[NYPOST] Bud Light "massively" misfired when the beer brand partnered with transgender ...mutton, dressed up as pork... influencer Dylan Mulvaney, an LGBTQ group head admitted as sales of the brew plummet following backlash over the controversial collaboration.
Stacy Lentz, CEO of the Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative, said that Anheuser-Busch badly botched the marketing gimmick with the TikTok star in a failed attempt ...Curses! Foiled again!... to appeal to aspiring drinkers.
"They were going after the younger generation," said Stacy Lentz, CEO of the LGBTQ nonprofit Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative.
"But that’s a really hard thing to do on a marketing level, to be all things to all people.
"And it failed massively."
Even one former execs said the company "lost track of the consumer" as sales of the low-calorie brew were down 17% in the week ending April 15 compared to last year.
"When you have these large corporations that have a historic brand identity, it just looks inauthentic when they’re all of a sudden getting involved in these social campaigns," Anson Frericks, who headed up the brewer’s US operations until last year, told the New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... Beer Marketer’s Insight editor Benj Steinman said the beer company "stepped into a polarized America."

They just didn't target an "underserved demo", they purposefully cancelled their core consumer and did so in the most heinous way they could think of, in the same way Blackrock had massive ad buys on Fox News for the last couple of months. They are signalling their contempt and absolute determination to extinguish all vestiges of the USA as we knew it. Lost revenue? LOL - the Dems will see to it that they get compensated. See Ford Motor Co.

For some, drinking is an addiction that defies every attempt to change the behavior. It is hard to destroy brand loyalty in a vice market, but they certainly did. I salute these men and mostly women for their true genius in being terrible at a job that few people care about.

Oh, that's sweet.
Anyways, a 'certain market' release is a tell that they knew exactly what they were doing.
Except, with the internet, there is no such thing as a 'certain market' release anymore. If they were serious people instead of favor hires they'd know that.

When you realize how small the transsexual demographic is, pandering to them is beyond baffling
One our fellow Rantburgers said recently that about 8% of the population identify as gay or bisexual of that 8%, the transsexuals are maybe 4%
That’s a very small segment of the population

Just to reassure the Rantburg crowd - my most recent 30 pack purchase was for Coors Light, so I didn't screw the pooch again. I needed a few cold ones after sitting in traffic for nearly an hour because they're repairing the Sagamore Bridge on Cape Cod.
[INDEPENDENTSENTINAL] One of the two men accused by federal prosecutors of running a Chinese "police station" in New York City purportedly has been captured on video with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
CHINESE NATIONAL POLICE STATION
A recording on March 18 appears to show Lu Jianwang standing alongside Adams at an event where Schumer also spoke. In April 2022, Lu met New York Democratic Rep. Grace Meng at a fundraising party. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, Lu was arrested last week and charged with conspiring to act as an agent of China’s government,.
Records show that since 2006, Lu has contributed at least $32,625 to New York elected officials, including Adams and Gov. Kathy Hochul.
U.S. Attorney Breon Peace said while "the station was providing some government services, like helping Chinese citizens renew their Chinese driver’s license....more troubling....is the fact that the secret police station appears to have had a more sinister use....".
Peace added. "An official with the Chinese National Police directed one of the defendants — a U.S. citizen who worked at the secret police station — to help locate a pro-democracy activist of Chinese descent living in California. In other words, the Chinese national police appear to have been using the station to track a U.S. resident on U.S. soil." We’d call that hunting down dissidents living free in America.
So it would seem we’ve discovered yet another group of prominent Dem pols who have cozied up to our # 1 geopolitical foe, China.
We can now add Schumer, Adams, and Meng to a list that includes:
Congressmen Eric Swalwell, who apparently had "very special relations" with a Chinese spy. Sen. Diane Feinstein who kept one on her payroll for decades. And of course, the whole Biden Clan, including "Big Guy" Joe. We’re learning the latter-mentioned corrupt crew seems to have benefitted mightily from a substantial flow of Beijing bucks. Dems sure look like they love themselves some Communists.

I would have to see more than pictures. They do that with Trump who has probably done more book signings than any other politician because people actually bought his books. That said, this is definitely evidence in the case against the Chinese guy. Anyone who would voluntarily document an implied association with Schumer has to be a dirt bag.

If a Chinaman writes checks for your election campaign, you should have at least enough sense to give them back to the Chinaman. Politicians should not even have the appearance of being influenced by the Chinese Communist Party. Having said that, it's a good bet in today's America that Hochul and Adams will not regret having taken the money and will gladly take more from the next Chinaman who comes along. That's the hell of it.

[Townhall] Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm says she supports requiring the U.S. military to adopt an ALL-electric vehicle fleet by 2030.
During Earth Day remarks delivered in Washington state on April 22, Biden said, "We’re going to start the process for every vehicle in the United States military, every vehicle is going to be climate-friendly."
"Every vehicle. I mean it. We’re spending billions of dollars to do it," he said.
Has Congress voted the funds for this?
Ah yes, this will work perfectly in places like Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Africa and everywhere else around the globe without electric charging stations. And how long does Granholm propose U.S. troops ask the enemy to hold off while they wait for days to recharge their military vehicles?

White House Ministry of Information Release
(Nov. 2024)
The US vs CCP Taiwan battle will be rescheduled as the CCP still has not shipped the needed EV parts.
As we have previously indicated, it's all Trump's fault for not adopting the DOD EV agenda, and instead supplying the US with abundant fossil fuels by fracking and drilling.
Please be aware, the Supreme Commander has dispatched the Director of procurement Hunter Biden on his private jet, to negotiate the release of the materials

Fine. Just as soon as everybody in the administration (bar none) is riding around in electric limos, the rest can follow their enlightened leadership into the future. Until then shut your pie hole.

[NYPOST] Two Michigan middle schoolers are suing their school district for barring them from wearing sweatshirts that say "Let’s Go Brandon" — a popular right-wing rally cry that stands as a substitute for cursing out President Biden. The boys’ mother argued that the ban infringes on their constitutional rights, while the Tri County Area School District insists the sweatshirts violate its dress code, which bars clothing "with messages that are lewd, indecent, vulgar or profane," the bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... Free Press reported.
The lawsuit alleges that when the brothers wore their "Let’s Go Brandon" sweatshirts to Tri County Middle School last year, an assistant principal and teacher asked them to remove the garments and told one of the boys that "his sweatshirt was equivalent to the f-word."
"Let’s Go Brandon" became a widespread conservative slogan in October 2021 when a TV news hound mistakenly claimed a NASCAR crowd was chanting "Let’s go Brandon" to celebrate a win by driver Brandon Brown — when they were actually yelling "F— Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem machine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family... According to the lawsuit, the slogan "conveys the same opposition to President Biden, sanitized to express the sentiment without using profanity or vulgarity" but is not "lewd, profane, indecent, vulgar or obscene."

...I've seen more than a few lawyers suggest that the smartest thing the school could do is apologize now, and simply say that it was a misunderstanding. Because otherwise, they're just digging deeper.
[FoxNews] Hunter Biden served as an outside adviser to President Biden’s newly announced campaign co-chair, Democratic Delaware Sen. Chris Coons, and was instrumental in helping Coons fundraise for his successful 2010 Senate bid using his network of in-state and out-of-state business associates to contribute to Coons' campaign.
Sen. Coons, who sits in Biden's old Senate seat and is a member of the Foreign Relations and Judiciary Committees, has been one of Biden's most influential global emissaries for many years and "has no problem telling reporters or anyone who will listen that he has the president’s ear," according to a recent report from Politico.
Prior to Coons winning in 2010, Hunter Biden and Eric Schwerin, the then-president of his since-dissolved investment fund Rosemont Seneca Partners, were in close contact with Coons and his campaign finance director Tracey Buckman, helping with his fundraising efforts.
According to emails from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, which have been verified by Fox News Digital, Coons met with Hunter and Schwerin in June 2010, just weeks before Hunter started hosting fundraising events for the future senator. On June 26, 2010, Coons emailed Hunter thanking him for their meeting earlier in the week.
Whee! The Republicans are starting to have fun with it.
[NYPOST] Tempers flared at a House hearing Wednesday after a Republican politician went off on Rep. Eric I farted on national television Swalwell ... U.S. Representative-for-Life from Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,'s 15th congressional district since 2013. Naturally he's a Dem. His district covers most of eastern Alameda County and part of central Contra Costa County. He was rapidly eliminated from the 2020 Dem nomination pool. He looks a lot like Greg Marmelard, and has the distinction of being one of the few politicians to ever fart on national teevee... over his ties to a suspected Chinese spy, prompting the Democrat to fire back: "You do not get to say that s—t."
The Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement hearing turned bad-tempered after Swalwell (D-Calif.) spent his question time interrogating border security advocate Sheena Rodriguez about her presence on the Capitol grounds during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot.
At one point during Swalwell’s grilling of the witness, a Republican politician asked him to yield, but he declined and continued until his time expired.
That’s when Rep. Troy Nehls (R-Texas) stepped in.
"I apologize that you had to — you’re here for a hearing on the border, [Democrats] don’t want to talk about a border," Nehls told Rodriguez, who was at the hearing to testify about the exploitation of migrant children she claimed to have witnessed during more than three dozen visits to the US-Mexico border.
"Mr. Swalwell is down there, obviously everyone knows he’s made some comments," Nehls continued. "He’s got a checkered past. His alleged relationship —"
"I’m sorry, a checkered past?" Swalwell interjected.
"It’s my time!" Nehls responded. "Alleged affairs — relationship — with Yum-Yum."
"No, no, no, no, no," Swalwell shouted. "You do not get to say that s—t. That’s not true."
"He had alleged relationships with Yum-Yum," Nehls continued, "and now he’s angry."
Nehls was referring to purported honeytrap Christine Fang, also known as "Fang-Fang," who entered the US as a college student in 2011 and allegedly spent the next four years wooing politicians to get close to sensitive government intelligence.
The alleged affair cost Swalwell his place on the House Intelligence Committee earlier this year, with Speaker Kevin McCarthy ...the GOP house majority whip. He replaces Eric Cantor, who got whupped because his politix are like Kevin McCarthy's... (R-Calif.) telling Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries that Swalwell and fellow California Democrat Adam Schiff ...Showboating U.S. Representative for California's 28th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, Schiff has served in Congress since 2001. He currently serves as the chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. In a manner reminiscent of Joe McCarthy, on March 22, 2017, in a interview with Chuck Todd on MSNBC Schiff claimed there was “more than circumstantial evidence now” that Donald Trump's campaign colluded with Russia." Todd followed up by asking if he had seen direct evidence of collusion and Schiff responded that there was "evidence that is not circumstantial and is very much worthy of investigation"... had "severely undermined [the committee’s] primary national security and oversight missions — ultimately leaving our nation less safe."

When rationality returns to our country, I hope that Swalwell is sentenced to be Rosie O’Donnell’s cabanas boy. It would be nice to know that there was somebody there to take care of her needs as she grows older. She will need someone dependable to machete down her corns, receive her vile insults and wash her underclothes.

[NYPOST] Maybe this is why Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... didn’t have any lines in President Biden’s re-election announcement video.
The vice president left commentators befuddled late Tuesday by repeating herself multiple times at a pro-child sacrifice abortion rally in Washington.
"So, I think it’s very important, as you have heard from so many incredible leaders, for us at every moment in time — and certainly this one — to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present, and to be able to contextualize it, to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment as it relates not only to the past but the future," Harris said during the event at Howard University, her alma mater. "What she say?"
The 58-year-old had been calling for opposition to Republicans’ "national agenda," saying the GOP wants to restrict reproductive rights, voting rights and LGBTQ protections.
The bizarre digression was noted by Harris’ critics, some of whom have compared her "word salads" to those uttered by Selina Meyer, the clueless vice president portrayed by Julia Louis-Drefyus on HBO’s "Veep."
"Good lord," reacted Washington Examiner executive editor Seth Mandel.
"Takes me back to high school speech class when people needed a 5-minute speech but had a solid 3:45 and needed to stretch it out," another user responded.
"So much material here for [’Saturday Night Live’] if they cared about being funny again, but no," tweeted Tim Murtaugh, the communications director for former President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... ’s re-election campaign.
"Word salad from Kamala," tweeted Steve Guest, a special communications adviser for Sen. Ted Cruz; ...US Senator from Texas. Republican contender for president in 2016, his stiff and abrasive manner earned him the title most hated man in the Senate. After a close win over Beto O'Rourke, who tried to out-Lastino him, he grew a beard and let his biting wit shine through. Cruz's comments have been known to leave life-threatening wounds at better than forty feet... (R-Texas).

Kamala would have been ditched by any rational administration. In this case, the fantasy that Joe is healthy and that Kamala is ready for the Oval Office is all one. So many fantasies: Hunter is an artist, the border is secure. It is not so much a presidency as it is a snow globe.

[NYPOST] A cheat sheet held by President Biden during a Wednesday presser revealed that the 80-year-old commander in chief had advance knowledge of a question from a journalist.
"How are YOU squaring YOUR domestic priorities — like reshoring semiconductors manufacturing — with alliance-based foreign policy?" read a question from Los Angeles Times news hound Courtney Subramanian.
The revelation came during a joint presser with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol that discussed growing nuclear threats from North Korea ...hereditary Communist monarchy distinguished by its truculence and periodic acts of violence. Distinguishing features include Songun (Army First) policy, which involves feeding the army before anyone but the Dear Leadership, and Juche, which is Kim Jong Il's personal interpretation of Marxism-Leninism, which he told everybody was brilliant. In 1950 the industrialized North invaded agrarian South Korea. Twenty-one countries of the United Nations eventually contributed to the UN force opposing the invasion, with the United States providing around 90% of the military personnel. Seventy years later the economic results are in and it doesn't look good for Juche... — as the nations celebrate the 70th anniversary of their alliance.
Another cheat sheet showed the names of other Biden administration officials to relay the order remarks would be delivered at the presser.
It’s not the first time Biden’s crib notes have been outed by speedy photojournalists — which fuel Republicans’ speculation about his mental acuity. His physician reported the president was in good health in February, but refused to field questions from news hounds about his cognitive strength.
