The Boeing 737 had been cruising between Kunming and Guangzhou when both engines were manually shut down, the autopilot was disengaged, and the aircraft was forced into a steep nosedive, according to the US findings.

I think they'd be better off without a generous socialist system and they'd be better off without an overwhelming military. I mean, socialism sucks, especially when most of the benefits are going to ungrateful immigrants from the Middle East and Africa. And the military is unnecessary because, let's face it, the Russians are NOT coming.
My biggest concern is that, without the US Army sitting on them, Germans would be tempted to revert to their old militaristic ways and that might be bad for their neighbors.

Doesn't seem to be WoT though. Just one day before the rampage, he was still being held in a psychiatric ward. He is said to have admitted himself. However, his discharge on Sunday was apparently not voluntary. He was reportedly expelled from the psychiatric ward due to aggressive behavior toward other patients. Discharge is only possible, however, if there is no acute danger. Otherwise, the police must be called. It is not known whether the hospital notified the police upon his discharge.
