April 2024 when Plaintiff again filed it and the Clerk caused the original 13 March filing to appear in the docket -- Defendant could have opened her default as a matter of right on 15 April 2024 or soon thereafter, as she remained well within the fifteen-day grace period established by O.C.G.A. § 9-11-55(a). Moreover, even had she delayed and filed her motion to open default outside the fifteen-day statutory grace period, Defendant would have had a compelling case for opening her default on any of the three statutory grounds."

The order added, "But Defendant did none of that: she never moved to open default on any basis (not even during the period when she could have opened default as a matter of right), she never paid costs, and she never offered up a meritorious defense," and said that the plaintiffs are entitled to default judgment "as if every item and paragraph of the complaint were supported by proper and sufficient evidence

Big Tech knew Biden laptop suppression would influence 2020 election, wanted Big Guy's favor: report
2024-11-03
[JustTheNews] "Unwinding" Facebook's demotion of New York Post bombshell "now will unfortunately create more headaches than it’s worth" and problem is "we manually" demoted the story, executives told each other.

Big Tech platforms had shockingly frank internal conversations about their efforts to sway the 2020 presidential election, even stating explicitly they wanted to be on the good side of a Biden-Harris administration, according to communications released by the House Judiciary Committee days before an election in which mainstream media are promoting censorship of conservative voices.

The Republican-led Weaponization of the Federal Government Subcommittee published an 82- interim staff report Wednesday on how the FBI "prebunked" allegations about Biden family "corruption," and 641-page version with the full communications, providing the clearest evidence yet that tech platforms understood their role inevitably paved the way for the Democratic ticket.

"[W]hen we get hauled up to [Capitol] hill to testify on why we influenced the 2020 elections, we can say we have been meeting for YEARS with USG [the U.S. government] to plan for it," a member of Facebook’s Trust and Safety team messaged colleagues during a July 15, 2020, meeting among tech companies and feds including the FBI.

"Obviously, our calls on this could colour the way an incoming Biden administration views us more than almost anything else," U.K-based Nick Clegg, then-Facebook vice president of global affairs, told Vice President of Global Public Policy Joel Kaplan as the Meta-owned company debated whether to stop demoting a New York Post expose on then-Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

"From the beginning, the platforms understood what the FBI was doing" even if "Big Tech may not have known that the FBI was priming them to censor a true story," the GOP report says of the internal communications committee staff obtained. Companies knew "their meetings with the U.S. government regarding online speech could very well influence the 2020 election."

A week before this year's election, prominent conservatives blasted The Washington Post for laying the groundwork to censor them through an analysis that claims their podcasts are superspreaders of "unfounded assertions including that the election will be rigged or stolen."

Ben Shapiro and Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton posted the Post queries they received. Shapiro noted the financially hemorrhaging newspaper didn't specify what supposed misinformation he spread, and Fitton – flagged for his appearance on Charlie Kirk's show – scolded reporter Cat Zakrzewski for asking him after 5 p.m. with an 8 p.m. deadline.

Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan also accused YouTube of "censor[ing]" GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump's interview with Joe Rogan, likely the nation's most influential podcaster, and sibling company Google elevating "material critical of the interview" in search results.

Jordan cited a New York Post report that said "YouTube users reported difficulty searching for the video" three days after it quickly racked up "tens of millions of views" Oct. 25 and that the full interview was "missing" from its trending videos page the day after.

He also argued YouTube admitted censoring the video by releasing a statement Oct. 28 that said "the original 3-hour interview didn't appear prominently" in "some searches" the day before.

While Rogan said Oct. 25 there was "no issue with YouTube censoring the trump episode," blaming a Spotify "glitch" for his decision to delist the YouTube interview "until it’s fixed," the podcast celebrity switched gears Oct. 29 and posted the entire interview on X, formerly Twitter, because "there's an issue with searching for this episode on YouTube."

The House Judiciary GOP report says the FBI's Foreign Influence Task Force met more than two dozen times between Feb. 10 and Oct. 14, 2020, in one-on-one "bilateral meetings" with Big Tech companies including Google, then-Twitter, Facebook and Microsoft. The FITF's Russia unit chief told staff it resumed meetings with them this year.

The chief also said FITF's members knew the FBI had "Hunter Biden’s authenticated laptop" before the New York Post reported Oct. 14 on its "smoking-gun email" that said he introduced his father, the vice president at the time, to a top executive at Ukraine energy firm Burisma.

This is "consistent with other testimony" Judiciary and Weaponization received, the report said, citing FITF Section Chief Laura Dehmlow, who was then its China unit chief. Her predecessor, Brad Benavides, was also "certainly … aware" they had authenticated the laptop, she said.

Another set of meetings known as "USG-Industry" included FBI, Justice Department, Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and Office of Intelligence & Analysis, Office of the Director of Intelligence, Facebook, Google, Twitter and Microsoft among others.

Clegg and Kaplan were on a Sept. 21, 2020, Facebook email that said "USG partners" believe Russian actors will conduct a "hack/leak operation" before the first debate eight days later, "likely involving real or manufactured evidence" of links between the Biden family and Burisma.

"FBI tipped us all off last week that this Burisma story was likely to emerge," according to internal Microsoft notes Oct. 14, 2020, the same day of the New York Post report.

Oct. 14, 2020, shows up repeatedly in the interim staff report, including Facebook's decision to demote the Post story, then hand-wringing over feared blowback for undoing demotion.

"Unwinding will likely leak and be a story (conversely, doing things that might be perceived as anti-conservative, like demoting the content, never seem to leak)," Kaplan, a former deputy chief of staff for President George W. Bush, told Clegg among a series of WhatsApp messages.

Clegg agreed that "unwinding it now will unfortunately create more headaches than it’s worth." Kaplan clarified the problem was "we manually" demoted the story, because "if it were automatic, it would be sort of an easy call not to intervene."

Social media companies had "significant confusion around the Post article" during one-on-one FITF meetings Oct. 14, 2020, according to a paraphrase of the Russia unit chief's testimony. Quoting the chief, the report said he "felt [it] necessary to reach out to some of the more major companies" because an FBI analyst apparently confirmed the laptop's existence to Twitter.

The chief said he had a joint "follow-up discussion" with Twitter, Facebook, Google and Microsoft reps in which he shared a statement he "cleared" with superiors while "trying to skirt multiple policies and be within bounds legally," later telling GOP staff he told them something like "The FBI has nothing in its possession to suggest that the laptop is a hack or a leak."

He refused to answer any followup questions they had, saying his hands were tied by FBI policy even while acknowledging the agency "had more information" beyond knowing the laptop was not a hack or leak, the report says.

The companies nonetheless treated the laptop as a hack-and-leak, throttling the Post story so that "millions of Americans cast their presidential vote unaware of serious, credible allegations of misconduct levied against one of the two candidates," the GOP-led committee concludes.

"Today, these companies and their executives belatedly admit that their censorship was wrong," it says. "Although the FBI conditioned Big Tech to believe any allegations about [now first son]Hunter Biden were Russian disinformation, the social media companies are far from blameless."
