Jim Comey Ignored State Department Whistleblower on HIllary's Crimes With Classified Material |
2020-10-11 |
![]() The letter from this whistleblower is stunning and I am going to present it in total. It is dated 10 January 2016. You can read it for yourself here starting at page 121. I became aware of this letter thanks to the assiduous research and writings of Charles Ortel (he wrote about this recently at the American Thinker). The letter explains in great detail how Hillary and her cabal of sychophants used an unclassified system to disseminate Top Secret and Secret intelligence. But the Senior Diplomat did not stop there. He explained carefully and specifically who the FBI needed to interview and the questions they needed to ask. You do not need to take my word for it. You can read the letter for yourself. [Redacted files follow.] And what did the sanctimonious, smug buffoon heading up the FBI do? Nothing. But this senior Foreign Service Officer was dogged in making sure the FBI had the information. He called FBI Headquarters and could not get any confirmation that his letter was accepted. Not satisfied, he walked into the FBI’s Washington Field Office. The results of this meeting were reported to three FBI Agents working on the Hillary Clinton investigation. Named in the report are Peter Strzok and Jonathan Moffa (the third name is blacked out). Here is the report in its entirety. Please note that the State Department official delivered the information on the 27th of January 2016, but the report was not written up until four weeks later—22 February 2016. (You can see the original on the FBI website here starting at page 11.) [More redacted files follow.] I do not know if John Durham has seen these documents. I am posting to make sure that he does. There is no evidence that Inspector General Horowitz examined these documents or interviewed the Foreign Service Officer. With Secretary of State Pompeo's promise that Hillary emails will be forthcoming, I think it is worthwhile to revisit what this brave whistleblower tried to bring to the attention of the FBI, who clearly was hellbent on protecting Hillary rather than pursing justice and upholding the law. Shameful. |

Following Last Week's Release Attorney Clevenger Alleges Office of DNI Has Communications Between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks – Russia Collusion a Lie! |
2020-05-11 |
[Gatewaypundit] ...[L]ast Friday, after years of being hidden by corrupt lying Representative Adam Schiff in Congress, a number of testimonies related to the Russia collusion sham were unveiled after Schiff received pressure from Richard Grenell, the Acting Director of National Intelligence (ADNI). One transcript was from Crowdstrike’s Shawn Henry who stated under oath that Crowdstrike had no evidence that Russia even "exfiltrated" the emails from the DNC. The whole ’Russia stole the DNC emails and sent them to WikiLeaks’ story was a fraud. This leads us to today. Many people suspected that in 2016 a young man working for the DNC by the name of Seth Rich, copied emails from the DNC and shared them with WikiLeaks. Mr. Rich was murdered in Washington D.C. in July 2016 but his wallet, phone and watch were found on his person when the police arrived at the scene. We reported numerous oddities surrounding his death. For years the Seth Rich story has been covered up and labeled a conspiracy. However, we reported numerous incidents and activities within the Deep State related to covering up the Seth Rich story. We recently reported that Judicial Watch released documents obtained in a FARA request. These emails revealed that corrupt cops Peter Strzok and Jonathan Moffa were copied in an email regarding a report from Daily Mail where ex-Brit Craig Murray claimed he traveled to Washington DC and obtained Clinton emails in an exchange in a wooded area near American University. The Mueller gang never looked into the Seth Rich matter and never interviewed Julian Assange from WikiLeaks to determine who provided him the DNC emails which were reportedly the cause of the Russia collusion sham. NYT reporter flagged Jared Kushner meetings with Russians to FBI |
2019-06-22 |
[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] A New York Times![]() ...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... news hound fed information about Jared Kushner meeting with Russians to the FBI, newly released emails show. Journalist Michael Schmidt sent an email on March 24, 2017, to FBI Assistant Director for Public Affairs Michael Kortan, stating that his colleagues were reporting on the FBI's Russia investigation and had stumbled onto some information about President Trump's son-in-law and top adviser. "Wanted to flag you on something. Three of my colleagues are working on a story about the Russia investigation. They’re told that Jared Kushner is among the individuals who the F.B.I. is scrutinizing for their meetings with Russians," Schmidt said. "My colleagues were told that Ambassador Kislyak, after meeting Kushner and General Flynn in early December at Trump Tower, set up a meeting with Kushner and a Russian banker. Kushner ultimately met with the Russian banker. The banker worked for Alpha Bank. Thanks. Mike." Kortan forwarded the email to FBI special agent Peter Strzok, who was leading the bureau's Russia investigation, and Jonathan Moffa, an FBI counterintelligence officer. The Washington Examiner has reached out to Schmidt for comment. The email was obtained by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, released in response to a May 21 court order by U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton to the FBI to process 13,000 pages of records. Thursday's release by Judicial Watch, which it claimed to show "FBI-media collusion," also revealed interactions between the FBI and other media outlets, including ProPublica asking for a fact check for an upcoming report. An email exchange on April 10, 2017, involving Strzok, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, and other bureau officials, appears to be about getting a preview of an upcoming Times report. "The editing is nearing completion and we have one last shot to hear what the end result is. Do you have time later today or tomorrow that is convenient for a listening session? Likely by phone in Mike’s office," said an email that was part of the thread with the subject line "NYT Last Shot." |

House task force interviews FBI official about Clinton emails, isn't done yet |
2018-08-27 |
A congressional source confirmed to the Washington Examiner that the Judiciary and Oversight Committees met privately with FBI official Jonathan Moffa at the end of the week -- the latest in a line of interviews conducted by the joint task force looking into the FBI's controversial handling of the inquiry into the former secretary of state's unauthorized server. Moffa was mentioned in an April letter sent to Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy by Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., who took note of emails from February 2016 that suggested Justice Department coordination with the FBI before ex-FBI Director James Comey publicly recommend in July that no charges be brought against Clinton, who was then a candidate for president. In the letter, first reported by Fox News, Meadows pointed to emails found on Clinton's server with "Top Secret" information that indicated Comey may have misled Congress when he testified that there was no DOJ-FBI coordination at "crucial moments of the investigation." One of those emails from an unidentified senior Justice Department official sent to Peter Strzok, the former FBI official who led the Clinton probe and was recently fired for his anti-Trump texting; Moffa, an official in the FBI’s criminal division and the bureau's Office of General Counsel; and members of the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Virginia, discussed being "kept in the loop as [a] response is drafted." The Judiciary-Oversight joint task force also reportedly set up interviews with at least three other FBI officials earlier this summer, including with Bill Priestap, the assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division, and Michael Steinbach, the former head of the FBI’s national security division, and John Giacalone, who preceded Steinbach. Before the interview with Moffa, at least one Democrat -- Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., a member of the Judiciary Committee -- complained on MSNBC about the GOP focus on the Clinton emails versus the the "alarming" conduct by President Trump and the people around him at a time when Trump's longtime personal attorney Michael Cohen, facing accusations of bank fraud, pleaded guilty to tax fraud and campaign finance violations and in doing so implicated the president. |

2018-08-10 |
Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) is preparing subpoenas for Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, his wife Nellie Ohr and Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, according to two congressional sources familiar with the matter. The committee will also go after other current and former FBI and DOJ officials including Jim Baker, Sally Moyer, Jonathan Moffa and George Toscas, the sources said. Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores told The Hill that Goodlatte has been in touch with the DOJ about seeking testimonies from these officials. A Republican House Judiciary Committee aide confirmed to The Hill they plan to seek such interviews. |

Peter Strzok Admitted to Obstruction of Justice (Again) in Newly Released Text Messages |
2018-02-05 |
In August 2016, Page and Strzok discuss starting a new "program" to get around FBI text message archiving protocols. These protocols allow for due process when text messages and other investigative materials are made available to defendants as part of discovery. The messages were uncovered as part of an inquiry by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) who heads up the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. Sen. Johnson was thrust into the spotlight of investigations of the FBI and DOJ when he reported that he was in contact with an informant inside of the "Secret Society" referenced in text messages between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. Sen. Ron Johnson sent an additional letter to the FBI and Department of Justice requesting additional communications records for senior federal law enforcement and intelligence officials including James Comey, Andrew McCabe, James Rybicki, John Giaclone, James Turgal, Jonathan Moffa and Randy Coleman, among others. |
