[Regnum] The Yemeni movement Ansar Allah, also known as the Houthis, launched a Palestine-2 hypersonic missile at an Israeli military base near the city of Jaffa. This was reported on November 11 by the Al Masirah TV channel controlled by the movement.
"The missile forces carried out a high-quality military operation targeting the Nahal Sorek military base in southeast Jaffa (Tel Aviv. - Ed.) in occupied Palestine. The operation was carried out using the Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile," the channel said in a statement.
The movement noted that the operation was carried out against the backdrop of ongoing airstrikes by the US-British coalition on the Yemeni capital Sanaa and the provinces of Saada, Amran and Hodeida over the past three days.
As reported by the Regnum news agency, the Houthis carried out a similar strike on October 22. According to the movement's military spokesman Yahya Saria, the launched missile "successfully reached its targets, bypassing American and Israeli interception systems." Saria called the attack on the Israeli military base part of the "fifth stage of escalation" in the confrontation with Israel.
On October 7, the Houthis claimed to have carried out massive strikes on targets in Tel Aviv and Eilat, using two Palestine-2 and Zu Fiqar missiles and drones. Ansar Allah noted that one of the missiles was hypersonic. Their strikes targeted military targets in Tel Aviv. The drones attacked targets in the Jaffa and Umm al-Rashrash areas in southern Palestine.
On October 6, Ansar Allah leader Abdel Malik al-Houthi reported that the Houthis had attacked over 190 ships linked to Israel, the United States and Britain since October 7, 2023.
[IsraelTimes] A ballistic missile launched at Israel from Yemen this morning was successfully intercepted by air defenses, the IDF says.
The military adds that the missile shot down outside of Israeli airspace.
Sirens sounded near Jerusalem amid the incident.
Shrapnel from an interceptor missile landed in Beit Shemesh, sparking a small fire, according to police, fire services, and the military.
Monday’s ballistic missile attack from Yemen came hours after Al-Masirah TV, the main television news outlet run by the Houthis, said a series of airstrikes targeted the Amran and Saada governorates. The outlet said the strikes were carried out by the United States and Britain. There was no confirmation from either country.
The US and UK have repeatedly struck Houthi targets in Yemen since January in response to attacks by the Iran-backed rebels on shipping in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
US warplanes also staged multiple strikes Saturday night on Houthi advanced weapons storage facilities in Yemen, the Pentagon said.
The facilities contained various weapons used to target military and civilian vessels navigating international waters throughout the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, according to information provided to AFP by the Pentagon.
In more than 100 Houthi attacks over nearly a year, four sailors have been killed and two ships have sunk, while one vessel and its crew remain detained since being hijacked last November.
The attacks have seriously disrupted a maritime route that carries 12 percent of global trade.
Israel has also twice bombed Houthi targets in retaliation for ballistic missile and drone attacks, including one that killed a man in Tel Aviv.
Yemen’s Houthis have fired over 220 ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones at Israel over the past year, saying that the attacks are in solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, where Israel has been battling Hamas since the October 7 attack.

Call out the army, round ‘em up and send ‘em back to Morocco. If Morocco doesn’t want them, push them out of the airplane over Qom, which claimed to have organized the attack on the Maccabi Tel Aviv fans last week. Or don’t, and prove to the world that you are conquered.
BREAKING:
A large group of anti-Israel protesters from the Middle East and North Africa have set a tram on fire in Amsterdam.
Looks like they want to continue the wave of violence started in the Amsterdam Pogrom.
The suspects are men aged 18 to 37 and living in the Netherlands, Dutch police say in a statement. Previously, 63 suspects had been arrested.
Sixty-three arrested before the Jew hunt on Thursday, all but four released the next day. And the remaining four were to be charged on relative trivialities Will the new ones be charged with anything substantive?
Earlier today, Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof vowed that the Netherlands would focus all its efforts on bringing perpetrators of the violence to justice.
“The images and reports for Amsterdam and what we’ve seen this weekend of antisemitic attacks against Israelis and Jews are nothing short of shocking and reprehensible,” Schoof told a press conference, adding that police and prosecutors are still piecing together the details of what happened.
Footage from the scene caught at least one of the participants shouting, “Cancer Jews,” indicating that the violence was an extension of attacks perpetrated by Muslim and Arab rioters against Israeli soccer fans over the weekend.
The clip was posted on X by Geert Wilders, a far-right Dutch lawmaker who leads the largest party in parliament.
Another video shows a Palestinian flag hung near one of the main points of friction during the clashes.
A police spokesman says a tram at the ’40-’45 Square in the west part of Amsterdam had caught fire, likely caused by fireworks thrown at it. The windows of the tram were also shattered.
No one was injured in the incident, as the tram had been empty, the spokesman says.
Footage on local TV station AT5 showed many people on the square throwing fireworks, poles and wooden pallets.
Police urged people to stay away from the square and said riot squads would remain present to restore peace.

Police said it was not clear who started tonight’s unrest and whether it was related to what happened last week. But they noted the tense atmosphere since five people were treated in the hospital and dozens detained Thursday following a Maccabi Tel Aviv-Ajax match. Youths on scooters and on foot went in search of Israeli fans, punching and kicking them and then fleeing to evade police, according to Amsterdam’s mayor.

[KhaamaPress] Ali Yerlikaya, The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire... ’s Interior Minister, announced that 3,924 people have been arrested across the country this year on charges of human trafficking.
In a message posted on X/formerly Twitter on Friday, November 8, the minister confirmed that Ottoman Turkish authorities continue their joint operations aimed at preventing illegal migration throughout the country.
Yerlikaya emphasized that during these operations against migrants colonists in 41 cities, 257 human traffickers were arrested.
The Interior Ministry has issued arrest warrants for 1,693 of the detained individuals, though their identities have not been disclosed.
This comes amid a significant rise in the arrest and deportation of Afghan migrants colonists from countries like Iran, Pakistain, and Turkey in recent months.
Previously, Ottoman Turkish media reported the detention of 33 Afghan refugees in the city of Erzurum over the past month.
It is important to note that, according to official statistics, over 300,000 Afghan migrants colonists currently reside in Turkey.
Recently, the European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... allocated $11 billion to support Turkey in managing the forced return of migrants colonists, including Syrians, to their home countries.
Turkey’s crackdown on human trafficking and illegal migration highlights the increasing pressure on the country due to its large migrant population, particularly from Afghanistan.

[IsraelTimes] At least four suspected members of the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) were killed on Saturday in an Iraqi Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... in Kirkuk province, the army said.
"Through intensive monitoring by the Targeting Cell of the Joint Operations Command over the past two consecutive days, the location of a terrorist group of four members was identified in the Hamrin Mountains within the Kirkuk Operations Command sector," read a statement from the Iraqi Joint Operations Command.
"Our courageous Air Force Falcons carried out a severe strike with F-16 aircraft, targeting this terrorist group. The strike resulted in the killing of the group members and the destruction of their hideout," it added.
The strike also destroyed weapons, ammunition, logistic supplies, and explosives, according to the statement.
The operation in territories disputed between federal Iraq and the Kurdistan Regional Government is the latest in an ongoing effort to rid the country of ISIS cells in areas where a security vacuum allows them to operate.
Last month, the Iraqi army announced that over 100 ISIS members have been killed since the beginning of the year.
[Rudaw] A military commander said two people were killed in the Sinjar (Shingal) district of Iraq’s northern Nineveh province on Sunday, following a reported Ottoman TurkishArclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... [IsraelTimes] The Israel Defense Forces said air defenses shot down four drones that were launched toward Israel overnight “from the east” — code for Iraq.
The military said two of the UAVs were intercepted before they reached Israeli territory.
The Iran-backed Islamic Resistance in Iraq took responsibility for launching the drones at Israel. The coalition of pro-Iran factions said it launched the UAVs at “vital targets” in northern and southern Israel.
Israel has been attacked by Iraq’s Islamic Resistance in Iraq repeatedly over the past year.
Last month, two soldiers were killed and 24 injured in a drone attack from Iraq. According to an IDF probe, two explosive-laden drones were launched from Iraq in the attack, one of which was shot down by air defenses while the second impacted an army base in the northern Golan Heights.
[IsraelTimes] Itamar Levin Fridman killed in Jabalia after a week with no Israelis deaths, IDF says; Palestinians report tanks rolling into central Gaza; bag of ammo found in internal aid convoy
An Israel Defense Forces reserves officer was killed amid fighting in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with a rusty iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... , the army announced Monday, as tanks rolled into a central Gaza town and a humanitarian zone in the south of the enclave.
Maj. (res.) Itamar Levin Fridman, 34, was killed during operations in the northern Gaza Strip, the IDF said. Fridman, a high school math teacher and father of two, was in Gaza as part of the LOTAR Eilat unit, an elite squad tasked with protecting the Red Sea resort city from terror attacks. According to an initial IDF probe, he was hit by anti-tank fire in Jabalia, an area in northern Gaza that has been the focus of the army’s efforts in the enclave in recent weeks. Fridman’s death marks the first fatality among troops fighting in Gaza since November 2, when three soldiers were killed in separate incidents in the northern part of the Strip.
A total of 371 troops have been killed in Gaza since Israel launched a ground offensive aimed at toppling the Hamas ..a regional Iranian catspaw,... terror group and recovering the hostages kidnapped during the October 7 onslaught.
Gazooks said Monday that Israel sent tanks into the western side of the Nuseirat camp, which houses refugees from Israel’s creation 76 years ago and their descendants, causing panic among residents and displaced families who have fled there during the war.
"Some people couldn’t leave and remained trapped inside their homes, appealing to be allowed out, while others rushed out with whatever they could carry as they fled," said Zaik Mohammad, 25, who lives one kilometer (0.6 miles) away from the targeted area, via a chat application.
There was no comment from the Israeli military and the tank movement did not appear to be part of a major operation.
The IDF has carried out several small raids on the outskirts of Nuseirat in recent months, but no major push into the town where hundreds of thousands of Paleostinians are residing.
Officials in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip said some two dozen people were killed in strikes late Sunday and Monday. At the al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, 20 people were killed in a series of strikes from the air and ground, including one that hit a tent encampment, health officials there said. In the northern Gaza town of Beit Lahiya, where Israeli forces have operated since October 5, medics said four people were killed in an Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... . Others were reported killed in airstrikes in Gaza City.
Medics at Kamal Adwan Hospital near Beit Lahiya reported that three medical workers were maimed by Israeli fire from a drone. The IDF said troops captured dozens of Hamas operatives during a raid on the hospital last month.
Hamas claims over 43,000 Gazooks have been killed since the start of the offensive, though the numbers cannot be verified and do not differentiate between combatants and civilians.
Israel says it has killed some 18,000 combatants in battle as of November, and another 1,000 holy warriors inside Israel during the October 7, 2023 attack.
It says it seeks to minimize civilian fatalities and stresses that Hamas uses Gaza’s civilians as human shields, fighting from civilian areas including homes, hospitals, schools, and mosques.
Israeli forces have besieged three hospitals in and around Jabalia for several weeks and hospital officials say they have refused orders to evacuate the facilities or leave their patients unattended amid claims of dwindling food and other supplies.
The IDF says that 220 patients and escorts were evacuated from hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip over the past month, in coordination with the World Health Organization. The evacuations were "accompanied by the entry of 50,000 liters of fuel, 180 units of blood, and hundreds of boxes of medical supplies and food to support the essential operations of hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip," the army has said.
On Monday, the military said it had expanded its "humanitarian zone" in southern Gaza, where the vast majority of the Paleostinian population in the Strip currently resides. It also said it would allow more tents, shelter materials, food, water, and medical supplies to enter. According to a map released by the IDF, several neighborhoods of Khan Younis and some areas on the outskirts of the Nuseirat refugee camp were being added to the humanitarian zone.
The zone is where most aid is directed, and where several field hospitals have been established. Its size has changed multiple times, given evolving IDF operations against the Hamas terror group. The zone expansion came as a deadline approached for the US to assess that Israel has improved supplies of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
The army also said it discovered a bag of ammunition while inspecting an aid convoy moving between northern and southern Gaza on Sunday. The convoy had been coordinated with the international community and was being monitored by the IDF, the military said. After unusual movements aroused suspicion, the convoy was inspected and a bag of firearm ammunition was found. Some of those transporting the convoy were detained for questioning, and "inquiries were also made with the relevant organization," the army said.
"It is important to note that this was an internal convoy traveling inside the Gaza Strip from the north to the south, and not through the crossings designated for bringing humanitarian aid into Gaza," the IDF added.
[IsraelTimes] During an IDF operation in the West Bank town of al-Khader, a Palestinian suspect accelerated his vehicle toward troops and breached a checkpoint, the military says.
Medics say two Israelis are being treated at the scene.
The IDF says the suspect fled the scene, and troops have launched a pursuit. The military describes the incident as an intentional ramming attack.
[IsraelTimes] Some 190 rockets and drones fired at northern towns; toddler among wounded in Bi’ina; Hezbollah official says terror group has not received official truce proposal
Seven people were maimed Monday, including a toddler, as some 190 rockets were fired at northern Israel by Hezbollah, as Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar said there had been "certain progress" toward a ceasefire in Leb ...an Iranian satrapy until recently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... A 27-year-old woman was moderately injured and a 35-year-old man and a 1-year-old girl were in good condition after they were hit by shrapnel following a rocket impact in the northern Arab town of Bi’ina just after noon. All three were taken by paramedics to Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, some 50 rockets were fired at the Galilee in the attack, some of which were intercepted by air defenses, while several rockets struck the Karmiel area and nearby towns. Hezbollah took responsibility for the barrage, claiming to have targeted "a training base for the Paratroopers Brigade in the Karmiel settlement."
A short time later, the IDF said a drone launched from Lebanon was intercepted by air defenses over the northern kibbutz of Malkia. Earlier another drone from Lebanon crashed in an open area near the Western Galilee town of Liman, sparking a small brush fire.
In the afternoon, Hezbollah launched around 90 rockets in two barrages at Haifa, in one of the largest rocket attacks on the port city amid the fighting.
In the first barrage of 80 rockets, the IDF said that most were shot down by air defenses, but several struck inside towns. The second barrage consisted of 10 rockets, all of which the IDF said were either intercepted or hit open areas.
Damage was caused to homes and cars in Kiryat Ata, a Haifa suburb, and four people were maimed, including a 52-year-old who was listed in moderate condition after being hit in the back by shrapnel. A teenager and an elderly man were slightly hurt by glass shards, and another man, 55, was hurt when he fell while running to a shelter, Magen David Adom said.
A short while after the attack on Haifa, the IDF said a Hezbollah rocket launcher used in the attack was destroyed in a dronezap.
Other towns and communities in the north were also targeted with rocket fire throughout the day. The attacks came as the IDF continued its campaign against Hezbollah in Lebanon, which aims to allow some 60,000 northern residents to return safely to their homes after being displaced by near-daily attacks since Hamas ..a regional Iranian catspaw,... ’s October 7, 2023, terror onslaught.
Despite the ongoing attacks, Sa’ar told news hounds in Jerusalem that there has been some movement toward a ceasefire with Hezbollah.
"There is certain progress," Saar said in response to a question about a possible ceasefire. "We are working with the Americans on the issue," he added.
"We will agree to it if we know, first of all, that Hezbollah is not on our border, is north of the Litani River, and that Hezbollah will not be able to arm itself again with new weapons systems," he said.
Later Monday, an Israeli official told The Times of Israel, "We are now talking to the US about letters to anchor our ability and legitimacy to operate against any threat from Lebanon."
Israel is demanding a side letter from the US that includes guarantees from Washington that Israel will be allowed to take military action in Lebanon against Hezbollah if the terror group manages to re-establish its military presence along the border. The sides have made progress in drafting the letter, a US official told Axios, but it risks opposition from Hezbollah, which has asserted that it won’t accept any deal that allows Israel to resume its military actions in Lebanon.
"If there are any attempts to fire at us, to build up their military, to bring in weapons through Syria, we will act," promised the Israeli official to The Times of Israel.
"We want to see Hezbollah north of the Litani [River], we want to see the Lebanese army in southern Lebanon, we want to see a stop to the flow of weapons through Syria," continues the official, repeating long-standing Israeli demands.
The official confirmed that an Israeli delegation was in Moscow recently to discuss Russia’s role in ensuring that weapons don’t reach Hezbollah through Syria. Russia is a major player in Syria, and its cooperation in a diplomatic arrangement to end fighting between Israel and Hezbollah could be an important part of a deal that keeps the Iran-backed group from rearming.
Israel expects a ceasefire to be reached during the remaining weeks of the Biden administration, said the Israeli official, but that "also depends on the Lebanese side."
"We have a plan to expand our operations if Lebanon says no," the Israeli official warned.
Meanwhile,
...back at the chili cook-off, Chuck and Manuel's rivalry was entering a new and more dangerous phase... Hezbollah front man Mohammed Afif said that the terror group had not received any official ceasefire proposal. Asked about ceasefire prospects, Afif said that since the election of Donald Trump ...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down... last week to the United States presidency, there were "contacts between Washington, Moscow, Tehran and other capitals."
"I believe that we are still in the phase of testing the waters and presenting initial ideas and proactive discussions, but so far there is nothing actual yet," he added.
But he said, "According to my information nothing official has reached Hezbollah or the Lebanese state."
US officials have said they will make a final push to reach deals in the conflicts in Lebanon and Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... , although it is unclear how much leverage they have over Israel and other regional actors now that US President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem machine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family... is a lame duck.
Also on Monday, Lebanese media outlets reported that some 30 people have been killed in an Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... on a building in the northern Lebanon village of Ain Yaaqoub, in the Akkar Governorate.
There was no immediate comment from the IDF.
The location of the strike was unusual. The vast majority of Israeli strikes in Lebanon have been limited to the south of the country, the Beqaa Valley, and Beirut.
The conflict along the Blue Line escalated significantly this past September when Israel, after 11 months of Hezbollah cross-border fire, carried out a wave of heavy airstrikes that killed Hezbollah leader His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah ...The late, lamented satrap of the Medes and the Persians in Leb...> and most of his top commanders.
It then launched a ground invasion into southern Lebanon, aiming to push Hezbollah away from the border so that tens of thousands of Israelis evacuated from their homes in northern Israel can safely return.
[Rudaw] At least five Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Basij members were killed on Sunday in Iran’s southeastern restive province of Sistan and Baluchestan, state media reported.
"Following the terrorist incident in the general area of Sirkan, Saravan city, five native Baloch Basiji’s were martyred," Iran’s state IRNA news agency said.
IRGC-affiliated media blamed the Jaish al-Adl (Army of Justice)

The Iranian news media sometimes refer to the group as Jaish ul-Zalm (“Army of Injustice”) because it makes them feel especially clever…
group for the attack, but the latter quickly issued a statement denying involvement, saying it was blamed for "psychological and political purposes."
Attacks on Iranian security forces in Sistan and Baluchestan province are frequent. Armed Baluchi groups, primarily Jaish al-Adl, operate in the province that borders Afghanistan and Pakistain. They have waged an insurgency against Tehran and carried out numerous attacks against its forces, especially the IRGC.
Jaish al-Adl was re-added to the United States list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations in 2019 by the administration of former President Donald Trump ...The Hero of Butler, Pennsylvania... . The designation was in response to a deadly attack by the group that killed 27 IRGC members near Sistan and Baluchestan’s placid provincial capital, Zahedan.
Baluchis are a mainly Sunni ethnic minority in Iran, living predominantly in the Baluchestan region near the border with Pakistain. The population was active during nationwide protests in September 2022 and hundreds of Baluchis were killed by the IRGC in a heavy crackdown.
In late October, at least two Jaish al-Adl members were killed in an IRGC drone attack in Sistan and Baluchestan.
Days prior, ten Iranian coppers were killed in a Jaish al-Adl attack in the province.
SDF captures ‘dangerous’ ISIS member in al-Hol camp raid
11 November
[Rudaw] The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on Monday announced arresting a “dangerous” Islamic State (ISIS) member in an ongoing operation carried out by Kurdish forces in the notorious al-Hol camp in northeast Syria (Rojava).
The SDF said in a statement that security forces in Rojava conducted “a special operation in the al-Hol area, capturing a dangerous ISIS terrorist who was responsible for planning major terrorist attacks and had been wanted by military and security forces for two years.”
A number of weapons and ammunition were seized during the operation, according to the statement.
Al-Hol camp is located in Hasaka province and has been branded a breeding ground for terrorism. The majority of people in the camp are originally from Syria and Iraq, though it also houses people from around the world who traveled to the Middle East to live in the so-called ISIS caliphate.
The SDF and partner forces on Wednesday launched “Operation Enduring Security” in and around al-Hol in response to intensified ISIS attacks. The Kurdish-led forces have since arrested tens of suspected ISIS members in the camp.
Kurdish authorities in northeast Syria have repeatedly called on the international community to repatriate their nationals from al-Hol, but many countries are hesitant to take back their citizens due to security concerns.
The SDF, which controls northeast Syria, fought the lion’s share of the battle against ISIS and arrested thousands of the group’s fighters along with their wives and children when they crushed ISIS territorially and took the group’s last stronghold in Syria in 2019.
SDF arrests ten ISIS suspects in ongoing al-Hol operation
11 November
[Rudaw] At least ten suspected Islamic State (ISIS) members were arrested in an ongoing operation carried out by Kurdish forces in the notorious al-Hol camp in northeast Syria (Rojava), the force said on Sunday.
“The forces managed to capture ten ISIS terrorist cells that had been involved in terrorist acts and were preparing for other terrorist acts” in the fourth day of the operation, said the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in a statement.
While combing the “female migrants” section of the camp – which houses foreign women with suspected links to ISIS – the SDF said they found “a decaying body of a woman who had been tortured and killed by the terrorist women of the so-called ‘Hisba’” which refers to the jihadists’ religious police.
Kurdish forces arrest 16 ISIS suspects in al-Hol op
9 November
[Rudaw] Kurdish forces in northeast Syria (Rojava) on Saturday said they arrested 16 Islamic State (ISIS) suspects on the fourth day of an anti-terror operation in a camp housing thousands of the group’s family members and supporters.
“The participating forces conducted searches in the city of al-Hol, its suburbs, and significant parts of the camp. As a result, 16 ISIS terrorists were captured and a quantity of weapons, ammunition, and military supplies were seized,” the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said in a statement.
The SDF and partner forces on Wednesday launched “Operation Enduring Security” in and around al-Hol in response to intensified ISIS attacks.

[FoxNews] The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) recently announced that U.S. forces conducted retaliatory strikes against Iran-associated targets on Monday.
In a statement obtained by Fox News, CENTCOM said that the strikes were in response to "several attacks" against U.S. forces.
"Today, U.S. CENTCOM forces conducted strikes against nine targets in two locations
associated with Iranian groups in Syria in response to several attacks on U.S. personnel in Syria over the last 24 hours," the statement read.
"These strikes will degrade the Iranian-backed groups' ability to plan and launch future attacks on U.S. and Coalition forces who are in the region to conduct D-ISIS operations," CENTCOM added.
In the press release, CENTCOM commander Gen. Michael Erik Kurilla said that the attacks sent a "clear" message.
"Attacks against U.S. and coalition partners in the region will not be tolerated," the military official said. "We will continue to take every step necessary to protect our personnel and coalition partners and respond to reckless attacks."
The strikes came as the tensions between Israel and Iran continue to escalate. On Nov. 3, U.S. bombers arrived in the Middle East in support of Israel.
CENTCOM said last week that B-52 Stratofortress strategic bombers from Minot Air Force Base's 5th Bomb Wing had arrived in the region, but did not specify exactly where the weapons were sent.
