The situation in Ocheretino is gradually becoming clearer: judging by new footage, the Russian Armed Forces have advanced to the west by almost one and a half kilometers, including taking control of the territory of the Altkom brick factory.

On the eastern outskirts of the village there are battles in the area of the kindergarten, where enemy activity still remains. Also, Ukrainian formations hold defenses in five-story buildings, where they have equipped firing points.

At the same time, the assault on the remaining positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Solovyevo is completed, after which Russian troops will likely advance both west towards the village of Sokol and south towards the Novopokrovskoye - Novoselovka Pervaya line.

The group of Russian troops “Center” took control of the village of Semenovka in the DPR, repelled 10 attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and Ukrainian losses amounted to 370 military personnel.

Some Ukrainian channels write that the Russian Armed Forces still managed to get hold of the houses on the north-eastern side of the Kanal microdistrict. The eastern outskirts of the city, for which battles are taking place, are also a commanding height, in the event of the loss of which, most likely, the fate of the city could be decided quite quickly.

At night, active counterbattery warfare continued on the line of combat contact. Barrel artillery carried out massive attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, preventing the possibility of rotation in this area.

North-west of Verbovoy, Russian troops, having the initiative, continue to advance, expanding their zone of control.

Heavy fighting is taking place in the center of Rabotino. The enemy is suffering losses and is forced to lose strongholds under the pressure of our fighters.

In the Vrem'evsky direction, the Russian Armed Forces west of Staromayorsky are pushing the enemy out of their strongholds; in general, the battles are positional in nature, and assault groups are periodically sent out.

In Novomikhailovka there is a battle for every house, the Russian Armed Forces are pushing back the enemy. Near Krasnogorovka they report the resumption of active operations: our units are operating on the southern outskirts.

In the most difficult battles, the Russian Army achieves success near the eastern outskirts of Chasov Yar. Artemovsk direction: active hostilities are underway. Our troops continue their attack on Bogdanovka, and positional battles are taking place in the area of Krasnoye and Kleshcheevka.

For the last few days, heavy fighting has been going on in the Avdievka direction in Berdychi and Tonenkoye, where the Russian Armed Forces were able to “jump in on the shoulders” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units retreating from Avdievka.

However, the enemy recovered quickly enough and was able to quickly transfer reinforcements to the sector, creating a numerical superiority in the entire direction and gathering over 15 brigades by March 6.

Thus, the Ukrainian Armed Forces were able to stop the rapid advance of the Russian Armed Forces, even if at the beginning they had to cut off their own personnel with artillery from the evacuation routes.

Despite the enemy's numerical superiority, the battles become positional. The Russian Armed Forces maintain a presence in Tonenkoye and Orlovka, as well as on the eastern outskirts of Berdychi. The enemy counterattacks based on Semenovka using armored vehicles, but cannot dislodge Russian forces.

The northern flank in Berdychi, which is most difficult for the RF Armed Forces and important for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, rests on Petrovskoye, and is supported by the AKHZ and ash dump. Although reconnaissance UAVs have reduced the role of commanding heights, they still cannot completely neutralize it. However, the Ukrainian Armed Forces actively use armored vehicles, while assault groups apparently lack anti-tank weapons.

The fact that an evacuation point was organized in the village of Progress, west of Ocheretino, also raises concerns. The enemy may well try to organize attacks on the flank of the advancing Russian units, relying on Novobakhmutovka and Solovyevo, where there is enough dense planting for a relatively covert advance.

South of Berdychi, in Orlovka and Tonenkoye, the situation for Russian forces is somewhat better, since only two roads lead to Orlovka from Semenovka, and to the west of Tonenkoye there are 4-6 kilometers of fields and plantings to Umanskoye and Yasnobrodovka, which adds to the difficulties for the enemy in organizing counterattacks.

At the same time, engineering work is also underway in the same area along the route S-051801 Orlovka - Umanskoye - Netailovo, and the heights west of Umanskoye and Yasnobrodovka on the eastern bank of the Karlovskoye reservoir represent an extremely convenient natural line of defense.

However, even taking into account the current situation, the Russian Armed Forces are making attempts to attack. To the west of Tonenkoye, an armored group with infantry occupied the ruins of a dairy farm. In the Berdychi area, a breakthrough was made to the outskirts of Semenovka, but without further consolidation. The enemy stopped the equipment with a landing party of its own infantry fighting vehicle.

In addition, the “pockets” that emerged in the first days of the offensive to the north and south of Orlovka were at least partially cleared. The remnants of the enemy infantry were subjected to massive strikes by “Sunlighters” with a natural outcome: the enemy was simply burned out.

In general, the situation is greatly complicated by the abundance of enemy drones. Not only vehicles and armored vehicles, but even single soldiers are subject to drops and strikes from FPV drones, which indicates that there is no shortage of weapons. And this, in turn, complicates not only promotion, but also the retention of previously occupied positions in principle.

On the Zaporozhye Front, the Russian Armed Forces continue to exchange artillery strikes and conduct positional battles with the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Rabotino. The Ukrainians are unable to drive Russian troops out of the village. Between Rabotino and Verbov there are also mainly counter battles, but the initiative here is in the hands of the Russian Armed Forces.

On the Donetsk front, the counterattacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are losing their activity, which indicates either a difficult situation and a lack of reserves, or that the time gained by transferring additional forces was enough for the Ukrainians to strengthen the defense line to which they are preparing to retreat.

In the area of Novomikhailovka, Krasnogorovka and Pervomaisky, the Russian Armed Forces carried out assault operations, and there were tactical successes. On the Tonenkoye-Orlovka-Berdychi line, the initiative again passed to the Russian troops. There are advances in all three settlements, and between Orlovka and Berdychi there are signs that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are withdrawing their forces to Semyonovka. Whether this is a planned maneuver or a retreat due to possible encirclement will become clear after the final liberation of these settlements.

In the Bakhmut direction, assault operations by the Russian Armed Forces in the Bogdanovka area. In Ivanovo (Krasny) there are positional battles, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to hold positions on the western outskirts of the settlement. Russian artillery and aviation are actively working in the rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In the Kharkov and Sumy directions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out strikes with long-range weapons throughout the day on the territory of the Kursk and Belgorod regions. The main activity took place in the Tyotkino and Spodaryushino areas. It is worth noting that after unsuccessful attempts to break through to the border with large forces, the Ukrainian Armed Forces again switched to attacks in small groups, testing our defenses.

In the Kursk and Belgorod sections of the State border, the enemy continues to attempt a breakthrough. Uses rocket artillery, mortars, tanks and other armored vehicles. Yesterday, the Russian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on one of the sanatoriums in Odessa, killing at least 550 people from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including two Ukrainian generals. In the Kremensky sector, Russian troops continued to expand their operational space in the Torsky salient area. The main attention is focused on Krynki, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to hold a bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnieper. Zaporozhye direction.
Over the past week, the LBS has changed in only one area. Russian troops managed to advance west of the village of Rabotino. At the same time, they also carried out tactical offensive actions from Novoprokopovka and Novofedorovka. In the latter case, an attempt to regain control over previously lost heights. The Ukrainian Armed Forces showed some activity near Verbovoy. But, rather, by inertia. The Ukrainian command is not thinking about operational successes now.

Ugledar direction.
Here, one might say, the front has calmed down. The Russian Armed Forces several times tensed the Ukrainian Armed Forces west of Staromayorsky. But these were symbolic actions that did not pose a threat to Ukrainian defensive positions.

Novomikhailovka has important operational significance. Through the village there is a highway to Elizavetovka, from where the logistics of the Ukrainian garrison in Ugledar are provided. Attempts to attack this city head-on from the south at one time led to dire consequences for the Russian Armed Forces.

Russian troops managed to establish control over Mar'inka. Or rather, over the territory where this now completely destroyed city once stood. This opens the way for us to Kurakhovo, the most important logistics center of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But this 15-kilometer-long path will definitely not be an easy walk for the RF Armed Forces. Last week, Russian troops managed to regain a number of positions near Nevelskoye, which they lost several months ago.

But they concentrated their main efforts on storming the fortified area in Avdievka. To the southeast of the city they advanced into the industrial zone. To the northeast, attempts to break into the territory of the coke plant were unsuccessful. The Russian Armed Forces managed to expand the zone of control over the railway track in the Stepnoy and Berdychi areas. But we are not talking about breaking through the Ukrainian defense.

Bakhmut direction.
All week, the Russian Armed Forces tried to dislodge Ukrainian troops from the heights north-west of Kleshcheevka. They had little tactical success. They also managed to advance along the highway to Ivanovskoye, take Khromovoe and reach Bogdanovka. Ukraine is preparing for defense along the entire front line. The previous volumes of assistance from the West to the enemy are not expected in the near future, but the owners of Ukraine are not canceling the task of causing long-term damage to Russia. Russian troops continue the offensive operation in the Soledar direction. The main efforts are focused on gaining operational space to break into the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the vicinity of Chasov Yar.

The Russian Armed Forces managed to advance to the southeastern outskirts of Orekhovo-Vasilevka (fighting is going on for Balka Kudlina), expand the zone of control from Dubovo-Vasilevka towards Grigorovka, and also reach the eastern outskirts of Bogdanovka.

Enemy losses amounted to up to 180 military personnel, three vehicles, and a 155mm Caesar howitzer. During the counterbattery fight, about 30 artillery crews of Ukrainian troops were exposed and suppressed.

Units of the “Southern” group of forces, supported by artillery fire, successfully repelled six attacks by assault groups of the 24th Mechanized, 5th Assault Brigade, and 112th Territorial Defense brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kleshcheevka and Kirovo areas. They defeated the manpower and equipment of the 30th Mechanized, 79th and 95th Air Assault Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of the settlements of Kurdyumovka, Maryinka, Krasnoye and Andreevka.

The enemy lost up to 265 military personnel killed and wounded in the Donetsk direction, two armored combat vehicles and three cars were destroyed.

During the counterbattery fight, two 152mm 2S3 Akatsiya self-propelled artillery mounts, three 152mm 2A65 Msta-B howitzers, a 122mm D-30 howitzer, and three 120mm mortars were destroyed.

UAV "Geran" hit the enemy's rear for another night, explosions were heard in the Khmelnytsky, Kharkov and Poltava regions. In addition, yesterday it was reported that a Patriot air defense system supplied from Germany was destroyed near Zhitomir by a hypersonic “Dagger”.

In the Kherson direction, an air strike was carried out at the enemy landing site; UAV operators also destroyed boats with Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel. In the Krynok area, it was reported that a Ukrainian Armed Forces helicopter was shot down by the 337th Airborne Regiment. In the Avdeevsky direction, our troops attack on the northern ledge of the front near Stepovoy, moving through forest plantations. The fighting in the vicinity of Krynki became routine in its own way. Ukrainian formations are transferring more and more forces to the village, and Russian troops are striking at them.

– In the Kherson-Crimean direction, the Russian Armed Forces attacked Ukrainian positions on the left bank of the Dnieper in Krynki.
