[FOX] Suspicions were raised about the operations of a Chinese-linked biolab in central California far earlier than previously known, according to a review of hundreds of internal emails, documents and photographs obtained by Fox News.
Two California state agencies called on by the city of Fresno to intervene in the matter tell Fox they had no authority to get involved but the delay of local and state officials to take action in fall 2022 appears to have allowed lab workers to empty a warehouse full of dangerous biological agents, lab mice, chemicals and equipment.
A trove of emails obtained through a public records request with the city of Fresno showed one official had been so concerned by Universal Meditech Inc.'s operations he filed urgent pleas with California's environmental and toxic substance agencies for assistance in possibly shutting down the biolab before it could relocate.
When no one stepped up to stop them, UMI quietly moved last year into a previously vacant warehouse in Reedley about 20 miles away. Reedley officials were unaware of the move. Once discovered, the unpermitted and unlicensed lab containing numerous deadly infectious agents wasn't shut down until March of this year.

"We know they are lying. They know they are lying. They know that we know they are lying. We know that they know we know they are lying. And still they continue to lie."

[JustTheNews] Nicole Neily explained that these ideas are being pushed by state school board associations and activist groups.
An education group that supports parents' rights released a comprehensive list this month of over 1,000 school districts that support children keeping their gender identity hidden from their parents.
Parents Defending Education published a list last updated on Sept. 11, which showed that there are 1,044 school districts across the U.S. that "openly state that district personnel can or should keep a student’s transgender status hidden from parents."
"We are still getting tips that are pouring in every day," President of Parents Defending Education Nicole Neily said on the Friday edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "We actually released this number initially in March, and then we identified about 200 counties....this number keeps growing across the country."
Neily explained that these ideas are being pushed by state school board associations and LGBTQ activist groups.
"These associations are not parents' friends and we're really trying to remind families of that as well," she explained. "So these are policies that are being pushed by activist groups like GLSEN and the Trevor Project that are saying the families are inherently not safe."
If you are a parent with a child in school, join the PTA and volunteer for something, whether one-on-one tutoring or the science committee or a field day. If you are past that stage, ask to be a class grandparent, and go in and read with the kids or something. Anything, really, that gets you known to the teachers and involved with the kids, so that you can see and hear what they would hide from you had you not become one of them. Also, it’s fun.
GLSEN and the Trevor Project are activist groups that focus on LGBTQ youth and raise awareness of issues they may be facing in schools.
GLSEN's recommended policy for school districts states that at the elementary school level, "If school staff believe that a gender identity or expression issue is presenting itself and creating difficulty for the child at school, approaching parents about the issue is appropriate at the elementary level."
At the same time, GLSEN is lobbying for school districts to adopt the policy that regarding children in secondary school, "Generally, notification of a student’s parent about his or her gender identity, expression or transition is unnecessary, as they are already aware and may be supportive. In some cases, however, notifying parents carries risks for the student, such as being kicked out of the home."
According to a poll published earlier this year by Parents Defending Education, three out of four voters in the U.S. said they support requiring schools to have parental consent before assisting in a student's gender-identity change.
The poll, conducted from March 15-20 by CRC Research on behalf of Parents Defending Education, with 1,600 registered voters, has a 2.45% margin of error.
Republicans (86%) are more likely than Democrats (69%) to support requiring teachers or staff to inform parents if their child wants to use a different name or pronouns while at school. Black voters are also more likely to support this policy at 78%, compared to 77% of white voters, the poll shows.
Neily explained that parents' rights should not be a partisan issue but rather something on which everyone should come together.
"It's not a partisan issue," she stated. "Children do better when families are involved in their lives. You can supplement their education. You can ask questions. You know your child, but we're being held at arm's length. We're being told [by certain teachers unions] 'We're with your kids eight hours a day, so we know them better than you do.'"
Related: The list, organized in alphabetical order by state, can be seen here. Many are city school districts, eg. New York City or Cincinnati.

In 2nd grade, the boys would pee, then latch the bathroom stalls so no one else could use them. They would climb over the top to get out.
One enterprising lad, found he could discern if a stall was really occupied by looking under the door. Finding an empty, for $.25, he would crawl under the door, do his business, and open the door for the future poopers.
This behavior was of course reported to the class teacher on shift. Mrs. _____ promptly grabbed the fellow by his skinny shoulders, and in a rage, took to shaking him until he thought his head would fly off so he wouldn't settle into the gay behavior of watching children in the bathroom.
The father of this 'shaken baby syndrome' child promptly posted for 'President of the PTA', won the vote, and had a say in his child's education for 6 years.

If Randi Weingarten was so forceful about shutting down the schools for the Covid scare we shouldn't any less in shutting down the whole institution for a complete rebuild. If nothing else to make clear who works for who.
[RT] The African rhino population is growing for the first time in a decade, despite poaching remaining high, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has announced.
According to figures released ahead of World Rhino Day on Friday, there were an estimated 23,290 rhinos on the continent at the end of 2022, an increase of 5.2% from the year before.
Notably, the number of white rhinos, assessed for The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species in 2020, has grown by 5.6% and now stands at around 16,803. This is the first increase since 2012.
Basic wildlife population management. If you have too many of some critter in your ecosystem, you either need to find something/someone to eat them, or shoot a bunch of them to bring the population back in balance.
As for the rhinos, the increase is a side effect of Global Warming. Plants like C02. More C02 means more plants which means more rhino food which leads to more rhinos. The rhinos are also getting larger because things expand when they are heated. It's Science, bitches!

ESSEN, Germany (AP) — For most of this century, Germany racked up one economic success after another, dominating global markets for high-end products like luxury cars and industrial machinery, selling so much to the rest of the world that half the economy ran on exports.
Jobs were plentiful, the government’s financial coffers grew as other European countries drowned in debt, and books were written about what other countries could learn from Germany.
No longer. Now, Germany is the world’s worst-performing major developed economy, with both the International Monetary Fund and European Union expecting it to shrink this year.
It follows Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the loss of Moscow’s cheap natural gas — an unprecedented shock to Germany’s energy-intensive industries, long the manufacturing powerhouse of Europe.
...A 2011 decision to shut down Germany’s remaining nuclear power plants has been questioned amid worries about electricity prices and shortages. Companies face a severe shortage of skilled labor, with job openings hitting a record of just under 2 million.
And relying on Russia to reliably supply gas through the Nord Stream pipelines under the Baltic Sea — built under former Chancellor Angela Merkel and since shut off and damaged amid the war — was belatedly conceded by the government to have been a mistake. I notice there's no mention of the word "sanctions" or how nordstream was "damaged"

I wonder what'll happen to EU without German funds?

While it is clear Germany is having some tough times right now.
I also noted it had dramatic increased in immigrants.
Persons of foreign birth that felt it was far better than their country of origin and migrated there.
Foreign Nations (non-Citizens) numbers have risen to 18.13% of the total German population.
eg. Listing a few of the born abroad migrant origination points.
Turkey 1,109,615
Ukraine 1,153,755
Africa 611,630
Asia 2,607,930

It has been inevitable for decades. The population has gotten so old, there is no domestic market for the things Germany makes. It was patching over the cracks with exports, but their biggest customer China, is collapsing as well and not buying German stuff. Combine that with higher prices for natural gas to power factories and it is the perfect storm.

#5 Well gosh, the US did commit an act of war against Germany by blowing up their pipeline. Which totally fucked the German economy and is why they're in this state. But hey...
#13
To be fair, Germany would not be in this particular pickle had they not shut down their last nuclear power plants last April — even re-opening their old coal power plants has not been enough to make up for that loss.
#14
Come on, man! We warned the Germans that if they got in bed with the Russians, they were vulnerable to Russian energy blackmail and would be in trouble if the output from the pipeline suddenly became unavailable. Which it somehow did. So we told you so!

US bombing Nordstream 2 is the world's most blatant open secret, right up there with Israel's nuclear weapons.
Which, because Israel "doesn't have" any nuclear weapons, they are not subject to international inspections like all the other nuclear powers. Convenient!

Israel did not sign whatever treaty involves nuclear weapons, therefore it is not subject to the inspections required by the treaty. They are not the only country not to do so.
[NYP] Gal Luft, the fugitive "missing witness" of the Biden corruption investigation, has offered new evidence to the House impeachment inquiry about an FBI mole who tipped off Hunter Biden that his Chinese partners had been named on four sealed indictments in 2017 by Manhattan federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.
The Israeli professor, and former Israel Defense Forces officer, has been on the run for six months, after skipping bail in Cyprus where he was awaiting extradition to the United States on gun-running and foreign-lobbying charges, also brought by the SDNY.
In an open letter to Reps James Comer, Jim Jordan and Jason Smith, the three House committee chairmen running the impeachment inquiry, Luft claims that the tipoff to Chinese executives of CEFC came on the same day that the first son wrote a WhatsApp message shaking down another CEFC employee for millions of dollars over a "highly confidential and time sensitive" matter while claiming his father was in the room with him.
"I am sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled," Hunter wrote to CEFC employee Raymond Zhao on July 30, 2017, in a WhatsApp message that was presented to Congress in June during testimony by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley.
"I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father."
[NEOSCOPE] Earlier this month, Elon Musk claimed on X-formerly-Twitter that the monkeys who died during Neuralink trials were "terminal" cases "close to death already," making it clear that none of them perished as a result of the biotech company's brain implants.
Documents viewed as part of a new investigation by Wired, however, as well as testimony from a former employee, contradict Musk's claims entirely — and the details are as upsetting as they are damning, adding to a mounting case against the safety of Neuralink's devices.
And the timing couldn't be more exigent either, with Neuralink announcing on Wednesday that it's recruiting subjects for human trials.

Ya know, I think I saw this movie...
Be sure and hook the neuralink subjects to one of the DoD's nuclear powered AI's. Maybe throw in one of the BostonDynamics robot dogs for the total entertainment package.
