Hillary Clinton-run group helps fund Just Stop Oil and Extinction Rebellion |
2024-08-04 |
[Yahoo] Just Stop Oil’s stunts are partly funded by a campaign organization run by Crooked HillaryClinton the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... , US financial disclosures reveal. A group founded by Mrs Clinton from the ashes of her failed presidential bid has donated $500,000 (£391,500) in the last three years to the protest group’s Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,-based financiers. Just Stop Oil’s largest financial backer is a controversial Californian non-profit, the Climate Emergency Fund (CEF), which pays for stunts by environmental groups across the world, including Extinction Rebellion. A paper trail of transparency disclosures, seen by The Telegraph, shows that one of the CEF’s major supporters is Onward Together, a campaign organization founded by Mrs Clinton in the aftermath of her 2016 presidential campaign against Donald Trump ...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down... Onward Together gave $300,000 to the CEF in 2021, and a further $200,000 in 2022. The money donated by her group was placed into a fund that was used to pay for Just Stop Oil’s protests in the UK. The donations are the largest contribution by Mrs Clinton’s organization to a non-profit in the last three years, and are funded by public contributions and the sale of merchandise from her online shop. However, denial ain't just a river in Egypt... although the Onward Together website lists a number of "partners" supported by her group, it makes no reference to the CEF or Just Stop Oil, who are the ultimate recipients of some of the money it has donated. A separate arm of Onward Together contributes to specific candidates in US elections. Organisations like Just Stop Oil are not required to disclose their funding in the UK, but the group has said it has received millions of pounds from the CEF, its largest supporter. The group has previously been criticised for accepting money from foreign donors to fund its stunts, which have recently included the vandalism of Stonehenge and paint sprayed at Heathrow airport. Some MPs have called for the group to be designated as a terror organization. The total cost of policing Just Stop Oil by the Metropolitan Police alone was almost £20 million by the end of last year, and is now likely to be much higher. The CEF was established in 2019 by Aileen Getty, the granddaughter of the oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, and campaigns for governments to adopt climate-friendly policies. It is backed by several Hollywood celebrities, including Jeremy Strong, the Succession star, who sits on its board. Other major donors, other than Mrs Clinton, include a fund run by Susie Tompkins Buell, the co-founder of the North Face clothing brand. [IsraelTimes] Ankara says US agreed to take in alleged jihadist, give him travel documents; repatriation comes after Erdogan’s visit to the White House. The United States agreed to take him in and will provide him with travel documents, the ministry said, adding that the repatriation was underway. The move comes a day after ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. The Hurriyet newspaper said Wednesday that 959 suspects were being prepared for deportation, with the largest numbers coming from Iraq, Syria and Russia. The Turkish interior ministry earlier Thursday said seven Germans and one Briton would be deported to Berlin and London respectively. The Metropolitan Police in London said later on Thursday a man was arrested on terrorism offences after arriving at Heathrow airport on an inbound flight to the UK from Turkey. "He was arrested on suspicion of preparation of terrorist acts," the police said in a statement. "The arrest is Syria-related," it added.

Officials found involved in human smuggling, admits FIA |
2019-01-03 |
[DAWN] The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has acknowledged that its officials, in connivance with the employees of the Pakistain International Airlines (PIA), have been involved in a human smuggling ring that also worked in Europe. The report forwarded by the FIA director general to the interior ministry and the Establishment Division on Wednesday highlights that human smuggling investigation was carried out on a complaint by the British High Commission in 2014. Sources in the interior ministry said that the report dated January 1, 2019, was received by the ministry on Wednesday and it clearly blamed the ’Anti-Human Trafficking Cell’ of FIA for not taking any action over the complaint. According to the complaint, 20 Afghan nationals caught at Heathrow airport were smuggled from Benazir Bhutto ... 11th Prime Minister of Pakistain in two non-consecutive terms from 1988 until 1990 and 1993 until 1996. She was the daughter of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, founder of the Pakistain People's Party, who was murdered at the instigation of General Ayub Khan. She was murdered in her turn by person or persons unknown while campaigning in late 2007. Suspects include, to note just a few, Baitullah Mehsud, General Pervez Musharraf, the ISI, al-Qaeda in Pakistain, and her husband, Asif Ali Zardari, who shows remarkably little curiosity about who done her in... International Airport Islamabad (BBIAP). The report has blamed then FIA director Inam Ghani for ’thrashing the inquiry’. "He being director of FIA Islamabad Zone removed legal barriers such as the checking of flights just to facilitate the human smuggling through BBIAP, without his connivance it was impossible for the PIA and FIA immigration staff at BBIAP to run the human smuggling network of Afghan nationals on fake Pak passports." The report added: "This matter was otherwise a national security threat in the prevailing circumstances of Afghan / Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... playing havoc in the country." The report has said that the inquiry into the matter did not proceed further and the accused in the initial inquiry continued to be posted at the same airport and the investigation was diverted on the grounds that the Afghan nationals did not pass through the FIA immigration counter. The investigation conducted by the FIA in 2014-15 showed that there was no data of Afghan nationals at the Integrated Border Management System (IBMS) maintained by the FIA immigration cell, and there was no CCTV footage of those persons crossing the FIA counter at the airport. "It was stated in the investigation report that the Afghan nationals were smuggled out through the domestic departure longue bypassing the FIA immigration counter," the report said and added that these claims were proven false in later inquiries. However, ars longa, vita brevis... the detailed report finalised by the FIA DG has highlighted that the CCTV footage of the FIA was corrupted deliberately whereas the CCTV footage of the Civil Aviation Authority proved that the Afghan nationals caught at Heathrow travelled through the FIA counter but their passports were not scanned at the IBMS. To match the numbers of passengers travelling on the PIA flight to London the FIA officials duplicated the data of genuine passengers so that their total number in FIA data was the same as the number of boarding pass issued by the airline. The report unearthed that each group was accompanied with one carrier or controller who was responsible to take the smuggled persons out of airport in the UK. It has named deputy director Tahir Jan Durrani, inspector Afzal Niazi, assistant director Rana Abid Hussain and assistant director Adnan Khan Lahani who had financial / telephonic links with the human smuggling racket. An interior ministry official said about 30 FIA officials, who had been suspected to be involved in the human smuggling, had been suspended. "Human smugglers have become part of international crime rackets that is why they are able to book return tickets without even a genuine passport number," he said. |

British Jihadist who Fought in Syria Gets 10 Years
2017-12-09 | |
[AnNahar] A British jihadist who fought to overturn Libyan strongman Muammar Qadaffy ...who single-handedly turned a moderately prosperous kingdom into a dictator's fantasyland and was then murdered by his indignant subjects 42 years later... and joined the ranks of the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... group in Syria was sentenced to 10 years in prison Friday. Mohammed Abdallah, 26, who has dual British and Libyan nationality, joined the "Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... Brigade" in 2011 along with his brother, Abdalraouf. Abdallah's brother was shot and paralyzed from the waist down in battle, the trial in London heard. In 2014, Abdallah headed to Syria with help from his wheelchair-bound brother, who set up a "hub" for would be IS fighters from his home in Manchester, northern England. He was enjugged Don't shoot, coppers! I'm comin' out! when he returned to London's Heathrow airport in September 2014. In 2016, Sky News published files from an IS defector which listed Abdallah as a specialist sniper with expertise in using the "Dushka" -- a Russian-made heavy machine gun. Abdallah was found guilty on Thursday of possessing a Kalashnikov assault rifle, receiving £2,000 (2,300 euros, $2,700) for terrorism and membership of IS. Abdallah in court denied pledging allegiance to IS and said he was instead imprisoned by jihadists. He claimed he had only traveled to Syria to donate money to poor people. But judge Maura McGowan said Abdallah had "bragged" about acquiring weapons and was "totally committed" to signing up to the IS group. "Your commitment to violence abroad is clear and you have not shown any sign of changing your views or attitudes," she said. Abdallah's trial was delayed after a terror attack at Manchester Arena in May this year by bomber Salman Abedi, in which 22 people were killed. Abedi attended the same mosque as the Abdallah brothers and reportedly visited Abdalraouf in prison in the months leading up to the attack.

Day 3: Second man arrested for Parsons Green bucket bomb identified as Syrian refugee who had been housed with the same foster parents as the arrested yoot |
2017-09-18 |
[DailyMail]
Faroukh is believed to come from Al Harah near Damascus – an area that has escaped much of the devastation caused by Syria's civil war. He appears to have fled his homeland for Egypt, possibly by flying to Cairo. On November 23, 2013, he posted a picture on his Facebook page showing a dilapidated fishing boat with the caption: 'The boat we took from Egypt to Italy.' Within a few days he was in Croydon, where Britain's immigration authorities are based. He was placed with the Joneses at their home in Sunbury-on-Thames and began studying at West Thames College. On his Instagram he wrote about 'smoking weed every day' and posted an image saying: 'For better life you need to have weed, vodka and drugs.' He also posted anti-Israel images proclaiming: 'Stop Israeli terror in Palestine.' Mohammed Konbus, who met Faroukh during the journey through Egypt, said: 'He wasn't into all that religious stuff. He was a very sensible person and very mature. I am so surprised that he has been linked to this. 'I really hope that it isn't him, but I haven't seen him in three years, and no one knows what can happen in three years. 'He doesn't seem like a guy that would go to that limit. I don't agree with people being killed so I hope we find out who it was. 'We moved because the situation got worse in Egypt and he wanted to learn English and start establishing his future.' At Christmas 2015, Faroukh appears to have travelled to Scotland to see a cousin, also a refugee, and some children. But 11 weeks ago, on June 29 - a few days after the London Bridge terror attack – his father died back in Syria. It set off a period of intense mourning for Faroukh, who posted sombre images of his father on his Facebook page. By now he was living in a house in Staines, next to Heathrow Airport. Anti-terror police swooped there yesterday. Neighbour Pat Hodge, 59, said: 'My wife and I have sat outside in the communal garden with him in the summer and had ice lollies. 'He seems like a nice chap. Sometimes his family come down from Edinburgh, I think it's his brother and two nephews. 'They're all really lovely to talk to. They're obviously Arabic but the kids speak with perfect Scottish accents. The other suspect arrested, an 18-year-old Iraqi, is also believed to have come from the foster care of the Jones family. A local councillor said the teenage suspect came to the UK aged 15 after his parents died in Iraq while a friend of the Joneses said the man's biological family did not agree with him moving in with Christian foster parents. It comes as a man was caught on camera an hour-a-half before the Parsons Green bombing carrying a Lidl bag as he left the Joneses' house. CCTV footage shows a figure outside the property in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, at 6.50am, just 90 minutes before a 'bucket bomb' inside a shopping bag exploded and injured 30 people. In the CCTV video obtained by ITV, a man dressed in a grey tracksuit keeps his head down and his face hidden from the camera as he walks quickly down the street. |

Parsons Green tube bomb: police arrest second man
2017-09-17 | |
![]() The 21-year-old man was arrested in Hounslow, west London, at about 11.50pm on Saturday in connection with the explosion at Parsons Green station, the Metropolitan police said. He was detained under section 41 of the Terrorism Act and taken to a police station in south London where he remained in custody on Sunday, the force said. An 18-year-old man was arrested in the departure area of Dover port earlier on Saturday in connection with the attack. Armed police launched a raid on a property in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, on Saturday in relation to the bombing. As many as 60 homes in the area were temporarily evacuated as a precaution, police said. Residents said the property being searched by police was occupied by an elderly married couple who were known for fostering many children and young people over several decades and in 2010 were made MBEs.
Police raided the property in Stanwell, Surrey, just yards away from Britain's busiest airport, as news broke the Dover suspect is an Iraqi refugee who was allegedly arrested two weeks ago at the exact same tube station where the device exploded on Friday before being released. The teenager - who is being held after police tracked him to the departures hall of the coastal town's port - is thought to have been a 'problematic foster child' who was raised in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, by Penelope Jones, 71, and husband Ronald, 88. The couple's home was raided by armed officers yesterday and ‘a bomb and 15 firearms’ have been found at the property, a neighbour claimed. A local councillor said the teenager came to the UK aged 15 after his parents died in Iraq. Following the arrests the Home Secretary Amber Rudd has this afternoon announced the UK terror threat level has been reduced to 'severe' — meaning intelligence chiefs no longer think an attack is imminent.

PIA’s descent |
2017-05-18 |
![]() The episode illustrates the multiple dysfunctions that the airline has fallen prey to. First, the strength of the rackets that operate within its abundant workforce is so powerful that it can be a conduit for narcotics smuggling. Second, where the UK authorities had prior intimation of the presence of drugs in the plane, the Anti-Narcotics Force seemed to have had no idea. It is not clear who was supposed to retrieve the consignment at London Heathrow, but clearly, whoever was behind this attempt, had made arrangements. It is imperative that the matter be investigated thoroughly at Pakistain’s end, starting with the drawing up of a list of all those who came into contact with the aircraft before its departure and who could have been in a position to plant the narcotics. This is about more than just the image of the airline. More such incidents involving PIA could have adverse consequences for all international flights operated by the airline. It will be difficult to investigate much over here without at least some cooperation from the UK authorities. According to some reports, an inquiry has been launched by the customs department, but given that the concealment of the heroin in the panels and other recesses of the plane suggests the involvement of other airport personnel as well, clearly the investigation needs to be on a broader level. PIA has suffered enormously at the hands of the powerful rackets that operate within it, and it needs to be rescued from their clutches if it is to survive. |

Suspect held from PIA flight in London identified as terror convict Khalid Baqa
2017-02-09 | |
![]() Drop the rod and step away witcher hands up! from PIA flight PK757, after it was diverted to Stansted Airport in London on Tuesday over security concerns, has been identified as Khalid Baqa, Geo News has learnt. A Pakistain International Airlines (PIA) plane flying to Heathrow airport was forced to land at London's Stansted Airport on Tuesday evening over security threats. Reports surfaced that a suspect was taken into custody by the British authorities and shifted to a cop shoppe. Stansted airport front man had said: "The aircraft is likely to continue its journey onwards to Heathrow today pending inquiries that the police are making into the individual on the aircraft." The UK Ministry of Defence said that Typhoon jets had intercepted the aircraft, which had been en route to London´s Heathrow Airport, and escorted it to Stansted. However, there's no worse danger than telling a mother her baby is ugly... the identity of the suspect has now been confirmed as Khalid Baqa, who was apprehended along with his accomplices in 2012 on charges of terrorism. In 2013, Baqa was sentenced to two years in prison in the UK. He was charged with having over 300 CDs in his possession, which had holy warrior material. The CDs seized from him had sermons of Anwar al-Awlaki ... Born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, zapped in Yemen, al-Awlaki was a dual citizen of the U.S. and Yemen. He was an Islamic holy man who was a trainer for al-Qaeda and its franchises. His sermons were attended by three of the 9/11 hijackers, by Fort Hood murderer Nidal Malik Hussein, and UndieboomerUmar Farouk Abdulmutallab. He was the first U.S. citizen ever placed on a CIA target list... and beheading scenes. Apart from that, the disks had bomb-making procedures, will of one of the convicts of London blasts and his confessional statement. The CDs also had recorded scenes of the 9/11 attacks. British police said the plane was diverted over a bomb threat. The PIA, however, said the response by British authorities was excessive.
A man from London who was arrested after a passenger flight was escorted by RAF fighter jets to Stansted Airport has been charged with fraud. The Ministry of Defence deployed two Typhoon fighter jets to intercept the Pakistan International Airlines flight on Tuesday afternoon after an anonymous phone call sparked a major security alert. The plane was making its way from Lahore to Heathrow. Police said Khalid Baqa, of Priory Road, Barking, was due to be arrested on arrival at Heathrow but was instead detained at Stansted. The 52-year-old, a UK national, has been charged with committing fraud by false representation and has been bailed to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on February 23. It is not believed he had any involvement in the cause of the diversion. The plane was accompanied by Typhoons to the Essex airport, with photos posted on Twitter showing several fire engines and a number of ambulances waiting on the ground. An airline spokesman said UK authorities had "received some vague security threat through an anonymous phone call". Passenger Naz Amin said the flight landed "in the middle of nowhere" and was quickly surrounded by police. He told LBC Radio: "I realised it was surrounded by police and the police came on the plane about 45 minutes to an hour later and they took a gentleman off the plane. "He wasn't being disruptive at all, he was just sitting down... there was no-one being disruptive on the plane." Essex Police said the incident is "not believed to be a hijack situation or terror matter". Stansted is a designated airport for dealing with hijacks and major security alerts. Incidents are dealt with in a remote part of the airfield to the north west of the terminal building.
