Doutbful, Darth - this article helpfully notes Truss voted to remain in the EU, among other indicators; that's a big red flag in my book. She looks like another go along to get along type, with that slow climb up the ladder of UK politics.
A federal judge authorized the appointment of a special master to review records seized from President Donald Trump’s Florida residence by the FBI in a raid last month.
That independent third party will examine "the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney-client and/or executive privilege," the judge wrote.
Trump had asked for a special master to be appointed weeks after the Aug. 8 raid of his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach.
The search found more than 10,000 government documents, a number of which were highly classified.
Judge Aileen Cannon at the same time temporarily blocked the Department of Justice from reviewing or using the seized material for investigative purposes, until the special master’s examination of the documents is completed, or until a further court order.
That independent third party will examine “the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney-client and/or executive privilege,” Cannon wrote in her order in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Cannon said her order would not impede an ongoing review of classified documents found at Trump’s residence and the assessment of any possible damage on U.S. intelligence by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
The judge, who was appointed by Trump, in her ruling nodded at the fact that the Aug. 8 raid at Mar-a-Lago was the first time that law enforcement authorities had ever searched the residence of a former president as part of a criminal probe of that person.
As Trump’s lawyers argued at a court hearing last week, Cannon wrote, “the investigation and treatment of a former president is of unique interest to the general public, and the country is served best by an orderly
process that promotes the interest and perception of fairness.”
Cannon ordered the DOJ and Trump’s lawyers to confer and jointly submit a list of proposed special master candidates by Friday. She also told them to outline what they believe should be the special master’s duties and limitations, as well as the watchdog’s compensation.

Former US Attorney General William Barr, who was appointed by Trump, questioned the usefulness of such an appointment.

It’s been almost a month since the FBI unlawfully raided and ransacked President Donald J. Trump’s Florida home, but the Bureau’s agents of evil are still, for reasons easily imagined, skulking near Mar-a-Lago and other areas in Palm Beach.
Persons on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago security detail told Real Raw News that Palm Beach has seen an influx of feds since the August 8 incursion on Trump’s property. The feds, they said, stick out like a sore thumb despite trying to remain inconspicuous. Donned in the somber elegance of black suits and ties, agents driving black SUVs and wielding cameras with telephoto lenses the size of an elephant’s trunk have been pulling up alongside Mar-a-Lago’s gates and snapping photos—not only of the estate but also of the Trump supporters who flocked to south Florida in protest of the FBI’s attack on him.
Several times each day, an obsidian Ford Expedition or GMC Denali slows to a crawl outside 1100 S. Ocean Blvd. The visually impenetrable tinted windows lower and in the opening appears the snoot of a camera lens. If Trump backers are present, the vehicles linger until the agents within have photographed everyone on scene. The camera lenses retract, the windows roll up, and the SUVs disappear—only to return hours later.
The feds have not limited themselves to just staking out Mar-a-Lago. BiCE Ristorante is an upscale Italian eatery a few miles north of Mar-a-Lago. It is often frequented by both guests and dignitaries staying at Trump’s property. According to a senior member of Trump’s security detail, FBI agents wearing Ray-ban Smart Glasses—sunglasses able to capture audio and video—have been spotted at the restaurant at all hours of the day.
“These guys sit at a table all day ordering cups and cups of black coffee—but order no food. Their outfits and mannerisms betray them. They’re there from open to close listening for any talk of Trump. It’s nuts. If anyone shows up wearing MAGA attire, they immediately put focus on them,” our source said.
The FBI has also been seen at less affluent cafés. City Diner, a retro lunch & dinner establishment with a 1950s vibe, is often visited by Mar-a-Lago staffers, people who cannot afford meals that cost hundreds of dollars.
“They’re there all right, wearing the J.C. Penny suits scoping out who comes in and out. Last week, I saw two feds sitting at a table. I walked up to them, said hello, and politely asked if they were tourists or from out of town because, well, they didn’t fit in. I was very nonchalant. They told me they were marine biologists studying dolphin migrations in the area, an obvious lie,” our source said.
Moreover, the feds are taking photos and video of Palm Beach homes with pro-Trump paraphernalia—lawn banners and flags, and in some cases trespassing on private property to remove them.
“We’ve heard many reports from citizens claiming men in SUVs parked outside their homes and began taking pictures of properties. At least three told us that men came out of their vehicles and pulled lawn signs in support of Trump,” our source said.
It’s unknown whether the homeowners have ties to or are friends of President Trump, who has spent most of his time since the raid at Trump Towers in New York.
“This is a vindictive crusade against Trump and his supporters,” our source said. “They won’t get in Mar-a-Lago again, with or without an illegal search warrant. If they try, there’s a surprise waiting for them.”

Claimed the raid and timing wasn’t political.
They said special council wasn’t necessary as they knew what was in the docs or already read them.
They are apparently waiting until after midterms to do anything.

Quickly noted the special, misleading wording used of: "...11,000 government documents and photographs..."
Everyone, quick, do a mental count of how many photos do you have around the house.
Now wonder how many a US President over 4 years collects from events & etc.
OR, Is it possible the FBI collected photographic evidence where Trump had the proverbial "Duck Photo" of certain DC Swamper's or their Treasonous dealings.
"Duck Photo" A term coined by Jay Mann (RIP) of an Augusta, Ga TV Investigative team, back in 1978. A non-debateable photo, usually of a Political person caught doing something lewd and lascivious in front of a group of witnesses watching, all while in front of a Major Newspaper's main entrance.

No problemo, Chris. 😁 We would be happy to have her. Maybe even educate her a bit. I'll bet every ambassador to India has fond memories but nothing to show for furthering any leftist interest. Firstly we keep them fed on such hot diversity, they practically live in the lavatory. The little time they get to do their handshakes and speeches, they are loaded with garlands, made to sit through dances, bollywood celebrities, a lot of sentiment about loyalty to country and gods... by the time they leave they have a clear sense of having achieved much personally. But they never get to any agenda as it were. Status quo. India wrote the book on maintaining it.
Remember, the Deep State has had time to work on its Plane crash solution. What's to say she gets an Asst. Ukraine Ambassador position instead?
