Former Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards Has Died
[DW] Cecile Richards, the former president of abortion giant Planned Parenthood, has died at age 67.

Richards announced in 2024 that she was battling glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.

"This morning our beloved Cecile passed away at home, surrounded by her family and her ever-loyal dog, Ollie," Richards’ family said in a statement released on Monday, according to NBC News. "Our hearts are broken today but no words can do justice to the joy she brought to our lives."

"We are grateful to the doctors and health care workers who provided her excellent care and the friends, family, and well-wishers who have been by her side during this challenging time," the family added.

Richards, who led Planned Parenthood from 2006 to 2018, oversaw the killing of nearly four million unborn babies, according to the non-profit Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America.

In November, pro-life leader Lila Rose said she was praying for Richards’ conversion.
Pray for her soul. She needs it.

Coast Guard Commandant terminated over border lapses, recruitment, DEI focus: official
[FoxNews] Shot across the DEI bow
Senior DHS official confirms to Fox News Digital Coast Guard Adm. Linda Fagan has been relieved of her post

The Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard has been terminated over concerns about the border, recruitment and an "erosion of trust," a senior DHS official confirmed to Fox News.

Adm. Linda Lee Fagan, 61, has been terminated by the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Benjamine Huffman, the official said.

Fagan has demonstrated leadership deficiencies, operational failures and an inability to advance the strategic objectives of the Coast Guard.
Ouch. That’s the complete list, except for being caught with a live girl or a dead boy.
These include the failure to address border security threats, insufficient leadership in recruitment and retention, mismanagement in acquiring key acquisitions such as icebreakers and helicopters, excessive focus on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and an "erosion of trust" over the mishandling and cover-up of Operation Fouled Anchor, which was the Coast Guard's internal investigation into sexual assault cases at the Coast Guard Academy.

Fagan is accused of ineffective deployment of Coast Guard assets to support national border security, including in intercepting fentanyl and other illicit substances. She also had insufficient coordination with DHS to prioritize operations along maritime borders.

The DHS official said Fagan had significant failures in recruiting personnel, which worsened issues related to operational readiness. The official added that the lack of innovative strategies to address retention struggles in critical specialties weakened workforce sustainability.

Under her leadership, there were also persistent delays and cost overruns in acquiring essential platforms, including icebreakers and helicopters, that the official said undermined Coast Guard capabilities in the Arctic and other strategic regions. The official further cited inadequate accountability for acquisition failures that were highlighted during President Trump's first administration.

Fagan also made DEI policies a priority, including at the Coast Guard Academy, which diverted resources and focus from operational essentials.

In Operation Fouled Anchor, the cover-up of sexual assaults at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy "deeply eroded trust" in the Coast Guard among the American public, the U.S. Congress and the military. The Coast Guard did not disclose the existence of Operation Fouled Anchor until 2023, despite its existence from 2014 to 2019.

Fagan was grilled by senators over the summer when she testified at a hearing on Capitol Hill, where she was questioned for not holding anyone accountable for the cover-up and withholding additional documents congressional lawmakers requested about the mishandling of the problem at the service’s academy.

The official said the failure to sufficiently address the systemic issues revealed by the investigation has highlighted a "leadership culture" unwilling to ensure accountability and transparency in protecting service members.

Government Corruption
Despite Biden Pardon, Fauci Still Faces Legal Perils. Here They Are...
[ZeroHedge] President Biden’s pardon of Dr. Anthony Fauci may protect the former National Institutes of Health official from immediate criminal prosecution, but some critics say he is not completely out of legal jeopardy and that public sentiment might still condemn the man who became known during the COVID-19 pandemic as “Mr. Science.”

In the days before Biden offered the pardon to Fauci, along with other critics of Donald Trump, some experts who have followed Fauci’s career and handling of the pandemic, as well as members of the Trump transition team, reiterated their assertion that Fauci perjured himself on several occasions during the pandemic – especially regarding his agency’s links to the lab in Wuhan, China, that might have created the virus that causes COVID-19.

The pardon addresses any COVID-related offenses, and is backdated to 2014—the year a U.S. ban on so-called "gain of function" virus research took effect -- research Fauci is accused of outsourcing to China.

Despite reporting that Trump is bent on revenge, the appetite among MAGA appointees for holding Fauci accountable hasn’t been particularly vocal. But former Senate investigator Jason Foster, who now runs the whistleblower nonprofit Empower Oversight, says that Biden’s pardon creates new legal jeopardy for Fauci. Sen. Rand Paul has vowed to continue investigating the COVID origins question, and sources tell RealClearInvestigations that Sen. Ron Johnson and House Republican investigators plan to do so as well. When testifying in those inquiries or answering written depositions, Fauci will be unable to dodge questions by invoking his Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination. “They can ask him if he lied before, replough old ground,” Foster said. “And if he lies about any prior lie, he can be prosecuted for that or held in contempt.”

Andrew Noymer, associate professor of population health and disease prevention at the University of California, Irvine, said such hearings are necessary for scientific and historical reasons. “I’m hopeful that he will now come clean about everything he knows about the origins of the virus,” Noymer said. “For the sake of public trust in science – explaining what killed 20 million people – that a complete account is much more important than speculation about what criminal penalties he may have avoided.”

“These pardons will not stop Department of Justice investigations,” said one adviser to the Trump transition team, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “We expected this and look at it as a predicate to get truth from people who can no longer use the Fifth Amendment. Now we can bring every one of them in front of a grand jury.”

Trump DHS dissolves advisory boards after Biden ‘disinformation’ fiasco
[NYPOST] Donald Trump's acting Homeland Security chief has ordered the dismantling of all the department's advisory boards to guard against ''misuse of resources'' after the Biden administration's disastrous attempt to create a Big Brother-style ''Disinformation Governance Board,'' The Post has learned.

In a memo dispatched Monday evening, Benjamine Huffman mandated the ''termination of all current memberships on advisory committees with DHS, effective immediately.''

''Future committee activities will be focused solely on advancing our critical mission to protect the homeland and support DHS's strategic priorities,'' the memo went on.

The Six Key People Who Covered Up Biden's Senility Have Been Unmasked
[PJMedia] For years, conservatives were calling out blatant issues with Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. You're a lyin' dog-faced pony soldier...
's cognitive health and physical frailty. On Monday, our long national nightmare will end, and we will once again have someone physically and cognitively capable of running the country back in the White House. But that doesn’t mean we should forget the scandalous efforts by those around Biden to cover up his decline.

A new report from the New York Times

...which still proudly claims Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

not only goes into detail about how aides adjusted his schedule to ensure he was in good spirits, limited his exposure to negative news, and shielded him from public scrutiny, surrounding him to shield him from view, even modifying his use of Air Force One’s steps to avoid highlighting his physical challenges, but tells us who in the inner circle criminal masterminded the efforts to curate his public appearances, provide pre-scripted teleprompter responses for private events, and, of course, coordinate responses to negative media coverage.

The story highlighted Biden’s family’s and inner circle’s efforts to manage growing concerns about his age and health, even as they publicly downplayed them. According to interviews with over two dozen aides, allies, politicians, and donors, privately, his inner circle recognized his physical decline more than they admitted.

"Six key people protected the president," the New York Times revealed. "Jill Biden, the first lady, and Hunter Biden, his surviving son, fervently believed in his ability to win. Mr. Donilon and Steve Ricchetti, the counselor to Mr. Biden, knew when and how to deliver information, along with Annie Tomasini, the deputy chief of staff. She and Anthony Bernal, the first lady’s most senior aide, took tight control over the president’s public schedule."
Acts of omission and commission which are tantamount to treason. Some measure of accountability and cost should be levied against these SOB's.
It has long been obvious that Jill Biden was a key player in the unsuccessful cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline, but now we have the names of those who clearly knew firsthand all was not well with Joe Biden. But let’s not pretend they are the only ones who are culpable in this scandal. The mainstream media could clearly see that Biden was not well and generally dismissed questions about his mental acuity as rightwing conspiracy theories or attributed his mental lapses to a stutter. Then there are the Democrat leaders who worked closely with him who no doubt saw the same problems these Sinister Six did as well and did nothing about it.
More importantly, it seems to me, is who gave the orders that went out over the president’s name? Because they knew exactly what they were doing, and knew he did not.

#3  I didn't see Jill's name among those pardoned yesterday. If she was not pardoned, she should be investigated for elder abuse. For their own nefarious purposes, these people cynically used and abused an elderly man whose failing health and mental capacity made him vulnerable and susceptible to their lies. Surely that's a crime. It doesn't matter if he used to be as crooked as they are. Now he's a victim and they should be prosecuted for it.

#4  The idea that 6 people pulled this off is laughable. Everyone is DC and the media cooperated. Those 6 were ministerial at best and diaper change facilities on the bad days. I don’t buy it.

#5  ^ Some call it a cabal. I call it a politburo. Maybe you could call it a committee made up of select globalist billionaires, politicians and generals calling the shots. Obama might be a member of this committee but I doubt if he is the chairman. More likely he's the front man, spokes hole or PR guy. The apparatchiks doing the day to day grunt work in the White House were no doubt aware of the politburo's existence but kept strictly away from it, except when Obama would relay orders to them. Jill certainly knew. She should go to jail.

Vindman Anger At Biden Betrayal-Just Too Funny For Words
[RedState] As RedState reported, Joe Biden ended his historically awful presidency by granting the most corrupt pardons in American history. After giving his son one covering any crimes spanning back to 2014, the now-former president upped the ante on his way out the door.

In a shocking move, he granted pardons to Anthony Fauci, Mark Milley, and all the members of the controversial January 6th committee. That wasn't the end of it, though. Just moments before Donald Trump took the oath of office, Biden's handlers filed pardons for five of his family members, including his brothers, both of which have been credibly accused of crimes.

Some Biden allies didn't get pardons, though, and they aren't too happy about it.

You may remember Alexander Vindman as the pudgy member of the first Trump administration's national security council who allegedly leaked classified information to a "whistle-blower." Those allegations eventually led to Trump's first impeachment. Well, his wife, Rachel Vindman, took to social media after Biden's pardons to provide all of us with a healthy dose of schadenfreude.

Decrying it as a "betrayal," she slammed the former president for not offering her and her family pardons.

On an Inauguration Day full of huge wins for the right, this one is pure entertainment both because it's hilarious to watch the Vindmans squirm and also because of what it symbolizes.

First are foremost, it should be asked why Rachel Vindman believes she and her family need pardons. Did they break the law? Because if they didn't, then what are they worried about? Of course, Alexander Vindmand likely did break the law and should be worried. Due to the last four years of partisan protection from the Biden administration, he has never faced an investigation into what information he gave the whistle-blower. That could happen now under Trump's DOJ, and it seems as if his wife isn't very excited about the prospect.

Beyond that, though, the Vindmans not receiving pardons exposes the reality of who Biden is. In the end, only the privileged win while useful idiots like the Vindmans get left out in the cold. The former president's family got fabulously rich off their corruption while getting legal protections for all their transgressions. Meanwhile, their pawns are being cast aside the moment they are no longer useful. There's something very poetic about that.

In the end, I doubt Trump wastes any time going after anyone beyond Alexander Vindman, who legitimately may have broken the law. Still, it's extremely satisfying to see someone as awful as Rachel Vindmand (if you need a refresher, click here) feel the heat. The free ride is over, and these people should be made to sweat a little.

The last act of corruption by Biden out the door is hidden in the phrase "staff"
[CTH] This is so far beyond corrupt, the light from where corruption emanates could not catch this level of corruption for a year.

Let us be clear. Joe Biden didn’t actually pardon anyone. Biden wouldn’t know who, how, or what a preemptive pardon actually is.

Nope, the non-pretending version of what just happened is: the people who control Joe Biden, just used the tool he represents to pardon themselves.

No one has picked up on this yet, but the people in control of the pardoning process Joe Biden represents, just pardoned themselves; including Mary McCord. Notice the wording (emphasis mine):

WHITE HOUSE – […] “some have even been threatened with criminal prosecutions, including General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, and the members and staff of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.”

[…] That is why I am exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee. {SOURCE}

Mary McCord was a lead staffer on the J6 Committee. REMINDER: November 3, 2021 – In Washington DC – “Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) and the House Jan. 6 Select Committee has tapped Mary McCord, who once ran the Justice Department’s National Security Division, for representation in its fight to obtain former President Donald Trump’s White House records. (source)

General Mark Milley, Liz Cheney and Anthony Fauci are the shiny ‘look over there’ thing. Yes, Milley broke the chain of command and is guilty of usurpation of government. Yes, Liz Cheney conducted an unlawful and manipulative operation using the J6 committee as a vehicle against Donald Trump. Yes, Anthony Fauci lied to congress about his involvement in the creation of the SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon program. Yes to all of it…. But it’s the Lawfare operatives inside the machinery that are being overlooked in this “and staff” preemptive pardon.

To give you an idea of the scope of influence of Mary McCord as a key functionary, consider what we can document.

♦ McCord submitted the fraudulent FISA application to spy on Trump campaign.

♦ McCord created the “Logan Act” claim used against Michael Flynn and then went with Sally Yates to confront the White House.

♦ McCord then left the DOJ and went to work for Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler on Impeachment Committee.

♦ McCord organized the CIA rule changes with Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson.

♦ McCord led and organized the impeachment effort, in the background, using the evidence she helped create.

♦ McCord joined the FISA Court to protect against DOJ IG Michael Horowitz newly gained NSD oversight and FISA review.

♦ McCord joined the J6 Committee helping to create all the lawfare angles they deployed.

♦ McCord then coordinated with DA Fani Willis in Georgia.

♦ McCord was working with Special Counsel Jack Smith to prosecute Trump.

♦ McCord is now coordinating a Lawfare attack process against Donald Trump in term #2

♦ McCord just testified that AG Pam Bondi must recuse herself from investigating McCord.

♦ Joe Biden just pardoned Mary McCord.

All of this is on the hands of BOTH political parties, for failing to invoke the 25th Amendment. Hell's bells, even the DOJ said so, when Biden was found to have TS classified docs left in a family house, Hunter rented to CCP members.

Besides, Pardons should be limited to persons convicted of a crime. NOT a blanket immunity of escape for those that knowingly abused their political or family positions to violate the law and civil rights of people.

Changing this "escape" mechanism should be on someone's bucket list.

#5  How about a simple Amendment limiting such pardons to only convicted persons, and no pardons may be granted by an election defeated president, once the election has been certified.

Plus, states shall have 10 days to certify their election results.
Congress shall have until the 1st Thursday in Dec. to certify the national election results.

#7  Biden has broad powers to pardon folks. I don’t think he has the power to make a vague proclamation and then leave the details and paperwork to the next administration. The Biden Administration is no more. They should have done their own paperwork. They don’t get to leave homework.

Portrait of Gen. Mark Milley taken down from Pentagon wall hours after Trump inauguration
[USA Today] A portrait of Mark Milley, the retired general and former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman who former President Biden preemptively pardoned on Monday morning, was taken off the wall of the Pentagon hours after President Donald Trump was inaugurated.

The portrait had disappeared from the hallway's wall less than two hours after Trump was sworn in at noon, according to multiple reports. A Defense Department official declined comment to USA TODAY.

Milley, a four-star general with a more-than-four-decade military career, was appointed chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the nation's highest ranking military officer, by Trump in 2018. But he earned Trump’s wrath by criticizing Trump for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and calling China to reassure the country that Trump would not attack it.

GOP Demands Investigation into Biden's CDC over Taxpayer Funding of 21 Abortions Overseas
[Breitbart] Republican lawmakers are demanding an investigation into Biden’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for allegedly illegally using U.S. taxpayer dollars to pay for at least 21 abortions in Mozambique through PEPFAR (the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief).
AIDS moved from emergency to chronic problem decades ago.
“Frankly, it’s not a surprise to find that they are performing abortion with U.S. taxpayer dollars,” said Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ), who is chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa and Global Health Security and Diplomacy Bureau. “Their denials over the years have rung hollow in the face of their aggressive promotion of abortion and collaboration with some of the largest international abortion providers.”

“The CDC’s actions are a direct violation of both the letter and spirit of the law. It is unacceptable for our government to use PEPFAR’s taxpayer dollars to promote or provide abortion, especially in a program meant to save lives from HIV/AIDS,” Smith added.

Sen. Jim Risch (R-ID), chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, confirmed on Thursday that the CDC recently disclosed that PEPFAR funds were used to pay health workers who performed at least 21 abortions and accused the CDC of violating the Helms Amendment, a policy which prohibits the use of U.S. foreign aid to pay for abortions abroad.

“It is disgusting that the Biden Administration has allowed U.S. taxpayer dollars to be used to perform abortions overseas. This is not only illegal – it cuts against deeply held American values,” Risch said in a statement. “The CDC must be investigated for its misuse of PEPFAR funds, and those who have violated long-standing U.S. laws that protect life must be held accountable. This violation means that the future of the PEPFAR program is certainly in jeopardy. I will not support one dollar of American money going towards abortion anywhere in the world, and I will do all I can to ensure this never happens again.”

“For 20 years, PEPFAR has been a global health issue with deep bipartisan agreement and respect for life, but the actions of the CDC have polarized and destroyed this bipartisan foundation. Whether CDC staff were being overly zealous, stupid, evil, or inept, they have violated the law and done a disservice to the country and those suffering from AIDS worldwide,” he added.

PEPFAR was created in 2003 under President George W. Bush has “invested over $100 billion in the global HIV/AIDS response, saving 25 million lives, preventing millions of HIV infections, and supporting several countries to achieve HIV epidemic control…,” according to the State Department.

While abortion is legal in Mozambique, a review of service providers in the country who receive PEPFAR funding revealed that four nurses had performed at least 21 abortions since January 2021, Reuters reported, citing three U.S. officials who briefed members of Congress this week.

Officials alleged that this is the first time they have discovered PEPFAR-funded providers performing abortions in the program’s history.

“That’s why we wanted to notify Congress right away,” said one of the officials, who is involved in administering PEPFAR at the State Department. “It also is an important indication that the compliance measures we have in place have been effective, but could be further strengthened.”

A State Department official who was not authorized to speak publicly allegedly told Politico that the CDC worked with the Mozambique Ministry of Health to investigate the abortions and see if there had been a violation of the law.

The investigation revealed that four nurses operating in a small province of the country allegedly were unaware that they were not allowed to perform abortions while receiving PEPFAR funding, the official said.

A CDC spokesperson told the outlet the Mozambique government refunded the money, $4,100, with the spokesperson noting that the agency spends $189 million in PEPFAR funds in Mozambique.

“CDC identified the error, took immediate action, has a plan in place to prevent it from happening again and briefed relevant committees,” the CDC spokesperson said.

The State Department told the outlet that PEPFAR will begin requiring every service provider to state annually that they have received training and understand the rules around receiving PEPFAR funding.

#1  If it was illegal, let’s see prosecution and jail for the staffers and bureaucrats. If people praying can do jail time, so can the eugenicists.
