[HODHODYEMENNEWS] The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militia on Wednesday began a massive deployment in the streets and neighborhoods of Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... ’s southern port city of Aden, in an attempt to impose a new reality in light of the efforts to end its influence over the city.
Pictures from the city of Aden showed the spread of the so-called "Presidential al-Asifah Forces" led by Aidarous al-Zubaidi.
According southern media outlets, the militia established sites and checkpoints in separate areas of the city.
The deployment coincided with arrival Saudi military reinforcements to the city in preparation for handing them over to the "Homeland Shield Forces" led by the opponents of the transitional council.
The move to militarize Aden indicates the STC’s rejection of the Saudi moves and its attempt to impose a new reality, especially since the mobilizations come prior to the return of Rashad al-Alimi, President of the Riyadh-formed "Presidential Council", according to the sources.
President of the STC’s Negotiations Affairs Unit, Nasser al-Khubaji, threatened to prevent al-Alimi’s return.

[IsraelTimes] The IDF has pressed on with an anti-terror offensive in the West Bank.
In arrests raids across the West Bank early Wednesday, troops detained 12 wanted Paleostinians, and seized several firearms. At least Paleos are wanted somewhere
During the arrest of a terror suspect in the village of Nabi Saleh, the IDF said troops fired at Paleostinians hurling stones and cinder blocks at them. The PA Health Ministry said one person was injured.
[IsraelTimes] IDF says troops began suspect arrest procedure after spotting Raafat Issa, 29, ’sabotaging’ fence near village of ’Anin, west of Jenin
A Paleostinian man allegedly damaging the northern West Bank security barrier on Wednesday afternoon was rubbed out by Israeli troops, the military and Paleostinian health officials said.
The official Paleostinian news agency Wafa, citing Red Islamic Thingy medical officials, said 29-year-old Raafat Issa was shot while close to the security barrier near the village of ’Anin, west of the city of Jenin.
The Israel Defense Forces said Issa was spotted by troops stationed in the area as he was allegedly "sabotaging" the fence.
"The forces began a suspect arrest procedure that included shooting," the IDF said, adding that Issa was hit by the gunfire. The IDF did not say if Issa was armed or had attempted to enter Israeli territory.
He was treated by army medics at the scene before being handed over to the Red Islamic Thingy to be taken to a hospital in Jenin.
The Paleostinian Authority said Issa, from the village of Sanur south of Jenin, died of his wounds.
Until recently, thousands of Paleostinians laborers would enter Israel every day through gaps in the fence for work.
But beginning earlier this year, the IDF dispatched thousands of troops to areas along the barrier to prevent Paleostinians from crossing into Israel after a series of attacks carried out by people taking advantage of the breaches.
Several Paleostinians have been killed in recent months attempting to illegally cross through gaps in the security barrier, which takes the form of a wall in some places and a barbed wire fence in others.

[IsraelTimes] Military announces intention to demolish Udai Tamimi’s Shuafat refugee camp home, a month after attack in which Sgt. Noa Lazar was killed
The Israel Defense Forces said Wednesday it would demolish the Jerusalem home of a Paleostinian gunman who killed an Israeli soldier at a checkpoint near the capital last month.
Udai Tamimi is accused of killing Sgt. Noa Lazar, 18, and seriously wounding a civilian guard on October 8 at a checkpoint near the Shuafat refugee camp in East Jerusalem.
Tamimi expeditiously departed at a goodly pace and was killed while attempting to commit another attack at a checkpoint near the entrance of the West Bank settlement city of Ma’aleh Adumim on October 19. One security guard was lightly hurt.
Israel regularly demolishes the homes of Paleostinians accused of carrying out deadly terror attacks as a matter of policy. The efficacy of the policy has been hotly debated even within the Israeli security establishment, while human rights When they're defined by the state or an NGO they don't mean much... activist muppets denounce the practice as unjust collective punishment.
An appeal can be submitted against the planned demolition of the home, located in the Shuafat refugee camp in East Jerusalem, but such attempts rarely succeed.
Earlier this week, Paleostinian media accused the Jerusalem municipality of demolishing a bakery outside the camp as an act of retribution against Tamimi’s family.
The municipality denied the charge, saying it was unaware that the building was reportedly being rented out by the gunman’s family, and that demolition orders had been issued as far back as 2014.
Tamimi’s father, Kamal Tamimi, told al-Jazeera that he had no knowledge of his son’s plans, but was "proud of him." He added that he and members of his family received threats that their homes and businesses would be demolished.
Israel’s policy is only to demolish homes, or parts of a home specifically used by Paleostinians who carry out deadly terror attacks, and never businesses.
On Monday, prosecutors filed indictments against two East Jerusalem men for supplying Tamimi with the gun used in the attacks.
The condition of the seriously maimed guard in the attack, 30-year-old David Morel, has since improved and he was transferred to a rehabilitation center on Tuesday.
[IsraelTimes] Military says Palestinians fired from passing vehicle at soldiers operating near Israeli town of Ma’ale Gilboa.
Palestinian gunmen opened fire at Israeli troops operating along the northern West Bank security barrier on Tuesday night, without causing any injuries, the military said.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, the gunmen opened fire from a passing vehicle at troops operating between the Palestinian village of Faqqua and the Israeli town of Ma’ale Gilboa.
The military said the troops returned fire at the gunmen as they fled. No Israeli soldiers were hurt in the attack.
It was unclear if the troops’ gunfire hit the fleeing gunmen. The military said it had launched a manhunt for the suspects.
The shooting came at a time of rising violence in the West Bank, particularly in the northern region, as Palestinian gunmen have repeatedly targeted military posts, troops operating along the West Bank security barrier, Israeli settlements and civilians on the roads.
However, the number of shootings has decreased in recent weeks, following major gains by the IDF against the Nablus-based Lion’s Den terror group, which had claimed responsibility for near-nightly shooting attacks.
The IDF meanwhile has pressed on with an anti-terror offensive in the West Bank.
[HODHODYEMENNEWS] A Palestinian youngster named Mahdi Hashash was martyred and more than 55 young men were wounded by Israeli occupation forces’ live fire during a predawn military raid in Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus city.
Mahdi Hashash, aged 17, succumbed to serious wounds he sustained in his stomach after being shot by Israeli occupation forces, as per the Palestinian Red Crescent.
The Zionist forces, accompanied by settlers, both of them in large numbers, stormed Al-Quds and Amman Streets in the vicinity of Qaber Youssef east of Nablus.
The military shot live ammunition at the Palestinians and heavily deployed tear gas and stun grenades, leading to the martyrdom of 17-year-old Mahdi Hashash.
Israel’s execution of Palestinians is neither new nor shocking. However, Israeli forces have significantly escalated the killing and repression of Palestinians in recent days.
Although the Zionist shoot-to-kill policy has frequently resulted in the killing of Palestinians without any justification, new military instructions has made pulling the trigger even easier for the soldiers, shielding them from any accountability.
Since the beginning of 2022, the Israeli occupation has killed 100 Palestinians in the West Bank alone, according to the United Nations.
[IsraelTimes] Member of al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades apparently killed by homemade bomb exploding prematurely; military arrests 12 terror suspects in overnight West Bank raids
Paleostinian button men opened fire toward Jewish worshipers, including current and future politicians, visiting Joseph’s Tomb on the outskirts of the West Bank city of Nablus in the early hours of Wednesday.
Israeli troops returned fire at the button men, according to the military and Paleostinian reports.
A Paleostinian teenager was killed amid the clash, apparently due to an bomb he was holding exploding prematurely.
According to the Paleostinian Authority Health Ministry, 15-year-old Mahdi Hashash died after being seriously injured by shrapnel across his body, and not by gunfire.
The Israel Defense Forces said troops had shot up the teen while he was placing an bomb in the area.
Hashash was claimed by the al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades terror group, which is loosely tied to the Fatah party of PA President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas ...aka Abu Mazen, a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial. While no Yasser Arafat, he has his own brand of evil, just a little more lowercase.... , as a member.
A group of armed Paleostinians in the nearby Balata refugee camp had issued a threat on social media on Tuesday, warning its members would attack any entry of Israelis to the tomb area.
Joseph’s Tomb is located inside Area A of the West Bank, which is officially under complete PA control, though the Israeli military conducts activities there. The IDF bars Israeli citizens from entering Area A without prior authorization.
Joseph’s Tomb is revered by some as the final resting place of the biblical Joseph. Visits to Joseph’s Tomb by Orthodox Israelis take place on a monthly basis, if not more frequently, and almost always spark violent clashes with Palestinian locals when the IDF enters Nablus beforehand to secure the area for the arrival of the hardline pilgrims.
Eight current and incoming lawmakers participated in Wednesday’s visit, including Likud MKs Idit Silman, Boaz Bismuth, Amichai Chickli and Nissim Vatouri; Shas MK Yoni Mashriki; Otzma Yehudit MKs Almog Cohen and Limor Son Har Melech; and Religious Zionism MK Ohad Tal.
Samaria Regional Council chairman Yossi Dagan, who also participated in the visit, said he expects the new government, expected to be the most right-wing ever, to “stop the persecution against settlers” and settlement construction in the West Bank.
The IDF said a military drone crashed in Nablus during the escort of worshipers to the tomb. No sensitive information was lost due to the crash and there was no risk of intelligence being taken from the device, the army said.

A drone targeted tank trucks on the Iraq-Syrian borders, a security source reported.
The source told Shafaq News agency that 23 tank trucks were heading out of al-Qaim border crossing to Syria, noting that the moment the first two trucks entered the Syrian territory, they were targeted.
The remaining 21 tanks were kept inside Iraqi territory.
The tank trucks probably came from Iran ...Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979... and were heading to Lebanon Hezbollahstan ...The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years. [IsraelTimes] US denies involvement while Jerusalem remains mum as per its policy; Iranian state TV claims trucks were carrying fuel to Lebanon Hezbollahstan ...a formerly French, now an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. ... , but others claim weapons were also being shipped
Israel was accused Wednesday of carrying out a series of overnight Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s on a convoy near the Syria-Iraq border that left at least 10 people dead, including a number of Iranian fighters.
There has been no claim of responsibility for the strikes on a series of trucks as they crossed into Syria from Iraq at the al-Qaim crossing shortly before midnight Tuesday. The trucks were reportedly carrying fuel and possibly weapons from Iran ...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence... to Lebanon.
A report Wednesday from The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the attack, said Israel was behind the strikes, leaving 10 people dead, including an unknown number of Iranians.
Lebanese news outlet al-Mayadeen, seen as close to Shiite terror group Hezbollah, also blamed Israel for the attack.
The Lebanese report said two fuel tankers were targeted in the strikes and claimed there were no deaths. It cited unnamed sources on the ground.
The Israeli army refused to comment on the incident, in line with its general policy not to confirm involvement in specific strikes.
Israel has allegedly carried out hundreds of strikes on targets inside government-controlled parts of Syria in recent years, but rarely acknowledges or discusses such operations. It has acknowledged, however, that it targets arms shipments and posts of Iran-allied bully boy groups, such as Lebanon’s terrorist Hezbollah group.
Asked about the strike Wednesday MK Ram Ben Barak, head of the Knesset’s powerful Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee said only that Israel was "very determined to safeguard Israel’s security."
"We won’t allow Hezbollah to be armed with materiel of this type or others. We’ll do whatever is needed to prevent it," he said.
From its base in Beirut, Hezbollah said it had nothing to do with the convoy that was attacked.
Most alleged Israeli strikes have been focused on areas of Syria closer to Damascus or the country’s center, though it has been accused of carrying out attacks outside that area as well, including in Deir el-Zour, where the attack took place.
The airstrikes, shortly before midnight Tuesday, hit tanker trucks carrying fuel and other trucks carrying weapons for the militias in Syria’s eastern province of Deir el-Zour, according to the Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, an opposition war monitor. At least 14 people, most of them militiamen, were killed in the strike, said the monitor, which has been accused of inflating casualty tolls in the past.
The Deir Ezzor 24, an activist muppet collective, reported three airstrikes targeting Iran-backed militias in the Syrian border town of Boukamal and nearby areas. It had no immediate word on casualties.
Earlier, members of Iraqi paramilitary groups operating in the area said an airstrike on a convoy carrying fuel across the Iraqi border into Syria killed at least 10 people late Tuesday. The strike hit a convoy of about 15 trucks that had crossed into Syria near the town of al-Qaim, two paramilitary officers told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named.
It was unclear where the convoy was coming from, but the officers said some of those killed were Iranian nationals. The officers spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the strikes with news hounds.
