Every single time the Republicans have tried to, in some way get rid of the Affordable Care Act or Obamacare or the marketplace, it is really backfired in the most bipartisan way. And so now that the American people are paying attention and they understand why this standoff is taking place, I'm pretty confident that the American people are standing with the Democrats as it relates to what it is that we're fighting for in this moment.''

Sergio Gor — who Trump nominated to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to India and Special Envoy for South and Central Asian Affairs — and former Georgia U.S. Senate candidate Herschel Walker — who Trump nominated to serve as U.S. Ambassador to the Bahamas — were among the nominees confirmed.
The confirmation of hundreds of the president’s nominees comes after the U.S. Senate, in September, confirmed 48 of Trump’s nominees.

The Dems will focus their obstruction against judge, attorneys and appointments to what they consider to be their departments for obstruction. The RINOs will assist them in the obstruction. These appointments are just cannon fodder for Thune. The way that I would deal with this is to have JD Vance run for the Ohio Senate seat. He could take out Thune.
