In her column, Naomi commented on our interview, below, that we had just completed with her for the Breggin Hour. Naomi described our confrontation during the interview as "a very fierce, if mutually respectful debate, and praised me with words too kind for me to quote, which quickly mended my apprehensions about what had transpired. She called my healing from my stroke a ’Refu’ah shlemah’ meaning a ’complete healing.’

We did not have any preconceived agenda for our long-anticipated interview with Dr. Naomi Wolf. Ginger was nervous/excited, as she often gets before we begin a show. But as our interview this week progressed, it became clear that Naomi had burning questions and even challenges concerning my views on biological psychiatry, including my rejection of psychiatric drugs as too dangerous and ineffective and my criticism of psychiatric diagnoses as having no biological basis and as pigeonholing people in ways that are not good for them.
We really appreciate Naomi’s gifted writing and her courage in organizing and examining the life- and health-threatening effects of the COVID vaccines, and in particular we appreciate her amazing contribution in organizing and publishing the Pfizer Documents (2023) confirming that the FDA and Pfizer knew and hid the same information that Dr. Anthony Fauci similarly hid from the public. We asked Naomi if she could make some additional connections from the Pfizer papers to the Fauci "diary" and the subsequent Congressional hearings, and she did, emphasizing the area of the harm done by the COVID vaccines to women’s reproductive systems found in the Pfizer Documents and covered up by Fauci.
Then, to our surprise, Naomi introduced an excruciating story about a "bipolar" relative, which she said was fictional. Her story included very strong criticism of my views that psychiatric drugs do more harm than good. And that so-called psychiatric "diseases" like bipolar disorder are not genetic or biological in origin, a view I later modified to include hormonal changes and other stresses that occur around childbirth as causes of serious emotional problems. All three of us worked hard to treat each other with love and respect, despite the underlying tension and variance in worldviews.
The result was an enlightening critique by Naomi and a somewhat less incisive response from me as I tried to gather my wits and to avoid sounding critical of this amazing, wonderful woman. She, in turn, thanked us for our "free speech platform."
For anyone interested in hearing me defend my views when being seriously challenged, this is a don’t-miss hour. Does modern psychology recognize actual evil or do they just rationalize it. I don't care about the mental state of a dog that mauls and kills a small child.
[NYPost] The radical left’s recent efforts to twist and downgrade 9/11 disgust me to the core — and it’s not because I was some type of hero in that tragedy: I was just a journalist then as I am now.
I’m outraged because I personally witnessed true heroism on Sept. 11, 2001, and in the days that followed: New Yorkers who survived and banded together to rebuild this city. Indeed, one might ask, did these heroes do too good of a job? Consider how many in this city now indulge their luxury to forget, or even shamelessly try to paper over what happened.
As we approach 9/11’s 25th anniversary, it’s hard to believe how much of the debate around this historically tragic event has changed. We have a US Senate candidate in Michigan who recently campaigned with an influencer who once said “America deserved 9/11.” Our mayor — a 34-year-old former rapper who studied anti-American “Africana Studies” — can’t bring himself to denounce the terrorist rallying cry “globalize the intifada.”
Instead, Zohran Mamdani, like much of the left, prefers to lament the war on terror and “Islamophobia.” Never mind that the latter, in reality, has lately been dwarfed by the rampant antisemitism that he likes to minimize.
UNSPEAKABLE CRIME
And then there’s the unspeakable crime that killed nearly 3,000 who were just showing up to their jobs that morning — janitors, secretaries, bond traders — a cross-section of the city and its moms, dads, daughters and sons. Never forget they perished alongside heroic first responders, who tried to save them.
Mamdani fans either have short memories or no memories of 9/11 at all because they weren’t yet born. The city has also changed. The mayor’s base of progressive Gen Z’ers — many of them transplants from around the country and indoctrinated by leftist college professors — have ventured into ethnic enclaves that once housed New York’s “gorgeous mosaic” of diversity that went back generations.
Even fresh immigrants who have since changed the city — in many cases for the better — lack both roots and remembrance of 9/11. Consider the bereaved families of cops or firefighters who lost their lives charging up dozens of flights of stairs inside the Twin Towers. I knew them as well as people who succumbed to cancer a few years later because of the toxicity that enveloped downtown Manhattan in the days that followed.

The Saturday after 9/11, I went to Ground Zero and watched first responders, construction workers, cops, firefighters, working-class New Yorkers digging through the rubble in a desperate search for survivors. I still recall the stench from the burning debris and the dead that filled the air.
My brother was a doctor at Bellevue Hospital at the time. He and his team expected a deluge of wounded. When the bodies didn’t show up, he donned a pair of work boots, jeans and a sweatshirt and headed downtown. He was part of the “bucket brigade,” sifting through the wreckage looking for survivors, finding only body parts for bereaved families looking for some semblance of closure.
My own cancer was likely related to the chemicals and smoke I breathed in from the smoldering debris as I, like so many others who worked downtown, continued doing my job as best I could amid all of the confusion.
But as I look back, I’m somehow glad I was there. Consider this a bid to ensure 9/11 isn’t forgotten — and isn’t twisted into something other than the singularly evil act that it was.
And New York’s rebirth, I would submit, is the true embodiment of what it means to be an American.

A Socialist Democrat Sunni Muslim that openly hates America.
Supports the 9-11 Terrorists as Freedom Fighters.
A person born to India parents, that left India to migrated to Kampala, Uganda, where he was born.
Then left Uganda, moved to Cape Town S. Africa, then eventually moved to the NY state of USA.
A person that only became a US citizen in 2018.
Then because of the years he spent growing up in Cape Town South Africa, decided to get a bachelor's degree in Africana studies.

There’s this overly popular version of 1948 that begins with Paleostinian refugees and works backward. By the time it reaches the months before Israel declared independence, the Jews have become this overwhelming military force bearing down on a largely passive, innocent Arab population that never stood a chance against them.
Interestingly, that wasn’t how Arab leaders described what was happening.
Before Israel existed, Arab military commanders were sending increasingly grim reports to their governments about the balance of forces in Paleostine. After the war, Paleostinian politicians and Arab intellectuals wrote postmortems that heavily blamed the British. But they also pointed fingers at Arab failures: poor preparation, political rivalries, inadequate weapons, competing commands, weak governments and a disastrous underestimation of the Jews.
No one had to invent these explanations. Arab leaders were writing them all by themselves.
THE WARNING CAME BEFORE ISRAEL EXISTED
On March 23, 1948, General Ismail Safwat sent a report to Syrian Prime Minister Jamil Mardam Bey, chairman of the Arab League ...an organization of Arabic-speaking states with 22 member countries and four observers. The League tries to achieve Arab consensus on issues, which usually leaves them doing nothing but a bit of grimacing and mustache cursing... ’s Paleostine Committee. Safwat was an Iraqi general, former Iraqi chief of staff, and head of the vaporous Arab League’s Military Committee for Paleostine. His job was to assess the coming war.
His conclusion: "There is no comparison between our forces and the Jewish forces."
Safwat estimated Jewish strength at 50,000 men
…I suspect a quarter to a third of the fighting men were actually women, and some unknown percentage of the whole were not men but sub-adult teens and children who had survived the Holocaust and had been the sole adults in their own lives for years — Dr. Ruth was one of them, and had volunteered to be trained as a sniper…
backed by additional local defense formations. The Arab forces available to oppose them were a fraction of that. Paleostinian guerrillas were poorly equipped, Arab League forces were inadequate, and weapons promised by Arab governments hadn’t arrived in the agreed-upon quantities.
The details get way worse for the Arabs. Safwat described trained Jewish personnel, engineers and technicians, organized transportation, armored vehicles, reserves, repair facilities and domestic arms production. Egypt had supplied only part of the rifles it had promised. Saudi Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula, largely made up of sand and oil rigs. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual haj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Formerly dictatorial and steeped in Olde Tyme Religion, deferring to Salafist holy men on all issues, it has now done a 180 and is making a serious effort to modernize, so as not to be left in the sand by its Gulf Arab neighbors. The holy men have been shoved to the background and the nation is now still dictatorial but somewhat rational. That doesn't make them trustworthy, but it's a start... and Transjordan hadn’t fulfilled their rifle commitments. Arab ammunition was short, artillery was old, and mortars were scarce.
Safwat was worried about what happened once equipment broke. The Jews had workshops and facilities capable of repairing weapons and vehicles. The Arabs didn’t.
"Our side has nothing of the sort, not even a single small repair shop."
And this was only part of his concern. Paleostinian gangs answered to competing politicians and factions. Some, Safwat reported, were accumulating weapons for conflicts with other Arabs rather than for the war against the Jews.
"This situation has led to a rise in factionalism and local alliances among Paleostinians and has pitted them against one another."
Safwat had been pushing the Arab League since 1947 to recruit and train more men, provide weapons, and create a unified command. It hadn’t happened. Now the war was approaching, and there was still no effective Paleostinian command comparable to the Haganah.
And Safwat saw another problem, one that had nothing to do with rifles or ammunition. He wrote about Arab morale remaining relatively strong because: "The Arabs still tend to look down upon and depreciate the Jews."
They were completely underestimating the Jews even as their military commander had raised the red flag, warning them how dangerous that was.
This report was dated March 23, 1948. Israel wouldn’t exist for another seven weeks.
THE TWO SIDES HAD SPENT THE MANDATE VERY DIFFERENTLY
Safwat’s description makes a lot more sense when looking at what had been happening the decades before he wrote it.
The Yishuv had built the Jewish Agency, Va’ad Leumi, Histadrut, Haganah, schools, hospitals, universities, banks, agricultural organizations and municipal institutions. Thousands of Paleostinian Jews served with Allied forces during World War II
...my father was one of them, though he was the first wave that was taken on as civilians and not permitted weapons training or to fight, though they wanted to. The second wave fought, but only a small number of those who volunteered were accepted, to limit the number with war training afterward. The colonial masters did not account for the number of Jews who had volunteered for the UK, Canadian, Australian, and American armies — not to mention the various underground and Partisan units behind Nazi lines — then chose to make aliyah to Israel to fight as soon as that became an option in 1948…
and came home with stronger military training and experience.
None of this was top secret information. In 1946, the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry looked at the Jewish community in Paleostine and called it a "virtual Jewish nonterritorial State".
