Meet the pro-CCP Marxist revolutionary group behind the Mahmoud Khalil protests
2025-03-23
[JustTheNews] The People's Forum helped organize the encampments on Columbia University's campus. Now the well-funded pro-CCP Marxist group is organizing the protests to free Mahmoud Khalil.

Protests against the arrest of a pro-Paleostine Columbia graduate student are being organized by a Marxist revolutionary group that is pro-Communism, anti-Israel, and has potential links to the Chinese Communist Party.

Mahmoud Khalil, a leader in the pro-Paleostine and anti-Israel encampments at Columbia University, was detained earlier this month by the Trump administration, with the Department of Homeland Security arguing that he "led activities aligned to Hamas
..one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede,...
, a designated terrorist organization." The People’s Forum helped organize some of the campus chaos and is now organizing protests to free Khalil.

Columbia University Apartheid Divest (CUAD) is the pro-Paleostine and anti-Israel group that sparked many of the student encampments at Columbia University. Khalil was a lead "negotiator" for CUAD as the group occupied buildings on Columbia’s campus in the wake of the deadly Hamas terrorist attacks of October 7, 2023.

A former CUAD leader, Khymani James, said that "Zionists don’t deserve to live" and was eventually banned from campus. While CUAD initially apologized for James’s remarks, last October the group withdrew its apology and declared: "We support liberation by any means necessary, including armed resistance... Long live the Intifada." CUAD had also shared a message on Instagram stating that "we are Westerners fighting for the total eradication of Western civilization."

"Following my previously signed Executive Orders, ICE proudly apprehended and detained Mahmoud Khalil, a Radical Foreign Pro-Hamas Student on the campus of Columbia University," President Donald Trump
...The Hero of Butler, Pennsylvania...
wrote on Truth Social last week. "This is the first arrest of many to come."

The Trump Education Department has also pulled hundreds of millions of dollars worth of grants from Columbia and has provided the university with a list of demands to comply with.

Khalil’s large legal team is fighting his detention and deportation, writing in federal court that "this case concerns the government’s targeted, retaliatory detention and attempted removal of a student protestor because of his constitutionally protected speech."

THE FORUM AND KHALIL
The People’s Forum has been a driving force behind protests condemning the detention and possible deportation of Khalil. There are scores of videos posted by the forum on social media detailing the group’s role in organizing, promoting, attending, and leading the pro-Khalil protests, including a rally outside a NYC courthouse and a "sit-in at Trump Tower." Khalil’s legal team addressed the crowd at a protest organized by the forum. There is no indication that Khalil himself is involved in the protests by The People's Forum.

The communist group has connected its pro-Khalil efforts to its broader "Shut It Down For Paleostine" street protest campaign and to its fight against ICE being allowed on campus. The group said that "we will take to the streets to demand the immediate release of Mahmoud Khalil and reaffirm our commitment to struggle for a free Paleostine." The forum urged supporters to be "All Out for Mahmoud Khalil."

"ZIONIST HARASSMENT CAMPAIGNS"
The forum’s leader, Manolo De Los Santos, has also personally tweeted multiple times to promote the forum-led protests for Khalil.

The forum immediately promoted a petition the day after Khalil was arrested, with the petition contending that "Khalil has been the target of various zionist harassment campaigns." Another petition by the forum — signed by a host of leftwing celebrities and activists — lamented that "Mahmoud is just the first target of the Trump Administration's newfound Anti-Semitism Task Force."

The forum is currently helping organize a "powerful event" scheduled for this weekend "in support of Mahmoud Khalil, Paleostine, and civil liberties." The group says that Khalil’s legal team and anti-Israel celebrities such as Macklemore and Alana Hadid will be there. A flyer by the forum promoting the upcoming event says, "Free Mahmoud. Free Paleostine."

THE FORUM’S "MARXIST COMRADE"
A major patron for The People’s Forum is wealthy communist businessman Neville Roy Singham.

"For months we’ve been the target of a campaign that alleges our funding comes from ’dark money.’ A few years ago we met Roy Singham, a Marxist comrade who sold his company & donated most of his wealth to non-profits that focus on political education, culture, & internationalism," The People’s Forum tweeted in December 2021.

Singham married Jodie Evans, the co-founder of the radical left-wing group Code Pink'>Code Pink
... a U.S. anti-war group. The group describes itself as a women-initiated grassroots peace and social justice movement working to end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, stop new wars, and redirect our resources into healthcare, education, green jobs and other life-affirming activities. It was founded in 2002 by Jodie Evans, Medea Benjamin and of the other usual antiwar suspects. Its website lists hysterical allegations of US war crimes, and states that thousands of civilians were killed in Fallujah in 2004. Maybe it was millions. Benjamin was a 2000 candidate for the U.S. Senate on the Green Party ticket. She lost...
, in 2017. Her group touts itself as antiwar and has become increasingly pro-China in recent years.

The New York Times

...which still proudly claims Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

reported that Singham works in Shanghai, that his efforts there are linked to the CCP, and that he has attended at least one CCP workshop on promoting the party globally. The outlet also reported that Singham provides backing for The People’s Forum.

The Free Beacon reported that key leaders for the forum "serve in top positions at Singham's Justice and Education Fund." The outlet also reported that the network run by Singham is also behind BreakThrough Media and Dongsheng News, who both push pro-China narratives and whose content is regularly reshared by the forum.

The Free Press reported that Singham and Evans "have donated over $20.4 million to The People’s Forum from 2017 to 2022 through a series of shell organizations and donor advisory groups — accounting for nearly all of the group’s funding." The outlet reported that the pro-China "No Cold War" group was also linked to Singham’s network. Singham was unable to be reached for comment, and The People's Forum did not respond to requests for comment from Just The News.

The People’s Forum "reported total revenue of $15,026,419, total expenses of $3,660,180, and $17,421,642 in net assets" in 2019, according to Influence Watch.

PRAISING THE CCP
The forum is openly pro-China and has produced dozens of what it describes as teaching materials, many of them pro-CCP.

The People’s Forum has repeatedly collaborated with a group called the Qiao Collective on events aimed at softening the image of the CCP and China.

The pro-CCP collective describes itself as "a diaspora Chinese media collective challenging U.S. aggression on China." The collective says: "We aim to challenge rising U.S. aggression towards the People’s Republic of China and to equip the U.S. anti-war movement with the tools and analysis to better combat the stoking of a New Cold War conflict with China. We seek to be a bridge between the U.S. left and China’s rich Marxist, anti-imperialist political work and thought in order to foster critical consideration of the role of China and socialism with Chinese characteristics in contemporary geopolitics."

THE GOP INVESTIGATES
Congressional Republicans have called for investigations into The People’s Forum, its links to the CCP, and its role in anti-Israel protests, vandalism, and violence on campus.

Republicans on the House Boodle Central wrote to the IRS
...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies...
in 2023 "with growing concern surrounding the influence of America’s foreign adversaries, including the CCP, on U.S.-based tax-exempt organizations" — and specifically pointed to The People’s Forum.

Then-senator and now Secretary of State Marco Rubio
...The diminutive 13-year-old Republican U.S. Senator from Florida, Secretary of State in the second Trump administration...
told the Justice Department that year that "it appears that organizations tied to Neville Roy Singham, a U.S. citizen, have been receiving direction from the CCP." The Republican-led House Natural Resources Committee sent a letter directly to Santos, the leader of the communist forum.

"The Committee is concerned with the CCP’s growing attempts to influence U.S. policies and that the relationship between the CCP and The People’s Forum may impact The People’s Forum’s political and advocacy activities, including those relating to the abuse of free speech," politicians wrote.

The communist outfit responded to GOP calls for investigations with derision: "The political assault against The People’s Forum is part of a larger effort by Republicans and other right-wing forces in Congress to criminalize and demonize Paleostinian, Moslem-American, and anti-war organizations."

Israel send firefighting and rescue experts to aid US with LA fire
2025-01-21
[Jpost] "The special relationship between America and Israel on display!" The House Foreign Affairs Committee Republicans said on X Saturday.

…using advanced Israeli technology to help contain the fires. The team also met with Congressman Brad Sherman yesterday, who thanked them for their support. “We are proud to offer our support to California,” said Israel Bachar, Consul General of Israel. The team will continue their mission to protect lives and minimize damage. #Israel #LosAngeles #WildfireResponse #USIsraelPartnership

The Israeli consulate in Los Angeles said on X on Friday that the experts would be working alongside local fire fighting units and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services using “advanced Israeli technology to help contain the fires.”

“This delegation is further evidence of the friendship and deep commitment of the relations between Israel and the United States, and of the importance that the State of Israel places in assisting its great friend as it deals with one of the largest fires that the state of California has ever known,” said the Israeli ministries.

California Congressman Brad Sherman welcomed the Israel firefighters, noting that Israel was absorbing the costs of the delegation.

The Israeli ministries and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia said that the Israeli experts were sent with the assistance of the Emergency Volunteers Project, an organization funded by the federation and established 16 years ago to aid Israeli emergency services during national disasters.

Israeli NGO Lev Echad
…”One Heart”…
sent its own delegation of emergency response experts last Tuesday, hoping to help with the development of infrastructure to improve aid efforts in the LA area.

“The goal of the delegation is to work in collaboration with local leadership, aid organizations, and new volunteers, providing tools to build unified systems that enhance community response and recovery,” said Lev Echad CEO Tomer Dror.

Local Jewish groups have also started their own initiatives, with the Jewish Federation Los Angeles working to provide mental health support, meals, and shelter for people displaced by the fires. The Jewish group said on its website that it also started a Wildfire Crisis Relief Fund to “support our neighbors affected by this catastrophic event.”

“In these challenging times, the strength and resilience of our Los Angeles community shines brightest,” JFEDLA said on its website. “Together, we can support those in need and help rebuild what has been lost.”

While Israeli projects have sought to aid victims of the fire, the Adalah Justice Project

and Jewish Voice for Peace

took to social media on January 10 to blame Israel for the severity of the disaster.

“Billions for genocide abroad worsen environmental crises at home,” Adalah and JVP said in an Instagram post criticizing the US government for aid to Israel that could have been used to respond to the LA fires.

The anti-Israel groups claimed that the Israeli war against Gazan terrorist organizations had “emitted more carbon than twenty of the world’s most climate-vulnerable countries” in a year, “exacerbating climate change.”

also connected the war in Gaza to the LA fires, claiming on Substack that a war economy was prioritized over “respect for indigenous caretaking practices and life.”

“Amidst a world that has gone through imperialist ecocidal war for decades, the world’s biodiversity, much of which is in sovereign indigenous land, has been decimated,” Code Pink said earlier in January.

This is the woke army plotting to crash Trump's inauguration
2025-01-17
[FoxNews] A network of organizations in the ‘Woke Army’ of socialists and Islamists plan to protest Trump’s inauguration

This past July, as anti-Israel crowds took to the streets of Washington, D.C,, to protest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu address to Congress, Zaid Mohammed Mahdawi, 26, climbed atop a monument at Columbus Circle in front of Union Station and allegedly spray-painted an ominous message: 'HAMAS IS COMIN''. He punctuated the warning with the red, inverted triangle that the terrorist organization uses as a symbol to mark its targets.

Nearby, demonstrators pulled down and burned a U.S. flag to ashes, tackled U.S. Park Police officers trying to arrest agitators and spray-painted other menacing graffiti, including ‘DEATH 2 AMRIKKKA,’ on memorials.

At 3:26 p.m., the U.S. Park Police pulled the protest permit, which had been issued to the ANSWER Coalition, a Washington-based, self-declared socialist organization. Later, the FBI charged Mahdawi and other protesters with destruction of government property.

"The permit holder failed to answer his phone and the call went directly to voicemail," an FBI agent wrote in a fascinating affidavit that revealed that someone at a gym Mahdawi used sent the FBI a tip on his identity.

Nearly six months later, the ANSWER Coalition is poised to get a new permit to host another protest on Monday, according to a copy of the application I obtained from the National Park Service. The event name: "For Peace & Justice - Free Palestine." The target is obviously the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump.

Past behavior indicates the protests will bring mayhem to the capital's streets. Yet, National Park Service spokesman Michael Litterst told me that current legal precedent makes it difficult to deny permits based on prior incidents.

Critics, like leaders of the Clarity Coalition, a network of Muslims, ex-Muslims and allies who oppose extremism, say it’s long past time to deny the permits. At a minimum, the public must have its eyes wide open about who is behind these protests.

As the protests unfold, media coverage will likely frame them as ‘organic,’ ‘grassroots’ activities. But make no mistake: These events will be part of a larger, well-funded operation. The demonstrators are aligned with adversaries to the U.S., including Russia, China, Iran, North Korea and Hamas, and are united in an unholy alliance that blends socialism with Islamism, or political Islam.

This coalition, which I call the "Woke Army," operates as a red-green alliance, the red symbolizing socialism and communism and the green representing Islam. These are the same groups that stoked the encampments of the so-called campus intifada around the country last year. Their ultimate goal is to dismantle American democracy and replace it with a socialist, anti-capitalist order. The first way to counter this threat is through transparency, vigilance and a commitment to truth.

The application lists the same "Person in Charge of Event," as it did in July: Brian Becker, the self-proclaimed Marxist founder of the ANSWER Coalition.

Protest organizers say they have at least 50 "endorsing" groups, and their motives are far from grassroots. I’ve created a public database as part of my work at the Pearl Project, a nonprofit journalism initiative, and, according to my analysis, 25 of the groups are self-described socialist organizations, five are Muslim, Arab or Palestinian, and the final 20 are "socialist adjacent."

The "red" in this alliance includes:

  • ANSWER Coalition: A Marxist-Leninist group infamous for organizing protests that amplify anti-American and anti-Israel rhetoric.

  • Code Pink: An anti-Israel group funded by Neville Roy Singham, a Shanghai-based American billionaire tied to China’s Communist Party, according to New York Times reporting.

  • Party for Socialism and Liberation: Advocates for dismantling capitalism and aligning the U.S. with socialist regimes.

  • The People’s Forum: A socialist group that serves as a proxy for Singham’s pro-China agenda, as also documented by the New York Times.

  • Democratic Socialists of America: The largest socialist organization in the U.S. and a big supporter of anti-Israel campaigns.

The "green" of this axis includes:

  • Students for Justice in Palestine: Founded by University of California at Berkeley academic Hatem Bazian, this controversial group has fomented many of the anti-Jew campus protests, banned now on many campuses.

  • Palestinian Feminist Collective: Committed to "Palestinian liberation & beyond."

  • Palestinian Youth Movement: Dedicated to a "strategy of mobilization, agitation and confrontation."

  • U.S. Palestinian Community Network: Organized days of protests in Chicago to disrupt the Democratic Party’s convention.

  • Muslim American Society: Created a "Survive Pack," with tips on building campus "Liberation Zones" and a resource from the Council on American-Islamic Relations, whose co-founder, Nihad Awad, said he was "happy" about the Oct. 7 incursions by Hamas into Israel.

In July, I went to the corner of C Street NW to report who had rented buses to ferry protesters to the first "HAMAS IS COMIN’" protest. It was the Party for Socialism and Liberation. This time, if you go to the "We Fight Back" website’s donation page, you’ll see who is getting the donations for the Jan. 20 protests. It’s The People’s Forum, whose logo and tax ID number appear on the donate page.

On Nov. 5, four days after Trump’s electoral victory, an anonymous person bought the website domain wefightback2025.org. Now the protest’s digital hub, it features an embedded Google Map geo-locating 80 planned "actions" across the country.

It even includes a "J20 media kit" with pre-designed Instagram graphics, a Canva template and printable protest posters emblazoned with slogans like "Stop the Genocide in Palestine" and "Defeat Extreme-Right Trump’s Billionaire Agenda!"

The kit even provides social media captions, complete with a megaphone emoji. They have their right to protest, but the world must have eyes wide open about who is behind the megaphones.

US anti-Israel activists blame Israel for Los Angeles wildfire crisis
2025-01-10
[IsraelTimes] Far-left groups Code Pink and Jewish Voice for Peace tie catastrophic fires to funding for Israel, prompting condemnation from Jewish groups

US Jewish groups condemned anti-Israel activists on Thursday for blaming the Los Angeles wildfire crisis on Israel.

Several anti-Israel groups and commentators linked the war in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
and US military spending on Israel to the catastrophic fires.

Code Pink
... a U.S. anti-war group. The group describes itself as a women-initiated grassroots peace and social justice movement working to end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, stop new wars, and redirect our resources into healthcare, education, green jobs and other life-affirming activities. Benjamin was a 2000 candidate for the U.S. Senate on the Green Party ticket. She lost...
, a far-left activist group, said on Instagram, "When US taxes go to burning people alive in Gaza, we can’t be surprised when those fires come home."
That sure sounds like a threat that pro-Hamas types are setting fires as punishment. Something for the new head of the FBI to look into?
The group also said it was pressuring Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Senator Alex Padilla at his Washington, DC office, tying the war to climate change.

The New York branch of the anti-Zionist Jewish Voice for Peace, in an Instagram post about the fires, said, "Instead of putting resources toward making our country livable, our government is putting billions toward Israel’s genocide of Paleostinians in Gaza."

Fatima Mohammed, a leader of New York’s hardline anti-Israel group Within Our Lifetime, posted an image of the fires and said, "The flames of Gaza will not stop there."

"Dropping hundreds of thousands of bombs on Gaza, turning it into a blazing inferno, has consequences," she said. "There are climate consequences that will find us all."

Commentator Mehdi Hasan also linked US military aid to Israel to the Los Angeles fire department’s budget.

The Los Angeles Fire Department is mainly funded by the city of Los Angeles, while military spending for Israel comes from the federal government.

Anti-Israel activists have previously tied funding for Israel to unrelated issues, such as New York libraries.

New York Congressman Ritchie Torres, one of Israel’s most outspoken supporters in Washington, lashed Code Pink for blaming Israel for the fires.

"The nature of Antisemitism is to scapegoat the Jewish People and the Jewish State for everything wrong in the world — no matter how tenuous the causal connection," he said on X. "The modus operandi of Antisemitism is slanderous scapegoating: when in doubt, blame the Jews."

"Codepink’s rabid anti-Zionism and insatiable animosity toward Israel drives them to make an absurd, incomprehensible claim," the head of the Anti-Defamation League, Jonathan Greenblatt, said on X. "What does it say about a group that will find a way to use any tragedy to foster incitement and antisemitism?"

Amy Spitalnick, the head of the progressive Jewish Council for Public Affairs, called the Code Pink statement "the latest example of a relentless scapegoating of Israel or Jews for virtually any global problem."

Spitalnick also warned against right-wing rhetoric blaming the fires on diversity initiatives. Elon Musk, in a post on X about the fires, said, "DEI means people DIE."

Fifth Column
Far-Left Socialists Plot MASSIVE Protest for Donald Trump’s Inauguration
2024-11-11
A little project for the Justice Department and their oh-so-active informants in coming weeks. In between sending out job applications, I mean.
[Karlyn] The Protests Are Coming...

Well, you knew it was inevitable. A coalition of far-left socialist and communist groups has announced plans for a massive protest during Donald Trump
...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US...
’s inauguration.
The image of the announcement poster can be seen at the link. January 20th at 11 a.m. in Washington DC. Organizers include The People’s Forum, Palestinian Youth Movement, ANSWER Coalition, Jill Stein, Bangladeshi Americans for Political Progress, Code Pink, Los Angeles Tenents Union [sic] — some are odd, others appear regularly in the Rantburg archives.
This coalition is spearheaded by the Party of Socialism and Liberation, which has been highly active in protests throughout the year, including organizing pro-Paleostine demonstrations on campuses nationwide and multiple events in Washington, DC.

Expect this coalition to grow as the event approaches—and that’s not counting Antifa
...the armed wing of the Democratic Party...
, which will almost certainly show up as the krazed killer arm of the far left. While members of these groups may not all be Antifa (though there is some overlap), they openly identify as Socialists, Communists, and Marxists who despise the Democratic Party.
Don't we all.
They view Trump’s second term as a prime opportunity to radicalize disillusioned Democrats
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...

How are they funding that?

They’re raising $50,000 via small donation. They raised $2,000 in the first two hours of their efforts. When I signed up for their email list to get updates on their efforts, I was met with a fundraising ask and current results:
I’d not be shocked to learn that the organizers will have also gotten a much larger donation from the usual Progressive NGO donor organizations and individuals, enough to cover signs, travel costs, and salaries for the cadres.

Forklift diesel engine hums were drowned out by deafening rings of steel barricades clanking together as the sun set over Washington, D.C., on Monday. Despite an unexpected heavy rainstorm, laborers wearing bright yellow reflective safety vests worked in a well-orchestrated rhythm to unload flatbed trucks carrying thousands of metal gates.

The barriers are intended to control thousands on Wednesday in what is anticipated to be an intense series of anti-Israel protests on Capitol Hill.

[IsraelTimes] Pro-Hamas and Hezbollah US demonstrators are staging a protest near the White House, calling for “jihad.”

Reports on social media appear to show masked demonstrators chanting slogans urging Hamas’s military wing to “kill another soldier now” and calling on Hezbollah to “kill another Zionist now.”

… calling for “jihad of victory or martyrdom” while chanting for Al Qassam and Hezbollah terrorists to kill more Zionists/Jews.

This demonstration, organized by pro-Hamas supporters, has people questioning the legality of this.

Anti-Zionists who glorify the likes of Hamas and Hezbollah are perpetuating an ideology that embraces extremism and incites violence.
Update from the Times of Israel at 1:30 a.m.ET:
Thousands of protesters chanting “From DC to Palestine, we are the red line” held a long banner scribbled with the names of Palestinians killed in the ongoing fighting in Gaza, which was sparked by Hamas’s October 7 massacre in southern Israel.

One video posted to X showed a man with a Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine headband burning the American flag, while other protesters appeared to be wearing green Hamas headbands.

The protesters — almost all wearing red clothing — held Palestinian flags and signs saying “Biden’s red line was a lie” and “Bombing children is not self-defense.”

The White House stepped up security with an additional anti-scale perimeter fence ahead of the demonstration, which saw chartered buses ferrying in people from as far afield as Maine and Florida.

following the terror group’s October 7 onslaught.

The United States, Israel’s key ally, has seen months of pro-Paleostinian protests against Israel ranging from marches in Washington and vigils near the White House to the blocking of bridges and roads near train stations and airports in multiple cities and encampments on many college campuses. Protesters have also disrupted some of Biden’s reelection campaign events. Biden is currently in La Belle France for an official visit.

Protests for Gaza and against Israel began immediately after the October 7 attacks and even before Israel’s military response to Hamas kicked into high gear.

On its website, CAIR said the rallies are to mark "eight months of slaughter and starvation in Gaza and demand that President Biden enforce his red line on Rafah by ending US support for the Israeli government’s genocide," without mentioning Hamas or the terror group’s attack that initiated the war.

A US Secret Service spokesperson said: "In preparation for the events this weekend in Washington, DC, that have the potential for large crowds to gather, additional public safety measures have been put in place near the White House complex."

Biden and the White House have previously said they support peaceful protests, but not "chaos" and violence.

They Endorsed Hamas Terrorism. Then They Hosted a Big-Ticket Fundraiser for Jamaal Bowman and Cori Bush.
2024-02-08
[WFB, h/t Insty] These POS need to be constantly exposed as pariahs
As Reps. Jamaal Bowman (D., N.Y.) and Cori Bush (D., Mo.) face difficult primary challenges, the progressive lawmakers are teaming up—by holding a swanky joint fundraiser alongside anti-Israel activists who have endorsed Hamas terrorism and defended notorious anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan.

Bowman and Bush attended the Saturday fundraiser at the Los Angeles home of Sylvia Aroth and Dante Cacace, with attendees paying as much as $13,200 to attend. The fundraiser's host committee included a slew of anti-Israel activists who have defended Hamas in the wake of the terror group's Oct. 7 attack on the Jewish state.

Melina Abdullah, for example, serves as executive director of BLM Grassroots, which said that "resistance must not be condemned" and praised the attack as "a desperate act of self-defense." Another host, Jodie Evans,
...she’s married to Neville Roy Singham, the Sri Lankan-American entrepreneur who sold his IT consulting firm, Thoughtworks, for $785 million in 2017. He’s been a Maoist Black Nationalist from childhood— which is some trick considering he is half Asian and half white...
serves as cofounder of Code Pink, a left-wing group that argued on Oct. 7 that Hamas had "every right to resist" Israel's "apartheid regime." Estee Chandler
... a moderately successful movie actress when she was younger, but since the 2000 election she’s joined various anti-Republican and anti-Israel causes to keep her name in the headlines...
also served as a fundraiser host—Chandler, who leads Jewish Voice for Peace's Los Angeles chapter, blamed Israel for provoking Hamas's attack, citing the Jewish state's "constant ethnic cleansing."

The fundraiser comes as both Bowman and Bush face serious primary challenges driven in large part by their anti-Israel views. The left-wing lawmakers have emerged as Israel's top opponents in the wake of Oct. 7, with both accusing the Jewish state of "genocide" and "ethnic cleansing." Those remarks prompted condemnation from Jewish leaders in Bowman's and Bush's districts.

Twenty-six rabbis in Bowman's New York City district wrote a letter in October denouncing Bowman's "anti-Israel policy positions and messaging." In Bush's St. Louis district, a coalition of Jewish organizations accused the congresswoman of "fanning the flames of antisemitism."

"Representative Bush has shown little outrage against the horrendous attacks by an organization whose very charter calls for the killing of all Jewish people," the coalition said in a November letter.

"To the contrary, in private discussions she has stated repeatedly that she supports the Jewish community, is listening to our fears and concerns, and stands against antisemitism," the coalition continued. "She then issues public statements that directly contradict what she told us in private."

That criticism helped drive a pair of pro-Israel Democrats to challenge Bowman and Bush. Westchester County executive George Latimer launched his campaign against Bowman in December and has since criticized the congressman for voting against a resolution that condemned Hamas. St. Louis County prosecutor Wesley Bell, meanwhile, is challenging Bush, a run that has seen him condemn those who accuse Israel of genocide.

"It is offensive to me that you would say that Israel defending itself is genocide," Bell told a self-described "anti-Zionist" attendee during a November campaign event. "Israel was attacked by a terrorist organization, who in their charter says that the destruction of Israel is their goal. They stated after this attack that they were going to do it again and again."

Both challengers have outraised their incumbent opponents in recent months. Latimer raised $1.4 million in the last quarter of 2023, while Bowman raised just $724,000. Bell during that period raised $490,000 and holds most of that cash—$409,000—on hand. Bush raised $487,000 in the last quarter of 2023 and holds just $216,000 on hand.

While Bowman and Bush's Los Angeles fundraiser may help them close that money gap, it is also prompting pushback. In addition to BLM Grassroots' embrace of Hamas, Abdullah defended Nation of Islam leader Farrakhan after he was banned from Instagram and Facebook. Farrakhan, an unabashed anti-Semite, has called Jews "termites" and praised Adolf Hitler as a "very great man."

"We should all be outraged by the banning of Minister @LouisFarrakhan from Instagram and Facebook," Abdullah wrote in 2019. "In a country built on our backs there can be no 'Black supremacy.'"

Pelosi faces backlash for demanding swarming protesters 'go back to China': 'Slanderous accusations'
2024-01-31
[FoxNews] Has she changed?
Was she always like this?
Is the media finally reporting her fall from grace?

The former House speaker told Code Pink activists outside her home in October to "go back to China" where their "headquarters" are.
October. Why are we seeing this now?
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.,
...she’s been Speaker Emerita since January, 2023...
D-Calif., was blasted on social media after a video surfaced from October in which she told pro-Palestinian protesters from Code Pink to "go back to China" where their "headquarters is."
Code Pink co-founder Jodie Evans is the wife of Sri-Lankan-American centi-millionaire Neville Roy Singham. The founder of LinkedIn is politically Maoist Black Nationalist — which is some trick considering he is half Asian and half white. The conclusion that Code Pink takes orders from the CCP is understandable.
"In October, Pelosi told our members calling for a ceasefire to ‘go back to China,’ Code Pink posted on X on Monday along with a video of Pelosi interacting with protesters.

"These same women have been protesting for peace at her house for 17 years.
Seriously? Do they have nothing better to do?
“Pelosi takes thousands of dollars from AIPAC every year. Who’s the foreign agent here?"

Social media users criticized Pelosi, including Trending Politics co-owner Collin Rugg, who posted on X that Pelosi has "lost it."

Pelosi was presumably referring to a New York Times report tying Code Pink to a Chinese propaganda network.

This week, Pelosi suggested that protesters calling for a cease-fire in Gaza are "connected to Russia."

"They are in front of my house all the time," Pelosi told CNN. "I have a feeling for what feelings they have. But we have to think about what we’re doing. And what we have to do is try to stop the suffering in Gaza. This is women and children, people who don’t have a place to go, so let’s address that. But for them to call for a cease-fire is Mr. Putin’s message, Mr. Putin’s message."

Strip.

Doctors Against Genocide (DAG), an anti-Israel group formed in November, planned to launch the protest at the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC, on December 28. DAG apparently went so far as to plot to disrupt the facility from the inside. The protest was cancelled after an immense backlash.

DAG claims the controversy is due to a "misunderstanding" caused by its own "lack of clarity." It claims they didn’t plan to protest "inside or outside" the museum, but the text of the protest’s announcement leaves no room for a credible denial. It clearly instructs attendees to assemble at the museum and to "please obtain free entry tickets."

DOCTORS AGAINST SOME GENOCIDES
DAG’s name infers that it actively opposes all forms of genocide. In actuality, the group’s activities have focused almost solely on Israel’s alleged "genocide" in the Gaza Strip. The only deviation is a brief statement on its website against the genocide of Rohingya Moslems in Burma. Tellingly absent is any denunciation of the genocidal actions and intentions of Hamas.

The organization has previously organized protests with the anti-Israel groups Jewish Voice for Peace, IfNotNow and Code Pink

According to its website, DAG is a "program" of a nonprofit 501(c)(3) named Jetpac, which says its purpose is to increase the political influence of the Moslem American community.

Because DAG uses Jetpac as a fiscal sponsor, it is impossible for the public to know practically anything about DAG. Under such an arrangement, a registered nonprofit handles the donations of a group that does not have its own entity. Therefore, an unregistered group like DAG avoids the burden of complying with mandatory public disclosures. Donations are sent to Jetpac, and Jetpac decides what to reveal, if anything, about the funding funneled to DAG.

JETPAC’S DONORS AND LEADERSHIP
Jetpac itself has received funding from left-wing "dark money" powerhouses. It received $10,000 from the Tides Foundation in 2020. Proteus Fund provided $8,000 to Jetpac in 2018 for the purpose of "democracy." reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown
...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel...
Community Trust also provided $17,500 in 2018.

Another interesting donor to Jetpac is the Barzinji Family Foundation, which gave $5,000 in 2018. It is operated by the family of Jamal Barzinji, one of the most influential Moslem American leaders until his death in 2015. At the time of his death, he was listed as the president of the Barzinji Family Foundation.

Barzinji has a long history of holding senior positions in organizations with origins in the Moslem Brüderbund, the Islamist parent organization of Hamas. For example, he was a co-founder and bigwig of the International Institute of Islamic Thought, which had its offices searched by federal law enforcement as part of a counterterrorism investigation in 2002. The sworn affidavit of U.S. Customs Service Special Agent David Kane explicitly named Barzinji as "not only closely affiliated with PIJ [Paleostinian Islamic Jihad
...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah...
] . . . but also with Hamas."

Jetpac’s founder and chairman, Nadeem Mazen, was elected to the Cambridge City Council in 2013 and 2015, the year he created Jetpac. He opted against running for re-election in 2017, instead deciding to run for a Democratic Party
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
congressional nomination, characterizing himself as President Donald Trump
...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US...
’s "worst nightmare."

While he ran for Congress, he was simultaneously leading Jetpac, which should raise questions about the organization’s compliance with regulations prohibiting nonprofits from acting on behalf of political candidates. Jetpac’s website states that it was formed by Mazen’s campaign staff, boasting that they increased the number of Moslem voters by 300 percent.

Left-wing funders like the Tides Foundation will be enticed by the potential political dividends of Jetpac’s proclaimed ability to increase Moslem turnout, but it comes with a price. By acting as DAG’s fiscal sponsor, Jetpac helps alienate voters (especially Jewish voters) who don’t look fondly upon disrupting the Holocaust Museum for the purpose of appropriating the institution’s message for an anti-Israel cause.

Pro-Palestinian protesters chant 'Christmas is canceled'
2023-12-26
[NYPOST] Hundreds of pro-Paleostinian protesters converged on Midtown Monday, lugging a blood-red mock Nativity scene and chanting "Christmas is canceled here."

"Long live the intifada," the crowd of about 500 demonstrators yelled, using the Arabic word for "rebellion" or "uprising," as they mobbed the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree where revelers were enjoying the holiday.

"While Ur Shopping Bombs are Dropping," read one of the signs carried by the protesters.

"No Joy In Genocide," said another, written atop the faux Nativity scene, which was splattered in what appeared to be fake blood and which several of the demonstrators carried on their shoulders.

A few scuffles broke out in the crowd after nightfall, including outside St. Patrick’s Cathedral, which sent cops running through the mob.

Arrests were later reported near Grand Central Station and Union Square, as protesters and police clashed.

The protest was just the latest anti-Israel march to take place in the Big Apple in the wake of Hamas
