[FOXNEWS] An elderly pro-life volunteer in Michigan was shot in the shoulder while canvassing a neighborhood to discuss an child sacrifice abortion ballot proposal, according to the Right to Life of Michigan.
The "victim said that she was shot in the back/shoulder while leaving a residence during a heated conversation, and that the man who shot her was not a part of her conversation," the pro-life group wrote in a blurb Saturday. The unidentified woman is 83-years-old, according to police, though the Right to Life of Michigan identified her as 84 years old in the blurb.
The woman was canvassing a neighborhood in Lake Odessa to discuss the state’s vote on Proposal 3, which would protect child sacrifice abortion access in the state. The state will vote on the proposal on Nov. 8 on the general election ballot.
"The victim does not know the identity or motive of her shooter. The victim is still recovering from her gunshot wound and wishes to remain anonymous while the criminal investigation proceeds," the Michigan Right to Life press release stated.

[via CFP] Governor Greg Abbott today issued an executive order designating Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations and instructing the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to take immediate action to keep Texans safe amid the growing national fentanyl crisis. At a roundtable discussion and press conference in Midland today, the Governor also sent a letter to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris requesting federal terrorist classifications for the Sinaloa Cartel and Jalisco New Generation Cartel, as well as other cartels producing and distributing deadly fentanyl. Does this mean they can be shot on sight? Asking for a friend.
[Hasht-e-Subh Daily] Local sources in Ghazni report that the Taliban ...Arabic for students... destroyed the poppy fields after encamping and collecting opium sap in this province.
Local sources in Ghazni report that on Friday, September 23, the Taliban started destroying poppy fields in the Gilan district of this province, while they had already collected the crops two weeks ago.
According to sources, the local Taliban are involved in the planting, production, and trafficking of narcotics, and have dramatically destroyed harvested fields after collecting the harvest to avoid being criticized.
It is said that dozens of acres of land had been allocated for poppy cultivation this year under the nose of the Taliban without any fear, but receiving support from the local commanders in several districts of Ghazni province.
Meanwhile, ...back at the wrecked scow, Agent 49 felt gingerly for his head. It was still there. He had been hoping differently... the Taliban’s anti-narcotics administration in Ghazni has announced the beginning of the campaign to destroy poppy fields in this province while they have already collected the products from the fields.
Destroying and complaining against poppy cultivation in this season of the year while the harvest is already collected and transported to the markets is nothing more than throwing dust in the eyes and playing politics.

Zardari in a recent interview with FRANCE 24 said the Islamic Emirate has not fulfilled their promises to the international community, and this had precluded recognition of their government.
"It would help the government of Afghanistan gain legitimacy and perhaps a path to recognition if they were to live up to those expectations, one of which is female education," said Zardari, as TOLOnews quoted.
"Now, our Afghan neighbors do say that as far as primary education is concerned they allow girls to go to primary schools...what we are waiting for is secondary education," he elaborated.

[HODHODYEMENNEWS] The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) on Friday organized an angry protest, denouncing the continued presence of Islah snuffies in Hadramout ...the formerly independent Qu'aiti state and sultanate, annexed by Communist South Yemen in 1968, encompassing a region along the Gulf of Aden, extending eastwards to the borders of the Dhofar region of Oman. The people are called Hadhramis and speak Hadhrami Arabic. The city Tarimis is estimated to contain the highest concentration of descendants of the Prophet Muhammad (PTUI) anywhere in the world, approximately seven in every square yard... province, eastern Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... Hundreds of the STC’s supporters staged an angry demonstration in the Taris area of the city of Seiyun, during which they demanded the expulsion of the "First Military Region" snuffies from Wadi Hadhramaut.
In the rally, the demonstrators rolled their eyes, jumped up and down, and hollered poorly rhymed slogans real loud against the presence of Islah snuffies in the districts of the province, and called for the deployment of elements of the "Hadrami elite".
In recent days, the districts of Wadi Hadramaut have witnessed many local demonstrations demanding the exit of the Islah snuffies from all the districts, amid accusations that their leaders support and finance terrorist elements.
The UAE is seeking to impose its control over the oil plateau in eastern Yemen, through its militias, to uproot the Islah party, Yemeni branch of Moslem Brüderbund", from the southern provinces, amid demands from "STC" activists to designate it as a "terrorist group".
[An Nahar] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... 's currency fell to a record low against the dollar before a central bank meeting on interest rates Thursday.
The lira traded at a low of 18.38 against the dollar, past the previous record low of 18.36 in December, before recovering to about 18.36.
Turkey has been following President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really more important... 's unorthodox belief that high interest rates cause high inflation while much of the world is increasing their policy rates to combat inflation.
The Ottoman Turkish central bank last month lowered its benchmark rate by 100 points to 13%. Official statistics released earlier in September showed annual inflation at 80.21%. Official statistics. So what's the real rate? 120%? 200%?
Last year, the currency kept hitting record lows as the central bank lowered interest rates from 19%. When it finally hit 18.36 against the dollar, Erdogan announced extraordinary measures that he claimed would safeguard the lira.
The government encouraged people to swap their dollars for the lira and place them in a deposit account that would give the interest rate plus any lira depreciation against the dollar. Though the lira rebounded after that announcement to a high of 11.09, it steadily declined this year.

[IsraelTimes] Paleostinian Authority President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas ...aka Abu Mazen, a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial. While no Yasser Arafat, he has his own brand of evil, just a little more lowercase.... meets with UK Prime Minister Liz Truss on the sidelines of the United Nations ...the Oyster Bay money pit... General Assembly.
The meeting comes a day after Truss said she was looking to move the British Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
Interesting. Could this accidental prime minister actually fulfill the hopes that Boris Johnson failed?
A statement from Abbas says the two discussed "issues of mutual interest." translated: "Give us money"
[IsraelTimes] Prime Minister Yair Lapid moves on to the section of the speech that has been stirring up headlines over the past 24 hours — peace with the Paleostinians.
"An agreement with the Paleostinians, based on two states for two peoples, is the right thing for Israel’s security, for Israel’s economy, and for the future of our children," Lapid declares.
The prime minister says that most Israelis support a two-state solution. "I am one of them," he declares.
Israel has a condition, however: "That a future Paleostinian state will be a peaceful one. That it will not become another terror base from which to threaten the well-being and the very existence of Israel. That we will have the ability to protect the security of all the citizens of Israel, at all times."
"You can ask us to live according to the values in the UN Charter," he says, "but you cannot ask us to die for them."
Lapid reminds the chamber that Israel left Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... in 2005, and has been met with over 20,000 rockets, not with peace.
He says that Israel is ready to lift restrictions on Gaza "tomorrow morning," and help build their economy.
"We only have one condition. Stop firing rockets and missiles at our children."
Lapid also names the Israeli civilians being held by Hamas, one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede, in Gaza, and the soldiers whose bodies have not been returned to Israel.
"Put down your weapons, bring home our children who are being held in captivity — Hadar and Oron, may their memory be a blessing; Avera and Hisham, who are still alive — and we will build your economy together." So, that's a hard NO
[IsraelTimes] Israel is set to issue another 1,500 work permits for Paleostinians living in Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... , raising the total number of Gazooks working in the country to 17,000.
Israel’s military liaison to the Paleostinians, widely known by its acronym COGAT, says the policy change is contingent on continued "security stability" between Israel and Gaza.
The move will begin next week, after Rosh Hashanah, COGAT says.
The Defense Ministry has signed off on a tentative plan to eventually raise the number of Gaza permits to 20,000, a policy that defense officials view as a means of maintaining quiet on the country’s southern front.
The Gaza Strip has been blockaded by both Israel and Egypt for over 15 years in an attempt to contain the enclave’s Hamas, a regional Iranian catspaw, rulers. Israel says the tight restrictions on goods and people are necessary for national security.
Critics lament the blockade’s impact on ordinary Gazooks, around 50 percent of whom are unemployed, according to the Paleostinian Central Bureau of Statistics. The sky-high poverty rates make employment in Israel an attractive option to those lucky enough to receive permits.
