[KhaamaPress] An Afghan national living in Fort Worth has pleaded guilty to a federal charge after threatening to carry out a suicide kaboom during an online video conversation, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
Mohammad Dawood Alokozay, 32, entered the guilty plea on October 6 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L. Cureton. The case stems from threats made during an online video chat on November 23, 2025, portions of which were recorded and shared on TikTok and other social media platforms, according to court documents.
Prosecutors said Alokozay and several participants, including another Afghan national identified in court documents as the first victim, exchanged offensive insults linked to longstanding tribal animosity. During the conversation, Alokozay threatened to use a suicide bomb to attack the other participants.
Federal agents and local law enforcement partners subsequently identified Alokozay and searched his residence and mobile phone to determine whether he possessed materials that could be used to make a bomb. Investigators concluded that he did not intend to carry out an attack, but Alokozay admitted that he knowingly transmitted a threat to injure another person, the Justice Department said.
"Threats of suicide kaboom are not jokes or momentary outbursts, they are federal crimes," U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Ryan Raybould said in a statement. He added that authorities would respond to threats of suicide attacks or mass-casualty incidents.
Alokozay faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and up to three years of supervised release. The maximum penalties are statutory limits, not a prediction of the sentence he will receive. A sentencing date has not yet been announced.
The FBI’s Dallas Field Office investigated the case with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations, the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Fort Worth Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Vincent Mazzurco is prosecuting the case.
[NYPost] Teens waved terrorist flags and learned Maoist war tactics at a radical “Anti-Imperialist Summer Camp” hidden in the Pacific Northwest, The Post has learned.
The late August camp, run by the terror-linked Anti-Imperialist Front USA (AIF-USA), was attended by teenagers from their offshoot, Revolutionary Youth, along with community college students and young workers, in the Pacific Northwest, according to materials provided to The Post by education watchdog group the North American Values Institute (NAVI).
Pictures from the trip showed nearly 20 hoodie- and bandana-clad campers sitting around a fire alongside flags from several terrorist groups, one of which read “Victory to the Axis of Resistance!” — the network that includes Hamas, the Houthis and Hezbollah.
Another picture shows the campers displaying flags from The Islamic Republic of Iran, the Palestinian flag, a green flag displaying the Shahada — the Muslim declaration of faith, and the Hezbollah flag.
The campers studied documents from multiple foreign communist groups that have been designated as terrorist organizations in their home countries, according to a since-deleted Aug. 21 post on their website.
One group studied was the Communist Party of Peru, also known as Shining Path which killed over 35,000 people in their attempt to overthrow the Peruvian government launched in 1980 and disapeared countless others.
“These studies deepened participant’s [sic] grasp of the international significance of the People’s Wars in Peru, Turkey, India, and the Philippines. As the People’s Wars across the globe showcase the only path to freedom for the working class and oppressed peoples,” the website stated.
Another group studied was the Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist Leninist, which was founded in 1972 for the purpose of “armed struggle” and is a designated terrorist group by the Turkish government. The group has staged numerous kidnappings and attacks on Turkish soldiers and police.
The campers also studied was the Communist Party of India (Maoist) which was formed in 2004 and has committed over 4,000 terrorist attacks since its founding, according to the South Asia Terrorist Portal.
[TWZ] As part of the largest U.K. Commando Force exercise in 15 years, British special operators conducted a submarine insertion off Scotland, making use of a German Navy Type 212A — a boat you can read about in detail here. The maneuvers are the first time since the war in Afghanistan that all of the Commando Force’s specialist elements have operated together. The submarine insertion, conducted at Cape Wrath on September 29, is part of Exercise Strike Warrior, a major NATO drill intended to rehearse allied crisis-response and warfighting operations across the North Atlantic and High North.
The U.K. Royal Navy-led Commando Force specializes in amphibious, littoral, and expeditionary operations. It brings together Royal Marines commandos with specialist elements including reconnaissance, intelligence, targeting, artillery, logistics, and medical capabilities. The force is increasingly focused on smaller, dispersed teams operating across contested littoral environments.
Including elements of the Commando Force, more than 2,000 personnel from the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, and Norway are currently participating in Strike Warrior, with eight warships and 19 aircraft involved in activity spanning Scotland, the Western Isles, the North-West Approaches, Galloway, the Borders and the North Sea.
The submarine insertion underscores the type of maritime special operations the British Commando Force is now increasingly training to conduct. Personnel from 148 (Meiktila) Commando Forward Observation Battery, Royal Artillery, boarded the unnamed German attack submarine off Scotland before being infiltrated toward the coast. The sub provided intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) support as the force approached the target area, after which the commandos conducted a discreet small-boat insertion using inflatable raiding craft.
Once ashore, the commandos moved onto the cliffs and established an extemporized observation post. From there, they confirmed the simulated target and coordinated live naval surface fires against a simulated enemy position. Here, firepower was provided by the Portuguese Karel Doorman class frigate Dom Francisco de Almeida, presumably using its Oto Melara 76mm deck gun. Following the engagement, the team was extracted. The complete sequence incorporated submarine infiltration, small-boat insertion, covert reconnaissance and targeting, live naval gunfire, and withdrawal into a single mission profile.
Now we know: FZ1073’s Omani co-pilot was radicalised in Australia, consumed extremist material, had links to a Muslim Brotherhood-linked centre in Melbourne, trained in boxing, and was inspired by 9/11. The investigation continues. This is UAE transparency, and it should be celebrated by the world: facts released, evidence followed, justice above all.
God bless the Flydubai Indian pilot, crew, and Israeli passengers who stopped this terrorist attack.
🚨 FZ1073 INVESTIGATION UPDATE
Investigations being conducted by the UAE Public Prosecution found:
• The 29-year-old Omani co-pilot allegedly attempted to seize control of FZ1073 and use the aircraft in a suicide attack on the passenger terminal at Ben Gurion Airport, intending to cause maximum casualties.
• Investigators traced his turn toward extremist ideology to 2017 while studying in Australia, where he consumed extremist publications and online content glorifying terrorism and suicide attacks.
• According to his confession, he became inspired by the 9/11 attacks and developed the idea of carrying out a similar attack using an aircraft—something he said influenced his decision to pursue aviation.
• His aviation career included Oman Air (2020–2024), Royal Air Maroc (2025), and Flydubai from January 2026.
• While studying in Melbourne, he attended an RMIT-affiliated mosque and became acquainted with people running MyCentre, which he claimed was supported by an association linked to the Muslim Brotherhood.
• He allegedly prepared himself psychologically and physically by consuming terrorism-inciting material and undergoing private boxing training.
• Investigators found that he used two previous flights to Tel Aviv to reconnoitre the route and airport before attempting to execute his plan on his third flight on 30 September 2026.
• His Flydubai recruitment procedures were also examined. He had satisfied the required professional and security checks, with no indication at the time of extremist views or terrorist intent.
• During FZ1073, he allegedly attacked the captain inside the cockpit with an emergency crash axe, targeting his head.
• A return-flight captain, who happened to be onboard, noticed unusual activity around the cockpit, gained entry, and—with a cabin crew member and passengers—helped rescue the injured captain and subdue the accused.
• The return-flight captain and his co-pilot then regained control, diverted FZ1073 and landed safely in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
• In the presence of his lawyer, the accused gave a detailed confession and claimed he acted alone.
• The UAE Public Prosecution is still investigating whether there were accomplices or other connections and continues examining recordings, technical reports and other evidence.

[X] Former Qatari Prime Minister Hamad bin Jassim Al Thani on Saturday called Iran the "main enemy" of Persian Gulf states, a sharp shift in rhetoric from his earlier advocacy of dialogue with Tehran.
"It has now become clear that Iran is our main enemy," he wrote on X, urging Persian Gulf states to unite behind Saudi Arabia against threats originating in Yemen but directed from abroad.
In 2023, he had opposed confrontation with Tehran and advocated negotiations.

[IsraelTimes] Daily Mail further details antisemitic posts made by NHS doctors and staff, including calling Zionism an ‘ideology of terror’ and saying Australia’s Bondi attack was a ‘false flag’
Amid mounting reports of widespread antisemitism within the UK’s National Health Service, the British Daily Mail reported on Saturday that five NHS workers, including three doctors, made inflammatory statements against Jews and Israel.
Amid mounting reports of widespread antisemitism within the UK’s National Health Service, the British Daily Mail reported on Saturday that five NHS workers, including three doctors, made inflammatory statements against Jews and Israel.
The report follows up on a documentary released last month by the Campaign Against Antisemitism organization, which alleged that the NHS has been plagued by severe antisemitism in recent years, leaving a majority of British Jews concerned that they would not receive equal treatment because of their religious identity.
According to the Daily Mail, in December 2025 one NHS employee, Zaida Akhtar, shared a video that said the terrorist shooting that killed 15 people and maimed dozens at an Australian Jewish community Hanukkah party on Sydney’s Bondi Beach was a "false flag."
Akhtar works as an occupational therapist at University Hospitals Birmingham, the paper said.
Other inflammatory comments came from Abdelaal Ragheb Elfarra, a Gazook-born GP at St. James’s University Hospital in Leeds, the newspaper reported. Those reportedly included a statement in December 2024 that "Israelis are much worse than Nazis" and a post he shared in July 2024 that said the Rothschild banking family was the "most wealthiest and influential family, believed to control all the world’s money" — a historic antisemitic trope employed by the Nazis, among others.
Another doctor, Manchester-based psychiatrist Ahmed Sewehli, reportedly called at least twice on social media for the death of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and wrote in 2025 that "Zionism is the ideology of terror, mass murder, displacement and depravity" and that the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... terror group was "learning new acts of depravity" from the Israeli military.
The third doctor, British-Jordanian citizen Nadeem Crowe, was suspended in August 2024 from his position as an emergency room doctor with the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust after a colleague complained about his online activity, which included a call for police to investigate UK Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis, whom Crowe described as "an absolute risk to Arabs and Moslems," the paper added.
Another NHS employee, registered midwife Fatimah Mohamied, reportedly responded "Hell yeah!!!" to a post during the Hamas ..the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,... -led onslaught of October 7, 2023, that said: "Paleostinians have a right to resist their occupation — we have a right to support them."
She was appointed "cultural safety champion" at London’s West Middlesex Hospital, the Daily Mail said, adding that she resigned in March 2024 and was referred by the NHS to law enforcement after accusations of antisemitism.
The referrals were dismissed, the paper said, and Mohamied has since filed claims against her former employer, which are still under adjudication.
The NHS has faced mounting complaints of antisemitism within its staff for the past several years, with the UK’s Antisemitism Policy Trust recording 99 antisemitic incidents in the healthcare sector, according to a report published last year.
In June, the UK government proposed new rules for the health system to fight antisemitism, including a ban on staff wearing political badges, including pro-Paleostinian symbols.
Under the reforms, the NHS and the Department of Health and Social Care will introduce mandatory antisemitism training for big shots, as well as updated equality, diversity and human rights ...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty... training for around 1.5 million staff, with specific content on antisemitism and anti-Moslem hostility.
Is there even the slightest possibility that President Trump is not excruciatingly aware of what Iran wants… as well as the limits of what he is willing to grant them?
[North Press] Russian President Vladimir Putin conveyed Iran’s position on a possible resolution to the war with the United States to U.S. President Donald Trump, the Kremlin said Saturday.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Putin delivered Tehran’s views in coordination with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, according to Russia’s Interfax news agency.
The message followed a phone call between Putin and Trump on Friday, October 9, after the Russian president met Pezeshkian on the sidelines of a summit in Turkmenistan earlier this week.
The Kremlin did not disclose the details of Iran’s position or Trump’s response.
Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said Putin told Trump that Moscow’s proposal to receive Iran’s highly enriched uranium remained on the table. Putin also stressed that diplomatic options for resolving the conflict had not been exhausted and that an agreement could be reached through negotiations, according to Russian state media.
During his meeting with Putin, Pezeshkian said Tehran remained committed to negotiations with Washington despite repeated attacks. He also said both sides had submitted proposals and that Iran had amended Washington’s latest proposals, according to Rudaw.
The diplomatic contacts come as efforts to end the conflict remain stalled, with indirect negotiations between Washington and Tehran failing to produce a breakthrough.

NEW DELHI, Oct 11 (Reuters) - New Delhi braced for a second day of youth protests demanding the resignation of India's election chief on Sunday, as a court ordered the release of "cockroach" movement founder Abhijeet Dipke, opens new tab and two other senior leaders.
Dipke and the other Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leaders were detained when their plane landed in Delhi on Saturday as the movement planned to gather thousands of people at Jantar Mantar in Central Delhi.
The court ordered their release with an undertaking to "maintain public peace", the CJP said in an official statement.
"Cockroaches never die," the group posted on its X account shortly after Dipke's release.
The youth movement is one of the biggest political challenges to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his 12 years in power, during which his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has repeatedly swept the polls and eliminated any serious challenge by opponents, including the Congress Party.
The protesters are calling for the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over a revision of voter lists that critics say disproportionately benefits Modi.
Sporadic protests have been going on across India since the Indian Express newspaper in late September reported Kumar's two deputies raised several concerns internally about voter list revisions, registration procedures and digital systems.
The Commission says differing views are normal in internal deliberations, and has denied favouring any party.
Election Commission data cited by the party shows about 130 million names, more than the population of Japan, have been deleted from electoral rolls during the verification exercise, including 63 million people who had relocated and 30 million who could not be traced.
Modi's BJP has accused groups opposed to it of trying to undermine the country's democracy by wrongly questioning legitimate electoral processes.
The BJP and the Commission deny allegations of manipulation, although opposition parties say Muslim voters and other minorities, who are unlikely to support the Hindu nationalist ruling party, are disproportionately impacted by the deletions.
[IsraelTimes] In announcement made on Oct. 7, Hind Rajab Foundation accuses practitioners of participating in a system of abuse of Palestinian inmates at military detention center
The anti-Israel Hind Rajab Foundation said this week it had petitioned the International Criminal Court to investigate Israeli doctors, hospital administrators, the Israeli Medical Association (IMA) and the ministries of health and defense for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide over alleged abuse of Paleostinian inmates at the Sde Teiman military detention center.
*sigh* Timing really is everything. So sorry, guys.
The announcement was made on October 7, the three-year anniversary of the Hamas ..a regional Iranian catspaw,... attack and massacres in southern Israel that sparked the war in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Individuals identified in the petition include former health ministers Moshe Arbel and Uriel Busso as well as IMA President Zion Hagay, the association’s CEO Leah Wapner and head of its ethics board, Yosef Walfisch, the Foundation said.
The Foundation alleged that "physicians, nurses, and paramedics who served at the field hospital, together with former detainees, have documented the abuses carried out within this system."
It accused the IMA of "legitimizing the abuse and torture carried out at Sde Teiman."
It called on the ICC prosecutors to "investigate a chain of responsibility extending from senior political officials who designed the policy and officials who issued binding directives, to the military commanders, medical professionals, and professional bodies that implemented or legitimized the system."
Sde Teiman, in southern Israel, repeatedly faced accusations of maltreatment and torture of Gazook inmates held there following the Hamas-led onslaught of October 7, 2023, that sparked the Gaza war.
Throughout the war, various media outlets and rights organizations alleged the extreme use of physical restraints, amputations due to prolonged use of handcuffs, beatings, and neglect of medical problems at the facility.
The Israeli military has denied any systematic abuse or improper treatment, asserting that any such cases were investigated fully.
Five reservists serving at Sde Teiman were arrested and indicted last year after being accused of severely abusing a Paleostinian security detainee in 2024, sparking intense political controversy. The scandal eventually led to the removal of then-military advocate general Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi after she admitted to leaking footage of the alleged abuse to the media, while allegedly lying about the matter as she claimed to investigate the same leak.
Earlier this year, Military Advocate General Maj. Gen. Itai Ofir ordered the cancellation of the indictment against the five suspects, citing "complexity regarding the existing evidence"; the release of the detainee himself back to Gaza in the October 2025 ceasefire without his testifying on the matter; and an "abuse of process" claim by the defendants due to the leak scandal.
In a 2025 BBC investigation, former prisoners held at Sde Teiman and who were eventually released back to Gaza alleged that they were subjected to torture, including "being stripped, blindfolded, cuffed and beaten," as well as "given electric shocks, menaced by dogs, and denied access to medical care." Claims included sexual abuse and the use of chemicals and fire as tools of torture.
Some claimed to have witnessed the deaths of fellow prisoners.
The report also stated mistreatment by Israeli medical staff, with one former detainee saying he was shackled to a hospital bed and made to wear a diaper instead of being allowed to use the toilet while receiving treatment for injuries sustained at Sde Teiman.
In addition to the detainees’ testimonies, the BBC report drew on accounts from a lawyer who met with two of the prisoners during their detention and medical professionals who later treated several of them and shared further details of their condition.
The lawyer described that one prisoner he visited had been "subjected to severe beatings, humiliation, degradation and stripping during his arrest until he was transferred to prison."
The Israel Defense Forces stated then that it "completely rejects accusations of systematic abuse of detainees." The military said it "takes any... actions which contradict its values very seriously... Specific complaints about inappropriate behavior by detention facility staff or insufficient conditions are forwarded for examination by the relevant authorities and are dealt with accordingly. In appropriate cases, disciplinary actions are taken against the staff members of the facility, and criminal investigations are opened."
In its announcement, the Hind Rajab Foundation said, "Today’s submission is only the beginning," adding it was "preparing files on Israeli medical professionals with dual nationalities who participated directly in Israel’s genocide in Gaza. We will bring each case before national prosecutors in every jurisdiction where these individuals hold citizenship."

[Jpost] More than 1,000 drones have been fired against Kurdish forces in Iraq, while Kurds in both Iran and Iraq fear that the strikes will reach their homes.
Iran is increasing its rhetoric against Kurdish Iranian dissident groups based in the Kurdistan Region of northern Iraq.
It also carried out a recent drone attack against the groups, one of more than 1,000 attacks carried out since February. US forces recently left Iraq, and this could leave the Kurdistan Region vulnerable to more Iranian attacks.
This has many implications. Two articles at Rudaw, a Kurdish media network based in Erbil, indicate the growing concerns.
The Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (KDPI) has rejected accusations by Iran’s consul general in Erbil that Iranian Kurdish opposition groups are cooperating with foreign powers.
The dispute comes amid continued Iranian drone and missile attacks on the Kurdistan Region of northern Iraq, where residents living near Iranian Kurdish opposition bases fear more strikes.
According to a Rudaw report, the KDPI responded on Friday to comments by Iranian Consul General Faramarz Asadi, who accused Kurdish opposition parties of allying because of pressure from foreign powers.

[IsraelTimes] Unnamed carrier reportedly hires tech company to screen social media of foreign crew on leased planes; airlines said unwilling to wait for decision by Transportation Ministry, Mossad, Shin Bet
An Israeli airline has decided not to wait for the Shin Bet to take action on checking foreign crew, with the carrier hiring a cybersecurity company to carry out background screening on those manning its leased planes, Channel 13 reported Friday.
The report, which did not name the airline involved, came as a stream of gaping flaws in Israel’s security arrangements has emerged since the attempted terror attack on a flydubai airliner from Dubai to Tel Aviv.
Under an arrangement known as "wet leasing," an airline rents an aircraft from another carrier, along with its crew, maintenance services, and insurance.
Yet Israeli airlines chartering wet-leased foreign aircraft are not subject to the security protocols imposed by the Shin Bet security agency, which mandates the presence of armed sky marshals on Israeli commercial planes, the installation of advanced anti-missile defense systems on aircraft, special passenger and luggage security screenings, and the stationing of dedicated Israeli security personnel at foreign airports globally to secure the aircraft.
The Channel 13 report said that the airline decided to take action rather than waiting for a decision on the matter by the Transportation Ministry, Shin Bet and Mosssd ...sees all, knows all, gets 'em all in the end... According to the outlet, the carrier has asked a tech company to scan and analyze the social media content and comments of some 2,500 pilots and flight attendants on wet-leased planes.
Wet leases, and the "dry" version involving only the aircraft, are standard in the aviation industry, where carriers don’t always have the fleets necessary to meet constantly shifting demand.
Israeli airlines, led by charter carriers Israir and Arkia, heavily rely on wet-leasing from foreign carriers.
In July, 70 percent of Arkia’s flights and 56% of Israir flights were wet-leased, Channel 12 said earlier this week. For Sun D’Or, the figure was 5%. Flagship carrier El Al has said 5 to 8 percent of its flights are operated by foreign aircraft.
The security procedures for such flights were previously approved by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israir has said.
In the wake of the flydubai incident, local media has reported that Israeli security bodies have been warning for years that the Transportation Ministry is not meeting its responsibilities in performing adequate security checks on foreign airlines and their crew members flying into Israel and inspecting Israeli flights operated by foreign carriers. The Transportation Ministry has responded that it doesn’t have the intelligence apparatus needed.
[Jpost] Hamas views its survival against the IDF as a victory and is preparing for a possible Gaza City offensive, despite Israel's control of 70% of the Strip, a security official says.
Hamas ..one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede,... 's leadership views its ability to withstand the IDF over the past three years as a form of "victory," despite Israel's control of approximately 70% of the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. Strip, according to Friday intelligence presented to Israel's senior political and defense leadership, including the prime minister and defense minister.
Hamas considers Israel's territorial control "temporary," according to the information presented to officials.
"They are convinced that US President Donald Trump ...Never got invited to a P.Diddy party... 's points-based plan for the Gaza Strip, which his son-in-law Kushner is advancing, including a plan for economic development involving tens of billions of dollars in investment, is a direct continuation of Sheik Ahmed Yassin's
…born in either 1929 or 1936 in Ashkelon under the British Mandate, fled with his family to Gaza City in 1948, a wheelchair-bound quadriplegic since 1952 when he either was or wasn’t 16, definitely assassinated by Israel in 2004, he caused a great deal of trouble as the spiritual leader of Hamas in between…
vision from 1999," a security bigshot said. "They believe in it even if it is delayed."
The security bigshot added: "They tell themselves, and we can see this, that by launching an attack with men wearing beards, jalabiyas, and flip-flops, and through their steadfast resistance against the IDF even after three years, they have not been defeated. They have not surrendered to an army that everyone says is the strongest in the Middle East. Something no other Arab army in the Middle East has managed to achieve."
According to the official, Hamas is therefore preparing for an IDF ground maneuver toward Gaza City, despite tensions between the terrorist organization's local leadership and Khalil al-Hayya in Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi... HAMAS PREPARES FOR POSSIBLE IDF GROUND OFFENSIVE IN GAZA CITY
"They are really working on this around the clock, in many ways: recruiting operatives, distributing weapons, digging defensive tunnels, manufacturing bombs, producing short-range projectiles, and preparing surprises," the official said.
Meanwhile,
...back at the pie fight, Bella opened her mouth at precisely the wrong moment... the IDF Southern Command, Military Intelligence Directorate, Israel Air Force, and Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) have stepped up the pace of assassinations of hard boyz who participated in the October 7 attacks, as well as operatives preparing to carry out terrorist attacks or establish terrorist infrastructure.
The operations are intended to increase pressure on Hamas and disrupt efforts to rebuild its military wing.
The bigwig further explained that because Hamas's leadership refuses to disarm or hand over control of the Gaza Strip to an alternative governing authority, the IDF is preparing for a scenario involving the mass movement of civilians and a ground maneuver into the heart of Gaza City.
The objective would be to dismantle terrorist infrastructure and destroy the battalions of Hamas's military wing that retain a high level of operational readiness.
The official assessed that a ground maneuver would ultimately be unavoidable.
According to an assessment within Israel's defense establishment, a decision on the issue will be made after the elections in Israel.
AHMED YASSIN'S VISION FOR ISRAEL'S DESTRUCTION Ahmed Yassin, the founder and leader of Hamas who was killed in an Israeli targeted strike in 2004, described Israel as "a temporary entity destined to disappear completely from the map and be replaced by an Islamic state throughout the entire Land of Israel."
In a 1999 interview with Al Jazeera, Yassin claimed that the State of Israel would cease to exist by 2027, or by 2028 at the latest.
His prediction was based on a theory of 40-year periods, which he divided into several stages.
The first was the generation of the Nakba, extending from 1948 until the 1980s. The second was the generation of resistance, which began the armed struggle against Israel.
The final generation, according to Yassin's vision, would bring about Hamas's victory, Israel's ultimate collapse, and the establishment of an Islamic state on its territory.
[NYP] Iran has quietly resumed operations at a nuclear facility that was battered by Israel in March, with new satellite imagery showing “significant renewed activity” and even new construction.
The high-resolution images, released by the Institute for Science and International Security, show “unusually heavy” vehicle traffic and excavation work at the Minzadayi compound, a nuclear weapons site northeast of Tehran.
“This points to Iran’s efforts to not just clean up the site … but to resume regular activities,” the Washington-based organization warned Saturday on X.
The site is believed to be involved in the research and development of nuclear warheads, based on public reporting and statements released by the Israel Defense Forces.
Significant vehicle presence was spotted between early September and early October, with cars parked outside the security perimeter in the parking lot — and several passenger vehicles and trucks seen inside.
“Given what is known about this compound, this activity may be indicative of an effort by Iran to reestablish a nuclear weapons development capability and to reconstitute what was lost in the attack on the compound,” the institute said in its report released this week.
The satellite images also showed repairs to what the institute said was a probable water tank — and even the addition of a small building near the compound.
Israeli aircraft struck the heavily secured site on March 3, three days after the war in Iran began with joint United States and Israeli strikes that killed Ayatollah Ali Khamenei — and dozens of his top leaders — in his Tehran compound.
The report follows news that the Islamic Republic has also spent the last several months rebuilding its damaged weapons arsenal – and remains “well-stocked” with both ballistic missiles and “anti-ship weapons,” despite months of US and Israeli strikes.
Tehran has maintained its capacity to rapidly manufacture additional arms, Bloomberg reported, citing Western officials familiar with intelligence assessments.
Russia has also been providing Iran with missiles, according to the outlet.

not returning to nuclear weapons research.
They aren’t researching, Seeking Cure For Ignorance. They already have the missile shells — they just need to refine the uranium to the necessary purity, cast it into the proper shape, and assemble. They already had more than enough at 60% purity when American bombs dropped, so they’re at the brute force stage of getting enough centrifuges up and running to repeat the process with domestically mined yellowcake.

We’ll have to see if the “new leader” thing is just President Trump throwing it out there to see what happens. I’m not ready to have an opinion, European Conservative, while so much else is going on.
Good luck recovering any of that.
Of course, Difar Dave, but modern centrifuges refine more quickly than the now-destroyed older ones, so getting back to the same place will go much faster — Iran had been stocking up on new, much more powerful centrifuges before things went kinetic. I have to think that destroying what they have now is on the target list — goodness knows they haven’t effective air defences to prevent it.
