It must be clarified whether Tomas Ricardo Arizaga (known as Tomasito), who died on 20 July 2014 at the age of 11, and who was then cremated and buried in 2019 in the Teutonic Cemetery in the Vatican after having had his teeth removed, is really Bergoglio’s son, as has been rumored for too long and as multiple elements lead us to believe.

An international criminal alliance united subversive forces to eliminate Benedict XVI, forcing him to resign and replacing him with an emissary of globalism. Cardinal Godfried Danneels himself admitted it, referring to the Mafia of Saint Gallen; McCarrick reiterated it when speaking at Villanova University on October 11, 2013; the president and founder of Voices of Progress — a pressure group that deals with climate change, migration, and other woke issues — planned it, discussing it with John Podesta (Hillary Clinton campaign chairman), in emails released by Wikileaks (here).

FEC chair says she got a letter signed by Trump firing her from post

Chair Ellen L. Weintraub said President Trump has the ability to remove her, but her replacement must be confirmed first.

Federal Election Commission Chair Ellen L. Weintraub said in a post on X that she received a letter purporting to be from President Donald Trump saying that she has been removed from the FEC.

The letter addressed to her says, "You are hereby removed as a Member of the Federal Election Commission, effective immediately. Thank you for your service on the Commission."

Weintraub claims President Trump had not followed proper procedure to remove her from the commission.

"There’s a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn’t it. I’ve been lucky to serve the American people & stir up some good trouble along the way. That’s not changing anytime soon," she wrote.

The Trump administration has yet to confirm her dismissal. She is still listed on the FEC's website as the commission's chair.

The Federal Election Commission consists of three Democrats and three Republicans.

Brits advising Harris must register as 'agents of a foreign principal,' election watchdog tells DOJ

[JTN] Center for Countering Digital Hate, the bane of Elon Musk, is registered in U.S. as 501(c)(3), but "there is no material separation between it and the original entity of the same name" in U.K., America First Legal says.

A U.K. group that purports to police disinformation may have to register as "agents of a foreign principal" for alleged election interference, based on its interactions with U.S. policymakers including the attorney general of Connecticut, according to a federal complaint Thursday.

America First Legal formally asked the Justice Department to review the Center for Countering Digital Hate under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, noting its connections to the U.K. and Scottish Labour Party, the Parliament of each, and the White House.

Nine days earlier, former Senate Finance Committee investigator Paul Thacker and Twitter Files journalist Matt Taibbi released their investigation based on leaked documents into CCDH's written plan to "kill [Elon] Musk's Twitter," now X, which was so important to the group it has been listed as "first item in the template of its monthly agenda notes" since January.

CCDH's founder Morgan McSweeney, reportedly "the brains" behind U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer's rise to power and his new chief of staff, is even advising the Kamala Harris presidential campaign, Politico reported when she took over the top of the Democratic ticket this past summer.

McSweeney set up the Labour Party's affiliated think tank Labour Together at the same time as CCDH, in the wake of Labour's 2017 election gains, with 30 new members of Parliament.

"McSweeney is lionized, not just for a [Clinton campaign advisory James] Carville-style rightward tilt within the party, but for mastery of fundraising and dark money," Thacker and Taibbi wrote, and Labour Together "has been operating in the U.S. for several years through CCDH."

DOJ has not responded to a query on AFL's request by Just the News on Friday.

CCDH is already the subject of a House Judiciary Committee probe for the Biden administration using its "Disinformation Dozen" list to pressure social media to censor Robert F. Kennedy Jr. among others. AFL previously showed Biden counterterrorism officials sought CCDH's counsel.

CCDH also beat a lawsuit by X earlier this year alleging it illegally scraped tweets to document an increase in supposed hate speech since Musk's purchase and rebranding of Twitter, driving away its advertisers in the process.

It may have more trouble avoiding FARA, at least if a second Trump administration materializes.

"While CCDH is registered to operate in the United States as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, there is no material separation between it and the original entity of the same name established in the United Kingdom," AFL said Thursday. Tax records show three U.S. board members are also on the U.K. board and a fourth, an MP, stepped down from the latter July 11, the FARA letter notes.

Adam Schiff's conflicting 'principal' residences in mortgage, election papers raise fraud concerns

[JTN ht Insty] California congressman’s behavior — filing contradictory statements about his "principal residence" — looks like "serious, documented allegations which carry significant criminal penalties," ex-FBI supervisor says.

In the two decades before he became the Democrats' U.S. Senate nominee in California, former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff repeatedly declared in mortgage and election filings that both of his homes — one in California and the other in Maryland — were his "principal residence." The claims have now prompted an ethics complaint and could be prosecutable as fraud, experts said.

Americans are allowed to claim just one home as their primary residence: the one they live in the majority of the year, according to the federally backed lender Freddie Mac. But Schiff alternately declared both of his properties in the two different states as "principal" on multiple mortgage and election forms dating to 2003 and reviewed by Just the News.

Those declarations over the years won him financial and political benefits like lower mortgage interest rates, tax advantages and the ability to run for election in a California House district.

Schiff and his office did not respond to multiple requests seeking comment by phone or email.
"Principal" residences in two states

In at least three instances, documents show that in 2009 and again in 2011 and 2013, Schiff refinanced his Maryland home and declared it was his "principal residence" at the same time he had declared his principal residence was in the California, according to 2009 and 2011 financing docs for his Burbank condo.

The pattern was first detected by Sacramento-based real estate investigator Christine Bish, who also is running for Congress as a Republican this year. She filed an ethics complaint against Schiff in Congress. The accompanying documents were then confirmed independently by Just the News.

The conflicting declarations were not resolved until 2020 when Schiff suddenly changed the notations on his Maryland mortgage to be a secondary residence. Bish alleges this change constitutes an admission by Schiff that the prior conflicting declarations may amount to a pattern and practice of mortgage fraud.

Law enforcement experts said the documents could form the basis for prosecution. "These are serious, documented allegations which carry significant criminal penalties if substantiated," retired FBI supervisory special agent Jeff Danik said after reviewing the documents at Just the News’ request.

The FBI veteran noted the Justice Department "maintains a robust fraud enforcement section that routinely investigates similar allegations" and "the 10-year statute of limitations available in bank fraud investigations would allow for an expansive inquiry."
Pushed debunked Russian conspiracy theories

Schiff has long been a target of Republican critics, who seethed over his efforts to portray Donald Trump and his supporters as compromised by Vladimir Putin in the now widely debunked Russia collusion case and to pursue two impeachments against the former president.

Schiff’s insistent claims of a Trump-Russia conspiracy — fueled by debunked Hillary Clinton campaign research during the 2016 election — were rebuked by DOJ Special Counsel John Durham, who concluded there was no evidence to support such allegations or the FBI probe that ensued.

Schiff's record of credibility on such big issues could be a factor if the FBI began examining his mortgage claims, a former federal prosecutor told Just the News.

Schiff "has lied to the American people more times than I can count, so it would come as no surprise to learn he misled his bank," retired Little Rock, Ark., U.S. Attorney Bud Cummins said. Cummins, who prosecuted many financial fraud cases during his tenure, said Schiff's mortgage claims merit "a fair and neutral investigation by both Congress and DOJ, but fair and neutral investigations seem nearly extinct."

Did Someone Leak the Debate Questions to Kamala Harris?

It’s not some tin foil hat, pie-in-the-sky conspiracy theory: Democrats hired by major news networks have fed debate questions to their party’s presidential nominees. While many analyses and polls are being discussed about the ABC News debate on Tuesday, what about the possibility that Harris got the questions in advance?

To tee this up, let’s not forget that Donna Brazile gave the Clinton campaign the questions before the CNN debate:

Former Democratic National Committee interim chair Donna Brazile acknowledged sending town hall topics to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, calling it a "mistake I will forever regret."

Brazile wrote in an essay for Time magazine that she shared potential topics for a CNN town hall with the Clinton campaign in her role as a Democratic operative and the DNC vice chair.

"My job was to make all our Democratic candidates look good, and I worked closely with both campaigns to make that happen," she wrote. "But sending those emails was a mistake I will forever regret."

WikiLeaks posted emails from Brazile to the Clinton campaign that tipped it off that a woman from Flint, Michigan, would ask Clinton about the situation there for a town hall. Brazile also told the campaign that Clinton would be asked about the death penalty at a separate town hall.

CNN dropped Brazile as a contributor after the revelations. When the email alerting the Clinton campaign about the death penalty question was released, Brazile suggested the documents were "misinformation."

How James Clapper Rigged The 2016 And 2020 Debates Against Trump

[Federalist] Just before Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton faced off in their second presidential debate, then-National Intelligence Director James Clapper met in the White House with a small group of advisers to President Obama to hatch a plan to put out a first-of-its-kind intelligence report warning the voting public that "the Russian government" was interfering in the election by allegedly breaching the Clinton campaign’s email system.

On Oct. 7, 2016 — just two days before the presidential debate between Trump and Clinton — Clapper issued the unprecedented intelligence advisory with Obama’s personal blessing. It seemed to lend credence to what the Clinton camp was telling the media — that Trump was working with Russian President Vladimir Putin through a secret back channel to steal the election. Sure enough, the Democratic nominee pounced on it to smear Trump at the debate.

And that wouldn’t be the only historically consequential maneuver for Clapper, whose role in skewing presidential campaigns might deserve a special place in the annals of nefarious election meddling — by, in this case, a domestic, not foreign, intelligence service.

In 2020, he was the lead signatory on the "intelligence" statement that discredited the New York Post’s October bombshell exposing emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop, which documented how Hunter’s corrupt Burisma paymasters had met with Joe Biden when he was vice president. It was released Oct. 19, just three days before Trump and Biden debated each other in Nashville. Fifty other U.S. "intelligence community" officials and experts signed the seven-page document, which claimed "the arrival on the U.S. political scene of emails purportedly belonging to Vice President Biden’s son Hunter, much of it related to his time serving on the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation."

In hindsight, Clapper’s well-timed pseudo-intelligence in 2016 and 2020 helped Clinton and Biden make the case against Trump as a potentially Kremlin-compromised figure, charges that crippled his presidency and later arguably denied him reelection.

The phony laptop letter actually helped Biden seal his narrow victory since many of his voters in the close election told pollsters they would have had second thoughts about backing him had they known of the damning materials contradicting his denials he knew anything about his son’s shady foreign dealings.

BREAKING: Manhattan Jury Finds Former President Guilty in Bookkeeping Case

[PJMedia] Donald Trump was found guilty today of 34 counts of falsifying bookkeeping records.

There was already little doubt when this trial began on April 15, 2024, with jury selection that this collection of Manhattanites would find Donald Trump guilty. Manhattan voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020.

As the trial dragged on for weeks, keeping the 2024 GOP candidate on the sidelines, it became crystal clear that Judge Juan Merchan was the prosecution's plus-one to this party.

By all means, go through the stories my PJ Media colleagues and I have written about this case in detail and consider that this case should never have been brought, but I think the seven-man, five-woman jury verdict comes down to ten main things that were the first things I thought of as closing arguments wrapped up.

Slapping Trump with a gag order.

Hiding the underlying crime from the defense until it was included in jury instructions.

Prosecutors putting Michael Cohen on the stand, knowing he would lie.

The judge shutting down Cohen's former lawyer on the stand when he testified that Cohen had lied.

Allowing prosecutors to introduce, indeed testify, in closing arguments, that Cohen committed campaign finance violations, though the judge said they couldn't.

Cohen's plea bargain with the feds on campaign elections violations. Cohen took the plea bargain and copped to unrelated campaign violations to get less time in prison for personal tax and bank fraud convictions.

Failing to put CFO Allen Weisselberg on the stand, the one guy who knew about Trump's involvement in the bookkeeping of payments. He was kept in prison, not given immunity, and not allowed to testify.

Merchan limiting the top expert in campaign elections law Brad Smith's testimony so much that he couldn't explain why he'd previously ruled that Cohen's payments to Stormy Daniels were not campaign donations. He would have been allowed to give definitions of words. Merchan limited the testimony so his understanding of campaign law wouldn't be countermanded by an expert. He said it would be "confusing" to jurors.

The switcheroo by the judge allowing prosecutor Josh Steinglass to testify about elections law during closing arguments.

Allowing Stormy Daniels to testify in a bookkeeping case to give her gratuitous, X-rated, scripted rendition of sex with Trump back in 2006 in her renewed extortion of him before the 2016 election.

Giving jurors an a la carte menu of "crimes" that didn't have to be committed but just imagined by Trump. Juror instructions said they could find their own, nonunanimous, main crime, a tax crime, or state or federal campaign finance violation to attach to the 34 indictments to elevate them to felonies. The bookkeeping charges must be unanimous. Apparently, this was not considered confusing to jurors.

After watching closing arguments in the courtroom, Georgetown Law professor and defense attorney Jonathan Turley said, "It's not that I've never seen anything like this, I haven't even read anything like this. What I saw in that courtroom was really otherworldly. I've really attempted to give the judge the benefit of the doubt on many occasions, but what I saw [during closing arguments] was, frankly, outrageous.”

"At one point, the prosecutor actually said that Michael Cohen committed a federal election violation upon the orders of Donald Trump," Turley gasped.

"Now, Merchan has given an instruction that the jury is not supposed to attribute Cohen's plea deal [as guilt] towards Trump. The defense objected and Merchan just overruled him and allowed the prosecutor to repeatedly state that federal elections violations by Trump are a fact and that there's not any dispute of that," the shocked attorney added.

"And Merchan just sat there. He was as useful as a ficus plant in that courtroom. I kept looking, waiting on him for any sign that the judge was even listening to some of these arguments," he plaintively explained. "I can't imagine a jury member going into deliberations and not assuming that this is an established fact that federal elections law violations have occurred in this case because [the judge] has allowed prosecutors to say it dozens of times."

This, of course, makes Merchan's ruling on limiting the federal elections expert testimony all the more pernicious.

Turley said the judge also allowed prosecutor Josh Steinglass to "testify" that former Trump aide "Hope Hicks burst into tears because she knew that she had destroyed any defense by Donald Trump. Really? How do you know that?"

At one point during the closing argument, the prosecutor testified that "catch and kill" — killing embarrassing stories before they see the light of day — were uniquely done in this case and that they'd never been done before. "That's not in the record," Turley said.

"Some of the most outrageous hoaxes were killed and perpetrated [in the same campaign] by the Hillary Clinton campaign with an enabling media," Turley fumed. "In fact," he noted, "many of the reporters listening helped the Hillary Clinton campaign do that. And that was what was so otherworldly today."

Turley's shocking examples of unethical behavior in the courtroom characterize the entire trial.

Obama-Appointed Judge Smacks Down Marc Elias' 'Absurd' Election Lawfare

’ favorite lawfare artist — who was also the attorney behind the Russia-collusion hoax — was all but laughed out of court in a recent Wisconsin election integrity case.

D.C.-based Elias Law Group, founded by former Clinton campaign and Democrat National Committee lawyer Marc Elias, brought a "novel" absentee ballot complaint against the state that an Obama-appointed judge called "head-scratching."

In dismissing the lawsuit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission, U.S District Court Chief Judge James D. Peterson summarily rejected the leftist law group’s outlandish claim that a state law requiring a U.S. citizen witness and sign an absentee voter’s ballot is a violation of voting and civil rights.

’ABSURD’ INTERPRETATION
In a 37-page ruling, Peterson railed against the complaint’s core argument, concluding that "the most obvious problem with plaintiffs’ interpretation is that it simply does not make any sense."

"The absurd results to which plaintiffs’ interpretation would lead are reason enough to reject that interpretation. But the text, purpose, and history of [Wisconsin Statute] § 6.87 also support an interpretation that a witness is required to certify only the statements about the process of preparing the ballot," Peterson wrote of the lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

"It is plaintiffs’ interpretation that leads to head-scratching results," the federal judge wrote.

The Elias Law Group, practitioners of unbridled leftist lawfare, represent four Wisconsin residents who "wish to vote by absentee ballot in the 2024 election, but they do not want to comply with the witness requirement," according to the lawsuit. They insist the process of asking any U.S. citizen to witness them vote and to sign their absentee ballots "is difficult or inconvenient for them."

"They contend that the requirement violates two federal statutes, the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and they seek to permanently enjoin enforcement of the requirement," Peterson writes in his ruling.

Did Our Intelligence Agencies Suggest The Russia Hoax To Hillary Clinton's Campaign?

[Federalist] Tuesday’s explosive news — that long before the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane on July 31, 2016, the U.S. intelligence community had asked foreign intel agencies to surveil 26 people connected to Donald Trump — raises the question of whether our intelligence community colluded with the Clinton campaign in these efforts. After all, it was then-Biden campaign adviser and now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken who "set in motion the events that led to" 51 former intel officials issuing the public statement that falsely framed the Hunter Biden’s laptop story as Russian disinformation.

If a Biden campaign adviser conspired with some of the biggest names in the intelligence community a month before the 2020 election to bury the damaging scandal, it is no stretch to think the Hillary Clinton campaign might have sought an assist from the same folks to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

We’ve also long known the Clinton campaign funded the Steele dossier, the primary evidence used by the FBI to obtain four Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act wiretap orders against a Trump campaign associate. The Clinton campaign’s efforts to peddle the Russia-collusion hoax to the FBI and the media are likewise well-established.

But did the Clinton campaign’s plot to portray Trump as a Russian asset also involve the intelligence community, and if so, when did those efforts start?

Open-source material suggests the Clinton campaign’s efforts to push the Russia angle against Trump began in June 2016, when the Democrat law firm Perkins Coie contracted with Fusion GPS, which in turn retained Christopher Steele to investigate Trump’s connections to Russia. While there are several connections between the Clinton campaign and members of the intelligence community beginning in July, there is a dearth of evidence suggesting coordination between the two before then.

The trio wrote about how the CIA cooked the books for the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) to pivot away from what the evidence was concluding, which was that Moscow wanted Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 election, not Donald Trump (via Public) [emphasis mine]:

Around 10 a.m. on a Saturday in August 2018, someone made the extraordinary decision to show a White House staff member a top-secret report written by investigators working for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), which is universally pronounced as “hip C.”

The still-secret, never-released HPSCI report concluded that the Russian government wanted Hillary Clinton, not Donald Trump, to win the 2016 election and that then-CIA Director John Brennan had manipulated a January 2017 “Intelligence Community Assessment,” or ICA, which had come to the opposite conclusion.

[…] The former White House staffer did not want to say who brought him into the HPSCI SCIF to read the report. They did so secretly. There is no record of him reading the report.

“About one-quarter of HPSCI staff are former intelligence officers,” he said.

The authors of the 50-page HPSCI report brought it to him and left it with him to read for the next 90 minutes. Asked to recount the exact title, the man wasn’t sure but then added, “It was something like “Staff Report on the January 6, 2017, Intelligence Community Assessment, ‘Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent U.S. Elections.’”

“It was clearly something they had put a lot of time into,” he explained. “It was refined and polished. There was a main text. There were sidebars. A sidebar would be a parallel discussion or analysis. This wasn’t just an essay. It was a finished product. It was formatted and footnoted with a cover page.”

[…] Pressed further, he said, “They were pleasant, introverted people. Not political hacks. Professionals. Somewhat wonky and nerdy.”

What the HPSCI staff report showed was that the former CIA Director Brennan had manipulated the ICA.

[…] Why was the report never released?

“My understanding was the HPSCI Chairman at the time, Devin Nunes, was waiting for the Trump administration to release FISA warrants against Trump campaign officials before he released this report. They couldn’t get any traction in getting it cleared by the CIA, and given that it was a Republican administration, they thought the Trump administration could get it out.”

Added the man, “I’m sure there’s a copy [of the HPSCI report] at the CIA. In theory, there are still copies in the HPSCI SCIF.”

There’s a binder that airs all the dirty laundry regarding this rogue operation out there, compiled during the Trump administration by House investigators. That file is missing, but it’s keeping the IC up at night. Some sources told this trio of reporters—Gutentag, Taibbi, and Shellenberger—that the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid might have been influenced by this document, with federal agents speculating that it might have been stored at the former president’s Florida residence.

The staffer also said this unreleased HPSCI (“hip C”) report did include that the ICA, which was taken as gospel by the CIA, Democrats, and the liberal media, relied heavily on the Steele Dossier, an opposition research project funded by the Clinton campaign and compiled by a former MI6 spook. It was a document that was also brimming with Russian disinformation and bad intelligence. It also said, unsurprisingly, that the intelligence for the CIA’s Trump-Kremlin narrative was weak, and it was forced into the final draft by Brennan despite objections from other CIA officers. The rushed product—the CIA wanted this report released before Obama left office—did not follow department protocols.

‘It's Disgusting What They're Doing’: Tucker Carlson Describes Visit With Julian Assange

[ZERO] As Julian Assange approaches his 'final' appeal against extradition to the United States, where he faces some 18 counts related to the release of vast troves of damning and embarrassing evidence against the US government, the 52-year-old WikiLeaks founder received a visit from Tucker Carlson to discuss his situation.

Carlson describes Assange as "one of the greatest journalists of our age," who has "spent his adult life bringing previously concealed facts to the public about what our leaders are doing."

Perhaps most notably, Assange published internal emails from the Democratic National Committee, revealing among other things that the Hillary Clinton campaign conspired to cheat against rival Bernie Sanders. These leaks, claimed by Democrats to be Russian hacks, were actually internal leaks, according to Carlson.

What's more, Carlson noted how a fabricated, media-amplified sexual assault charge in Sweden was used against Assange, who spent more than seven years in asylum at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. And when he exposed the CIA's spying apparatus, former CIA Director Mike Pompeo discussed kidnapping or assassinating him while not being charged with any crime in the US at the time.

[RacketNews] Upon whose analysis did the government rely when it blamed Russia for hacks of Democratic Party emails?

The story just published today on Racket, “Forget Collusion. Was "Interference" Also Fake News?,” adds new information to the public’s understanding of Russiagate. Because the significance of certain documents is tied to dates, and many details have begun to fade from public memory, artist Daniel Medina put together a visual timeline to explain the overall chronology.

This first panel above is comprised of news already known to the public, but there are a few items of note. For one, the DNC reported detection of “unusual activity” on April 30th, but didn’t commence a “remediation event” until over five weeks later, on June 10th.

There’s also a quirk in connection to the June 14th announcement by Democrats and their reseaarchers that Russians had not only “penetrated the computer network of the Democratic National Committee,” but “gained access to the entire database of opposition research on GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump” (the Washington Post used the term, “stole”). Much later, Crowdstrike president Shawn Henry testified to congress about DNC emails that the company lacked “evidence that they were actually exfiltrated. There’s circumstantial evidence, but no evidence that they were actually exfiltrated.”

Despite Henry testifying that “we just don’t have the evidence that says it actually left,” the DNC made its big “The Russians took our data!” announcement on June 14th. This was a day before the Guccifer 2.0 persona began publishing leak material, including Trump oppo research. If they didn’t have evidence anything was “actually exfiltrated,” what exactly was the basis for that Post story?

The next panel shows researchers David Dagon and Manos Antonakakis were looking at the origins of the DNC hack during the same time period that they were working with Neustar executive Rodney Joffe on the ill-fated effort to show a connection between Donald Trump and Russia’s Alfa Bank. This is only certain now because Senator Chuck Grassley was able to elicit an admission from the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, that these researchers produced a “Fancy Bear/APT28 Attribution analysis” on August 7, 2016, roughly the same time frame as the Alfa fiasco.

The Department of Homeland Security announced on October 7th that “the recent disclosures of alleged hacked e-mails on sites like DCLeaks.com and WikiLeaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts.”

The language about the hacks being “consistent” with the “methods and motivations” of “Russian-directed efforts” (Russian-directed?) is oddly weak beer, and came during the same time frame when the story was being hawked to Slate dope Franklin Foer.

Ouch! But, y’know, Slate.

Emails from Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann to the FBI on October 13th, meanwhile, show federal law enforcement still did not have data from Crowdstrike when the October 7th announcement was made. More to come.
