Offer 10 years in prison, with a Physical Castration, then deportation. All costs charged back, or deducted from, the US foreign assistance to his home country.

Just like the car-Jihadi thing in Germany change will only come when the public decides it has had enough and holds government officials accountable.

Actually, things won't change in any of these cases until we start hanging the guilty. In public. For a month. THEN we hang the lawmakers that complain about the action.
Things don't change until there are consequences for bad behavior. Too many criminals get away with their crimes. Deporting a criminal that would sell death (fentanyl) or rape small children only transfers the problem elsewhere, and allows it to happen again.

[IsraelTimes] Two friends of dead attacker sentenced to 16 years in prison for complicity in murder; father of schoolgirl whose lies sparked killing sentenced to 13 years
La Belle France’s anti-terrorism court on Friday convicted eight people of involvement in the beheading of teacher Samuel Paty outside his school near Gay Paree four years ago, a horrific death that shocked the country.
Paty, 47, was killed by an Islamic bully boy outside his school on Oct. 16, 2020, days after showing his class cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad during a debate on free expression. The assailant, an 18-year-old Russian of Chechen origin, was shot to death by police.
That would be Abdoullakh Anzorov, 26, the vicious petty criminal from Chechnya whose asylum request had just been renewed for another decade when he cut off the head of local teacher, just because he was asked. Among his many personal connections was known wolf Armand Rajabpour-Miyandoab, the Iranian-Frenchman who a year ago geared up with knife and hammer to attack tourists near the Eiffel Tower in a classic case of Sudden Jihad Syndrome. Both miscreants swore fealty to ISIS before heading out for their grisly work, though only Mr. Anzorov sent a video of the event to a dear friend in Idlib — Hayat Tahrir al Sham/al Nusra territory. The Moslem colonists who aided and abetted Mr. Anzorov’s project didn’t bother — just being Muslim was good enough for them…
Those who have been on trial on terrorism charges at a special court in Gay Paree since the end of November were accused, in some cases, of providing assistance to the perpetrator and, in others, of organizing a hate campaign online before the murder took place.
The 540-seat courtroom was packed for the verdict, which marked the final chapter of the Paty trial. Heavy surveillance was in place, with more than 50 coppers guarding the proceedings.
Seated in the front row was Paty’s 9-year-old son, accompanied by family members. As the lead judge, Franck Zientara, delivered sentences one after the other, emotions in the room ran high. Families of the accused reacted with gasps, cries, shouts, and ironic clapping, prompting the judge to pause multiple times and call for silence.
"They lied about my brother," shouted one relative. Another woman, sobbing, exclaimed, "They took my baby from me," before being escorted out by coppers.
The seven-judge panel met or went above most of the terms requested by prosecutors, citing "the exceptional gravity of the facts."
Naïm Boudaoud, 22,
…he spells his name in the French style, so is probably Moroccan or at least Francophone North African, too …
and Azim Epsirkhanov, 23,
… Chechnyan …
friends of the attacker, were convicted of complicity in murder and sentenced to 16 years in prison each. Neither can be paroled for two-thirds of their term, about 10 years. Boudaoud was accused of driving the attacker to the school, while Epsirkhanov helped him procure weapons.
Brahim Chnina, 52,
…Moroccan, may or may not have a half sister who emigrated to ISIS in Syria in 2014, but definitely has connected friends...
the Moslem father of the schoolgirl whose lies sparked the events leading to Paty’s death, was sentenced to 13 years for association with a terrorist enterprise. Prosecutors had sought 10 years for him.
Abdelhakim Sefrioui,
…65, Franco-Moroccan, founded the Cheikh Yassine Collective in 2004, which was dissolved a few days after Paty’s killing…
a Moslem preacher, was given 15 years for organizing a hate campaign online against Paty.
The shocking death of the 47-year-old teacher left an indelible mark on La Belle France, with several schools now named after him.
The trial had begun in late November. The defendants were accused of assisting a perpetrator or organizing a hate campaign online in the lead-up to the murder.
At the time of the attack, there were protests in many Moslem countries and calls online for violence targeting La Belle France and the satirical French newspaper Charlie Hebdo ...Pix/Hebdo2.pngA lefty French satirical magazine, home of what may well be the majority if the active testicles left in Europe... . The newspaper had republished its caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad a few weeks before Paty’s death to mark the opening of the trial over deadly 2015 attacks on its newsroom by Islamic bully boys.
The cartoon images deeply offended many Moslems, who saw them as sacrilegious. But the fallout from Paty’s killing reinforced the French state’s commitment to freedom of expression and its firm attachment to secularism in public life.
Chnina’s daughter, who was 13 at the time, claimed that she had been excluded from Paty’s class when he showed the caricatures on Oct. 5, 2020.
Chnina sent a series of messages to his contacts denouncing Paty, saying that "this sick man" needed to be fired, along with the address of the school in the Gay Paree suburb of Conflans Saint-Honorine. In reality, Chnina’s daughter had lied to him and had never attended the lesson in question.
Paty was teaching a class mandated by the National Education Ministry on freedom of expression. He discussed the caricatures in this context, saying students who did not wish to see them could temporarily leave the classroom.
An online campaign against Paty snowballed, and 11 days after the lesson, Anzorov attacked the teacher with a knife as he walked home, and displayed the teacher’s head in a post on social media. Police later fatally shot Anzorov as he advanced toward them, armed.
Chnina’s daughter was tried last year in a juvenile court and given an 18-month suspended sentence. Four other students at Paty’s school were found guilty of involvement and given suspended sentences; a fifth, who pointed out Paty to Anzorov in exchange for money, was given a 6-month term with an electronic bracelet.
Sefrioui, the preacher on trial, had presented himself as a spokesperson for Imams of La Belle France although he had been dismissed from that role. He had filmed a video in front of the school with the father of the student. He referred to the teacher as a "thug" multiple times and sought to pressure the school administration via social media.
Some of the defendants expressed regrets and claimed their innocence on the eve of the verdict. They did not convince Paty’s family.
"It’s something that really shocks the family," lawyer Virginie Le Roy said ahead of the verdicts. "You get the feeling that those in the box are absolutely unwilling to admit any responsibility whatsoever."
"Apologies are pointless, they won’t bring Samuel back, but explanations are precious to us," Le Roy said. "We haven’t had many explanations of the facts."
[Regnum] A car driving into a crowd of people at a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany, was caught on video. Local authorities called the incident a terrorist attack.
According to preliminary data, the car was driven by a native of Syria. This information is being verified.
According to eyewitnesses, the car was moving deliberately towards people.
As reported by the Regnum news agency, the incident occurred on the evening of December 20. According to the T-online portal, at least 11 people died at the scene, and about 60 were injured. Later, information appeared that two cars drove into the crowd. The drivers were quickly detained. The circumstances of the tragedy are being established. The authorities called the incident a terrorist attack.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] The perpetrator of the deadly Christmas market massacre that has left at least two dead and nearly 70 injured is an anti-Islam doctor who arrived in Germany in 2006 as a refugee from Saudi Arabia, MailOnline can reveal.
The attack, carried out by 50-year-old psychologist Taleb al-Abdulmohsen, saw him ram into a massive crowd at a Christmas market in Magdeburg on December 20 with a dark BMW.
Footage taken in the minutes after the crash, which happened at around 7pm, showed al-Abdulmohsen get arrested at gunpoint by German police.
MailOnline can reveal that al-Abdulmohsen, a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy from the Saudi Arabian city of Hofuf, moved to Germany in 2006 and lives in Bernburg. He has been recognised as a refugee since 2016.
Previous media reports suggest he had worked to help ex-Muslims, particularly women, to flee Saudi Arabia after turning their backs on the religion.
Analysis of his social media reveals tweets in support of Germany's anti-immigration party AfD, while he has also made comments supporting Elon Musk, far-right thug Tommy Robinson and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.
Ok. What does that have to do with him accelerating his car into the crowd at a Christmas market in a rented car?
No official motive for the attack has been identified by police.
Authorities in Magdeburg say two people are dead, including a toddler, while 68 people were injured in the rampage, 15 of them seriously.
In videos posted hours before the attack, he claimed that German authorities were opening his mail and stealing items including a USB stick.
'I consider the Germans, as citizens, responsible for the persecution I am facing' he said in one video.
'Currently in this country, the nation that is actively criminally chasing Islam critics is the German nation', he said in another.
A search of his name and details of his work revealed he was interviewed by the Frankfurter Rundschau, a regional newspaper, in 2019
'He came to Germany as a visiting doctor during his specialist training as a psychotherapist and later applied for asylum here because he had been threatened with death for turning away from Islam. The 44-year-old is recognized as a political refugee', the newspaper wrote of him five years ago.
In the Frankfurter Rundschau interview, he described his work with the wearesaudis.net website, a group dedicated to providing information on 'escape routes' for people living in Saudi Arabia, particularly women.
He said in the 2019 interview: 'Nine out of ten people from Saudi Arabia who ask me about the asylum system are women.
'Other asylum activists report similar figures. This may be because for Saudi Arabian women, asylum is the only path to justice. Even if a woman is not oppressed, her fate depends on her male guardian.
'There are women who say that they have good husbands who do not oppress them, but they wonder what will happen if the man dies.
'If the new man beats her, she will not get any help. A woman is only protected if she has powerful men in her family.'
Just five days before carrying out the attack, Al-Abdulmohsen gave an interview with the right-wing RAIR Foundation in which he said: 'If a Syrian citizen applies for asylum in Germany, the chance to be granted asylum is 99.8%… While if a Saudi citizen applies for asylum in Germany, that chance is only 70%, and I know personally that many of those rejected are ex-Muslims.
'Germany is welcoming Syrians—including many Islamists—while simultaneously rejecting Saudi apostates, people who are genuinely fleeing Sharia-based death sentences.'
Since news of the attack spread around the world, RAIR said in a statement: 'If these reports are accurate, it appears we and other media outlets were misled regarding his true intentions.
'We are actively seeking more information and will provide updates as they become available.'

The Saudis are reporting that they considered ole Taleb a fugitive, not a "refugee." The Saudis requested that he be extradited back to SA, but the German Govt refused stating that they were concerned for the future mass murderers safety... ALL of Taleb's witting accomplices in the German Government that resulted in this atrocity need to be charged as well.
The perpetrator of the deadly Christmas market massacre that has left at least five dead wrote that 'slaughtering German citizens indiscriminately' may be a 'path to justice' just months before the horrifying attack.
It has since emerged that just months before the horrific massacre, al-Abdulmohsen, a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy from the Saudi Arabian city of Hofuf, made a harrowing tweet about 'slaughtering German citizens indiscriminately'.
Al-Abdulmohsen described himself as a former Muslim and shared dozens of tweets and retweets daily focusing on anti-Islam themes, criticizing the religion and congratulating Muslims who left the faith.
He also accused German authorities of failing to do enough to combat what he said was the 'Islamism of Europe'.
The doctor also appeared in a 2019 interview with the BBC World Service, where he spoke about his work in helping asylum seekers to 'escape' from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
He wrote on August 21: 'Is there a path to justice in Germany without bombing a German embassy or slaughtering German citizens indiscriminately? I have been looking for this peaceful way since January 2019 and I have not found it. If anyone knows it, please guide me.'
His plight to help asylum seekers settle in Europe was also documented in a 2019 interview with the BBC World Service, in which it was revealed he was forced to leave his home country due to his atheism.
'If I have time, I spend, you know, totally helping Saudi asylum seekers between 10 to 16 hours a day, if I have time', he told the broadcaster at the time.
He also explained how most people who approached him for help through his website were Muslim women seeking to escape their strict families.
Just five days before carrying out the attack, Al-Abdulmohsen gave an interview with the right-wing RAIR Foundation in which he said: 'If a Syrian citizen applies for asylum in Germany, the chance to be granted asylum is 99.8%…
'While if a Saudi citizen applies for asylum in Germany, that chance is only 70%, and I know personally that many of those rejected are ex-Muslims.

Since news of the attack spread around the world, RAIR said in a statement: 'If these reports are accurate, it appears we and other media outlets were misled regarding his true intentions. We are actively seeking more information and will provide updates as they become available.'
In 2013 he was sentenced by a German court for 'disturbing the public peace by threatening to commit crimes', according to Der Spiegel.
Three years later, he applied for asylum in Germany and his application was approved within four months.
The motive for the attack remains unclear but the suspect's dissatisfaction with Germany's treatment of Saudi refugees may have played a role, the prosecutor in Magdeburg told a press conference today.
Elsewhere, it has also been reported that the Saudi suspect, who is considered to hold 'Islamophobic' views, may have taken drugs before the attack, having given a positive drug wipe following his arrest.
The 50-year-old also made a series of harrowing social media posts months before Friday's attack, including one where he vowed 'revenge will come soon, even if it costs me my life'.
The initial death toll from the horrific attack on Friday evening had stood at two, but this has since risen to five.
Bild, another local news site, reported that 41 others were gravely injured, 86 people are receiving hospital treatment for serious injuries, while another 78 sustained minor injuries.
Police were not immediately available to comment on casualties. Local officials had initially said at least two people were killed and had warned that the toll could rise.
Police were seen removing five large cardboard boxes containing evidence from the suspect's flat yesterday afternoon.
The alleged killer was said to have lived on the ground floor of a smart apartment building in Bernburg some 30miles away from the scene.
Several forensic officers were seen working inside the property for much of the day before removing the items in an unmarked police van.
Local residents said the police had arrived at the address at around 10pm on Friday night just hours after the deadly attack.
The suspect was believed to have lived in the apartment, where his name appears on the mailbox and doorbell, for several years.
Other neighbours said they had not known the suspect who was said to have kept himself to himself and his blinds drawn most of the time.
[IsraelTimes] A magistrate court judge in Virginia has ordered that Abdullah Ezzeldin Taha Mohamed Hassan, an 18-year-old Egyptian national suspected of trying to carry out a mass-casualty attack targeting the Israeli Consulate in New York, be remanded pending the trial against him.
Hassan is currently in deportation proceedings, authorities said at a recent detention hearing for the George Mason University student.
GMU announced Thursday that Hassan had been banned from campus.
At the recent hearing, an FBI agent testified that a bureau asset reached out to Hassan who urged the informant to carry out an attack targeting the Israeli consulate, Politico reports.
The pair “discussed online weapons, tactics, getaway and specifically targeting the [consulate’s] lobby, the FBI agent testified, according to Politico.
Hassan urged the informant to livestream the attack this past Tuesday. When the day arrived, Hassan logged onto the livestream feed and both he and the informant said, “See you in heaven in the afterlife,” according to the FBI agent’s testimony.
Moments later, FBI agents burst through Hassan’s door finding him with his computer open and the livestream still running.
Prosecutors also noted during the hearing that Hassan was interviewed by the FBI in 2022 over statements he made online supporting ISIS and Al Qaeda.
Hassan ran several social media accounts that supported ISIS, al-Qaeda and Hamas, and advocated for violence against Jews, the FBI said in the complaint filed in a federal court in Virginia.
[NYPOST] Federal agents nabbed a migrant Tren de Aragua gang crew holed up in a Bronx apartment — after tracking one of their ankle monitors to the hideout, sources told The Post.
The Dec. 5 raid at an apartment building on the edge of Crotona Park, conducted by a federal task force made up of Homeland Security Investigations and the NYPD, landed seven alleged gangbangers in handcuffs, including a troublesome 28-year-old Venezuela

A significant proportion of the populace refugeed to Colombia and points south... n national who was wearing a court-ordered monitoring device that led the feds to the crew.
"Better late than never," quipped a law enforcement source who wondered why Jarwin Valero-Calderon was free despite at least three busts, a Nassau County conviction and a federal deportation order.
"This is what actual supervised release looks like?" the source asked. "The thing about ankle monitors is you have to actually monitor them to be effective."
The raid was nonetheless a significant blow against TdA, the violent mostly peaceful gang that snuck into the US with a wave of migrants colonists seeking asylum since 2022 — and gained a foothold in New York.
Law enforcement officials said the gang has recruited inside tax-funded migrant shelters and runs violent mostly peaceful theft and robbery crews while peddling drugs, guns and women in the five boroughs.
"What we’re seeing is this evolution of Tren de Aragua, where they’ve gone into these sanctuary cities," said former Denver ICE chief John Fabbricatore. "They’ve started to solidify themselves and then they throw tentacles out to multiple other locations where they think that they can continue to make money.
"I think people are finally starting to realize how bad the situation has gotten."
According to law enforcement sources, most of the gang members busted inside the Bronx apartment were sought on multiple warrants after crossing the US border with Mexico — then disappearing.

[IsraelTimes] An indictment has been filed at the Jerusalem District Court against an Israeli resident of Jerusalem who was arrested last month for carrying out espionage missions on behalf of Iran, prosecutors say.
Erdler Israel Amoyal, 23, is charged with handing information to the enemy and having contact with a foreign agent. Prosecutors ask the court to order him arrested until the end of legal proceedings against him, and to confiscate the vehicle, phones and devices used to carry out the alleged offenses.
Amoyal’s arrest, the latest in a series of plots involving citizens allegedly recruited by Iran that security agencies say have been foiled in recent months, was revealed on Tuesday by the Shin Bet security agency and Israel Police.
He was allegedly in contact with an Iranian agent for several months and carried out various surveillance and vandalism tasks in exchange for payment in the form of cryptocurrency, worth some NIS 7,900 ($2,200). He is also accused of searching the internet for bomb-making instructions and proposing a terror attack targeting Jerusalem’s light rail system.
[IsraelTimes] Hebrew media reports that an East Jerusalem man has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing and seriously wounding a 74-year-old woman in her home, an incident police are said to be probing as a suspected terror attack.
The woman was found seriously injured, with bruises and stab wounds, in her apartment in central Jerusalem, according to an Israel Police statement yesterday. The Shin Bet security service is involved in the investigation, multiple reports have said.
The Ynet news site reports that the suspect likely broke into the apartment on Koresh Street. The victim’s condition has improved and she is now defined as moderately injured.

The missile launch caused sirens to sound throughout central Israel at 3:44 a.m., sending millions rushing to shelters from their beds.
It was the second time in as many days that a Houthi missile sparked sirens in the country’s center in the middle of the night.
The military confirmed that a missile originating in Yemen impacted in Tel Aviv, saying "attempted interceptions did not succeed." It said details of the event were being looked into.
Videos on social media showed the moment of impact and the failed interceptions.
A video showed the impact site in the park in Tel Aviv.
Footage also showed went kaboom! windows and debris in several surrounding apartments, apparently as a result of the shockwave.
On Thursday, a drone was intercepted off the Tel Aviv coast and on Monday a missile triggered sirens across the country.
The latest missile attack from Yemen came only two days after the last one, and after the Israeli Air Force carried out a major strike on the country.

Death toll from pair of Gaza strikes climbs to 25, medics
[IsraelTimes] Israeli airstrikes killed at least 25 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip today, medics say, including at least eight in an apartment in the Nuseirat refugee camp and at least ten in the town of Jabalia.
The IDF has not immediately commented on either strike but has long said it only targets terrorists and that Hamas hides among civilians.
“There are 10 martyrs … all targeted by an airstrike on their home in Jabalia al-Nazla, southwest of Jabalia. All of the martyrs are from the same family, including seven children, the oldest aged six,” civil defense agency spokesman Mahmud Bassal tells AFP.
Bassal says the strike injured 15 other people.
The Israeli military when contacted by AFP did not offer an immediate response.
The IDF says it doesn’t target civilians and that Hamas hides and fights among them.
Hamas death tolls don’t differentiate between civilians and combatants.

[IsraelTimes] Army says soldiers shot suspect in leg after spotting ‘threat that required action to remove’; incident comes day after Maariya residents said troops blocked them from their fields
Israeli troops maimed one person after opening fire Friday on demonstrators in southern Syria, with the military saying the soldiers did so to remove "a threat."
According to the local Daraa 24 outlet, residents of towns in the Yarmouk River basin gathered near a former Syrian army post close to the village of Maariya to protest against the IDF presence in Syria.
The outlet said the soldiers opened fire in the air to stop the demonstrators from approaching, and one person was hit directly and maimed.
The Israel Defense Forces later confirmed the incident. It said soldiers who were calling on suspects to move back amid the demonstration "identified a threat that required action to remove," without elaborating.
The troops acted according to the open-fire procedures, and shot one of the protesters in the leg, according to the IDF.
"We emphasize that the IDF does not intervene in the events taking place in Syria," the military said, adding that it will "continue to act to protect the State of Israel and its citizens."
Maariya, on the western edge of Syria’s southern Daraa province, is near the Israeli Golan Heights, but outside of a buffer zone in the Golan established by a 1974 ceasefire agreement between Syria and Israel.
Friday’s incident came a day after villagers alleged that the troops stationed in the abandoned army base were preventing local farmers from accessing their fields.
Israeli troops entered the buffer zone — a roughly 400-square-kilometer (154-square-mile) demilitarized zone separating Israel from Syria — shortly after Syrian dictator Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad One of the last of the old-fashioned hereditary iron-fisted fascist dictators... was toppled on December 8, saying it was a temporary move designed to ensure security for Israeli communities near the border amid the chaos of regime change. The IDF has also acknowledged operating in some areas just beyond the buffer zone.
Israeli allies have said they understand Israel’s need to secure the border, although many have cautioned against remaining in the territory long term, and La Belle France, the UN and others have called for Israeli troops to pull back.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told troops during a visit to the area this week that they will have to remain in place there "until another arrangement can be found that guarantees Israel’s security," indicating it was likely they would stay through 2025.
[IsraelTimes] The US Central Command says its forces conducted an airstrike earlier today that killed ISIS leader Abu Yusif in the Deir Ezzor province in eastern Syria.
One other ISIS operative was also killed in the strike, COGAT says.
“As stated before, the United States — working with allies and partners in the region — will not allow ISIS to take advantage of the current situation in Syria and reconstitute. ISIS has the intent to break out of detention the over 8,000 ISIS operatives currently being held in facilities in Syria. We will aggressively target these leaders and operatives, including those trying to conduct operations external to Syria,” says CENTCOM Commander Gen. Michael Erik Kurilla.
The strike was conducted in Deir ez-Zor province, “in an area formerly controlled by the Syrian regime and Russians,” US Central Command (CENTCOM) said in a statement.
ISIS leader Abu Yusif (aka Mahmud) and another member of the group were killed.

Al-Qusayr had been a stronghold of the Lebanese terror group since it helped Bashar al-Assad’s forces retake it in 2013 as part of the civil war.
It was abandoned by Hezbollah amid the lightning advance of rebel forces earlier this month as they took control of the country.
