The claim that "physical activity" is an "underlying medical condition" that increases a person's risk of "severe COVID" showed up in the New York State Department of Health's guidance to pharmacists and physicians on how to circumvent Trump administration policies so that all New Yorkers ages 3 and up, regardless of health, can get COVID vaccines.
A physician who works in New York and New Jersey sent the Sept. 5 guidance to former Senate pharma corruption investigator Paul Thacker, he said in his newsletter Sunday.
In six steps, the guidance explains how to prescribe "patient-specific orders" for COVID vaccines "off-label," meaning for purposes the Food and Drug Administration hasn't expressly authorized and lists the conditions that trigger the state's strongest recommendation that a given group "should" be vaccinated, one of which is "physical activity."
Vaccine boosters were less friendly to off-label uses during the Biden administration, with his FDA allegedly interfering with doctors' attempts to prescribe ivermectin as a COVID treatment and securing legislative authority to ban off-label uses at will.
"I have never seen any Dept of Health encourage off label prescriptions ever," the physician identified as "Michelle" told Thacker. She's baffled by the physical activity warning: "Your moderate activity that keeps you healthy, keeps your cholesterol down, your blood pressure down, is what they actually say is putting you at risk for severe COVID."

They should release a study that backs this up. Myocarditis is an increased risk if you get the vaccine at a young age. It is not a risk for Covid itself.

[FoxNews] Pro-police group claims Wren Collective has influenced policies and messaging across the country
A little-known consulting firm is quietly steering the policies and messaging of dozens of progressive prosecutors nationwide, according to a searing report exclusively obtained and reviewed by Fox News Digital.
The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF), a pro-police nonprofit based out of Virginia, is publishing a report Tuesday alleging that a liberal group focused on criminal justice reform called the Wren Collective

has helped guide and shape the offices of at least 40 progressive prosecutors across 22 states on their "policies, public communications, and legal decisions," according to the report exclusively obtained by Fox Digital titled, "Outsourcing Justice."
The report outlines the influence — both direct and indirect — that the Wren Collective has allegedly had in both the campaigns and subsequent policy priorities for certain district attorneys, including at least 40, whom the report alleges held cozy relationships with the group, such as joining weekly meetings to talk communication strategy, heeding advice on specific policy issues or even signing a non-disclosure agreement over a DA’s professional relationship with the group.
The Wren Collective is a for-profit organization founded in 2020 by Jessica Brand, a Texas-based attorney who serves as the group’s executive director. Its aim is to "replace ineffective and often disingenuous solutions to crime and safety with solutions that support victims," according to the website, and is bolstered by a team of policy and legal experts who "design, promote, and defend policies and practices grounded in evidence and compassion."
But the report in question alleges a certain level of influence exerted by the group that goes beyond its stated priorities.
Among other things, the report accuses the group of engaging in an "influence-peddling operation," in part by increasing the access and engagement that certain donors or "well-connected" activists had with the district attorneys’ offices in question, arguing that it "demonstrates that these elected prosecutors’ actions are shaped not by their own ideas or by those of voters and local stakeholders," but are instead pursued "at the behest" of a certain few.
The LELDF report found that since 2015, there have been roughly 100 progressive district attorneys elected to office across the country, with Wren Collective staffers allegedly "embedded" in at least 40 of the offices, based on documents researchers compiled via Freedom of Information Act requests and other public documents showing a cozy relationship between the group and liberal prosecutors.
The report identified "hatchlings" of the Wren Collective – which LELDF defined as left-wing DAs tied to the consultancy group – such as former San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin, former Los Angeles DA George Gascon, and Travis County, Texas, DA Jose Garza.

The report pointed to one email exchange in particular that "explains it all," and shows the alleged cozy ties between the group and the services it can provide to prosecutors.
An email sent in June 2020 by a Wren Collective attorney to Multnomah County (Portland) DA-elect Mike Schmidt and his policy advisor included two justice-related model policies on how to abolish bail and reduce jail populations that the group "wrote for Virginia commonwealth attorneys," as well as a lengthy list of examples of how the group could help the incoming DA.
The email continued, according to the report, highlighting that the Wren Collective assists DAs in such matters "without any billing or publicity" while adding "these policies will be yours, not ours."
All in, the report includes documents from 23 open records requests, out of a total of 65 requests made, alongside publicly available documents and previous FOIA documents to "cross-reference names and communications to build out a list of 40 progressive prosecutors who themselves or their staff communicated regularly, and substantively directly with The Wren Collective or Jessica Brand on policy, communications, and legal strategy."
Another name mentioned: former Loudon County, Virginia, Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj.

Tania Fernandes Anderson, who served as Vice Chair of the Post Audit Committee, which oversees government accountability, was arrested on six felony charges (five counts of wire fraud and one count of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds) stemming from a kickback scheme.
''The charges stem from an alleged kickback scheme she orchestrated to obtain several thousand dollars in taxpayer money in exchange for bribes paid,'' U.S. Attorney Joshua Levy said at Friday's presser, according to NBC Boston.
According to the indictment, Fernandes Anderson allegedly awarded a $13,000 bonus to a staffer, identified as ''Staff Member A,'' who is also a relative, on the condition that the staffer return a significant portion of the bonus—approximately $7,000—directly to her.
Anderson allegedly finalized the cash transaction in a bathroom at City Hall, receiving $7,000 in kickbacks from Staff Member A, as detailed by text message evidence included in the indictment.
After pleading guilty to the charges in May, Tania Fernandes Anderson was sentenced to one month in prison.

Former Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson was sentenced to one month in prison on Friday after she pleaded guilty to public corruption charges.
Fernandes Anderson 's one-month sentence will be followed by three years of supervised release and she was also ordered to pay back $13,000 in restitution. The prosecution had recommended one year and one day in prison.
''I actually don't like being in the media,'' said Fernandes Anderson, who spoke outside court following her sentencing. ''It's just too much and so can you please, I'm asking you for the love of god, stop talking about me? Just let the story go. It happened, I took responsibility.''
[Washington Examiner] William Burns, the previous Central Intelligence Agency director, accused the Trump administration of enacting "a campaign of retribution" under "the guise of a reform process" on Tuesday.
He does pontificate an awful lot.
The Biden administration's CIA chief gave his scathing rebuke of the current administration's transformation of the intelligence community during an event with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
"I worry deeply about what's happening to honorable, career public servants who are apolitical. And you know, the way in which, under the guise of a reform process, it really has turned into more of a campaign of retribution and creating fear," said Burns, who spent decades as a diplomat before becoming a spy. "Fear in the sense of creating a culture that’s about looking over your shoulder and, you know, ’Should I speak truth to power? Should I convey information very directly that might be contrary to what the policymakers want to hear?'"
Burns warned of a "chilling effect" on CIA employees.
"I have great faith in the integrity of officers who are still serving their analysts and operations officers, and their determination to continue to do that," Burns added. "But if you continue to take some of the steps which really are about retribution and sowing fear, you can have a very chilling effect on people over time, and that's something that I think, you know, we have to be really careful about."
No 'former' Director Burns, it's simply a major course correction. How about getting 'on board' and supporing the current Director and the President of the United States.

ICE agents arrested 57 illegal immigrants at a New York candy factory — including some accused of child endangerment, DUI and repeated illegal re-entries — in a raid that New York Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul blasted as "cruel."
A Homeland Security spokesperson told Fox News Digital that an ICE workplace enforcement operation at Nutrition Bar Confectioners in Cato, New York, resulted in the arrests of 57 illegal aliens, including some with prior criminal convictions or pending charges, including child endangerment, DUI and multiple illegal re-entries.
The spokesperson said, "These operations target illegal employment networks that undermine American workers, destabilize labor markets, and threaten American communities."
Hochul, however, has said she is "outraged" by the workplace operations, which she said "fly in the face of New York’s values."
Hochul criticized the operation, saying that "parents of at least a dozen children are at risk of returning from school to an empty house."
"I’ve made it clear: New York will work with the federal government to secure our borders and deport violent criminals, but we will never stand for masked ICE agents separating families and abandoning children," Hochul said in a statement.
"Today’s raids will not make New York safer. What they did was shatter hard-working families who are simply trying to build a life here, just like millions of immigrants before them," she said. "These actions fly in the face of New York’s values. As governor, I will always stand against this cruelty."
Despite the criticism from Hochul and other Democrats, the DHS spokesperson called worksite enforcement "a cornerstone of our efforts to protect public safety, national security, and economic stability while rescuing individuals who may be victims of labor trafficking or exploitation."
"The employment of illegal aliens also incentivizes dangerous and illegal practices, including social security fraud," the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson pointed to a recent worksite operation at a meatpacking plant in Omaha, Nebraska, which they said is evidence that "many illegal aliens use stolen social security numbers and identities to unlawfully obtain wages, health benefits and employment authorization."
Fox News Digital previously covered the Omaha operation, which resulted in the arrest of 70 illegal aliens who were working at the plant using stolen Social Security numbers and identities to unlawfully obtain employment authorization, wages and benefits at the expense of over 100 American victims.
ICE officials told Fox News Digital that among those victimized by the mass identity theft scheme was a full-time nursing student who lost their college tuition assistance because it was fraudulently reported that they earned too much money due to an illegal alien using their Social Security number.
While the arrests sparked protests from some in both the local community and nationally, ICE said the illegal aliens’ identity theft proves they were not innocent, hardworking members of society, as some have suggested.
"Behind every stolen Social Security number uncovered these operations is a real American — mothers, fathers, students, and disabled workers — now facing devastating financial, emotional, and legal fallout," said the DHS spokesperson.
The spokesperson pointed to another recent worksite operation at a marijuana facility in Ventura County, California, in which over 300 illegal aliens were arrested and 14 children were rescued from "potential forced labor, exploitation, and trafficking."
The children rescued at the farm were from Mexico and Honduras.
[Breitbart] North Carolina Gov. Josh Stein (D) was criticized for calling for “more cops” in response to a stabbing on a train in Charlotte, North Carolina, that left a Ukrainian refugee dead.
In a post on X, Stein expressed that he is “heartbroken” for 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska’s family, after recently released video footage allegedly showed the suspect, Decarlos Brown Jr., stabbing her near the throat on August 22, 2025.
“I am heartbroken for the family of Iryna Zarutska, who lost their loved one to this senseless act of violence, and I am appalled by the footage of her murder,” Stein said. “We need more cops on the beat to keep people safe. That’s why my budget calls for more funding to hire more well-trained police officers.”
In response to Stein’s post, Rep. Tim Moore (R-NC) and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) were among the many people who pointed out that Brown had been arrested and released roughly 14 times, adding that the “problem isn’t the number of police,” but rather the “soft-on-crime” judges who keep releasing career criminals.
“Are you serious? Our law enforcement officers arrested this guy over and over again,” Moore wrote in a post. “This is a matter of having soft-on-crime, leftist judges and magistrates turning these career criminals loose.”
“If Governor Stein really cared, he would call to revoke Roy Cooper’s ‘Task Force for Racial Equity’ that kept Zarutska’s killer on the streets,” Cotton wrote in a post. “Even after 14 arrests. The problem isn’t the number of police. It’s Roy Cooper’s pro-criminal policies.”
“What’s more police officers going to do when your legal system caught and released the man 14x?” one person wrote.
“When he was Attorney General, Governor Stein advocated for soft-on-crime policies under the guise of ‘racial equity,'” Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier (R) wrote in a post. “But the justice system must be blind to race, and prosecutors must hold criminals accountable.”
“Wrong,” North Carolina state Rep. John Bell (R) wrote. “He was arrested 14 times. Don’t blame this on Police. They did their job, but Democrat soft-on-crime policies allowed him to walk free and murder Iryna Zarutska. A shameful and preventable tragedy!”
Breitbart News reported that Brown was arrested and charged with first-degree murder after Zarutska was stabbed in the throat several times while riding the Charlotte light rail in August.
Video footage of the incident, which WBTV News obtained, showed Zarutska boarding the train car and sitting down in front of Brown. Brown appears to take out a pocket knife and stab “Zarutska three times in the throat area.”
Brown is then seen walking through the train car, and passengers can be seen starting “to notice” that blood is dripping from Brown

It is not incorrect to say that more police are needed in Charlotte and other soft on crime municipalities. Staffing is the root cause, though. None of the places with bad DAs and judges are able to increase police force levels to reach their target. Potential law enforcement officers have a variety of choices for workplaces. Not enough good new ones will choose cities that don’t support cops to replace attrition. Places like Charlotte are left understaffed and often have to hire and retain folks that good places would never consider.
