I’m sure this was not his first offense. Previously, any progressive judge could have saved his life by sentencing to an OSHA 100 hour certification. I blame the system.

They are likely to sue their own lawyer even if the case a contingency because they are crazy. His insurance will go up and he will either have to stop taking these cases or pay a high premium. Only Trump lawyers get debarred.

[FoxNews] Male suspect shot by police at St. Louis airport after investigators say he 'refused to drop the weapon'
A knife-wielding suspect was shot and killed Friday morning at St. Louis Lambert International Airport after refusing orders to drop his weapon, police said.
The officer-involved shooting happened around 1:05 a.m. local time as "STL Airport Police officers were conducting routine security checks in Terminal 1" and "encountered an adult male with a knife," according to St. Louis County Police.
"The suspect refused to drop the weapon and was tased by one police officer. The suspect continued to advance towards officers, and a second police officer fired his service weapon, striking the male suspect," police added. "He was pronounced deceased on scene."
Investigators said both officers involved in the incident have been with STL Airport Police for six months and one year, respectively, and each have prior law enforcement experience.
The shooting comes as one of the busiest travel weeks of the year kicks off across the country, as people begin to make their way to Thanksgiving destinations.
Officers did not believe the man was “using the airport as travel,” according to Clay.
[FoxNews] A cargo ship caught fire at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro on Friday, forcing the crew to evacuate the ship, according to officials, who described the incident as a major emergency.
All 23 crew members were safely evacuated from the ship, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. No injuries were reported.
The fire was observed on several levels of the ship. Hazardous materials were identified in the involved bays, and hazmat crews are monitoring air quality, the department said.
An explosion was reported mid-deck at around 8 p.m. that affected power, including lights and crane operations on the ship.
More than 100 firefighters responded to the scene, according to officials.
"First responders are actively responding to a fire on a container ship at the Port of Los Angeles," Mayor Karen Bass wrote on X. "LAFD continues fire-suppression efforts and is monitoring air quality. "

If this is anything like the Bonhomme Richard fire in San Diego, it will go on for days or even weeks with horrific air pollution. I could smell the Bonhomme Richard fire 30 miles away. And if it really is lithium ion batteries, who knows what the health implications of that air pollution will be.

We have a few Harveys stores in the MID EAST Ga area.
They tend to be in less desireable or old shopping strip locations. The type that it is wise to avoid as it gets dark.

The committee sent a letter to CTU President Stacy Davis Gates stating that evidence suggests the union failed to provide members with complete financial audits since 2020.
