Rep. Sylvia Garcia (D-Houston) is one of those mythical blond Texas Hispanics, which just goes to show. She has represented east Houston in Congress since 2019, before that collecting a lot of firsts in the political arena, in what would otherwise be the typical career path of lawyer to local judge to state legislator to US Congress. She was one of the seven House Democrats tapped in 2020 to present the impeachment case against President Trump in the Senate.

[Epoch Times] The trial of Dominic Pezzola, one of the defendants of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach, was paused on Thursday due to classified FBI messages revealed in court, which the defense attorneys say show FBI agents discussing the altering of evidence....came into light on Wednesday during the testimony of FBI special agent Nicole Miller, who was involved in the agency’s investigations of the Jan. 6 defendants.
When cross-examining Miller, an attorney representing Proud Boys member Ethan Nordean revealed classified FBI emails that were hidden in a tab in an Excel spreadsheet. Roots, in Pezzola’s case, used this evidence to support a motion to dismiss (pdf) the charges against Pezzola, which Roots’s team filed on Wednesday.
In the motion, Pezzola’s team said the emails showed that the FBI monitored communications between Nordean and his lawyer, violating the Sixth Amendment, which prohibits invasions of the right to counsel (Matter of Fusco v. Moses).
"In the Nordean case, confidential attorneys-client trial/defense strategy and position was wrongfully obtained by the government, about which was overheard, shared, utilized, where potentially ’338 items of evidence’ were ordered to be ’destroyed,’ said Pezzola’s legal team in the motion to dismiss.

It is hard to exact justice with the judiciary in the latrine. I was amazed when Emmitt Sullivan jumped the shark, but the more that I watch, the more commonplace his malfeasance looks. The FBI would skate in DC trials because the jury pool is pumped from the Honey Dipper tank. They purposely farmed out the J6 cases to jump up the domestic terrorism stats. It would be interesting to see the 7th folks facing charges in Red state rural counties.

Political prisoners, plain and simple. This, the COVID lies and controls that destroyed the middle class, the election fraud, the two impeachments based on documents faked by the USG, all lead me to two conclusions. First, our ruling class, and they are not elected officials as shown in the election fraud, are showing America what will happen to YOU if you want someone that is not from that ruling class. When the middle class elected a president that was not the next ruler in line they destroyed him. Then they took advantage of COVID and destroyed the middle class. This is not a conspiracy, this is how its working. They will finish us off with banking issues. They will drive us all into poverty. As China and Russia prove over and over, starving people are easy to control. The second conclusion is we must act, if you think by sitting on the sidelines watching, hoping our process will right the ship will work you are wrong, it wont. Thinking you did your part by voting is a joke. We must get involved with the voting process, own it. Run it at the local level. Force our state official to put laws in to stop an election that is not pure, hold the elected official accountable. This is hard. Otherwise they tyranny that we are living under will get worse...

The overwhelming corruption of the mainstream media has effectively removed the soapbox from honest depiction of political choices. If the ballot box is lost to fraud and ballot harvesting dishonesty, the last box option is already being cast as a struggle against the forces of "racism, the patriarchy and nationalist, white supremacy".
It is as if they are framing the post 2024 political landscape as an "ethical" battlespace against traditional American culture, norms and values. I seem to recall this entire transformative process as a technique taught somewhere, maybe near Yorktown or Smoke Bomb Hill?
