Donald Trump-appointed FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill Thursday
It comes after Chuck Grassley, the committee's ranking Republican, revealed recently that he heard from whistleblowers in the FBI and DOJ
The whistleblowers alleged the FBI had planned in 2020 to classify negative information about Hunter Biden as 'disinformation'
At the time, Grassley and then-Senate Oversight Committee Chair Ron Johnson were looking into Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings in China and Ukraine
Wray would not answer directly when Grassley asked him to commit to not pursuing the whistleblowers' identities but said he's against retaliation

As I commented when this first happened, note the absence of any mention of the Napa Sheriff's Office or the Deputy who was first on the scene.
I wonder why?
Except from the Napa Sheriff's Department policy Manual:
"501.4.5 TRAFFIC COLLISIONS ON ROADWAYS OR HIGHWAYS
Traffic collision reports shall be taken when they occur on a roadway or highway within the
jurisdiction of this department where we have traffic enforcement authority under any of the
following circumstances:
(a) When there is a death or injury to any persons involved in the collision
(b) When a Hit and Run occurs (Vehicle Code § 20002)
(c) When a report is requested by any involved driver
(d) When there is damage to city property or vehicles"
[Mil News] An apparent internal FBI document that leaked Tuesday lists the Betsy Ross American flag, the Gadsden "Don’t Tread on Me" flag, symbols of the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, and other imagery as symbols of "Militia Violent Extremists" or MVEs.
The purported FBI documents were published by the undercover journalism organization Project Veritas, which said it obtained the document from a whistleblower in the FBI.
The document is labeled "Unclassified/Law Enforcement Sensitive" and contains the "FBI Internal Use Only" disclaimer. The document states "the following symbols are used by Anti-Government or Anti-Authority Violent Extremists, specifically Militia Violent Extremists."

What's next? Going after soccer mom's and parents of school-age children? Oh, I forgot they already have considered that. How about firing Wray and Garland?

“The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone.”

Have already told my wife that I'll be very active in the fight against monkeypox.
No sex with other men (not that I ever have. But I'm not starting now.)

Washington D.C. had highest per capita infection rate back in mid July.
Also, worldwide as of late July 99% of all infected are men.

The LA City Council voted 11-3 to prohibit homeless camps within 500 feet of schools and day-care centers on Tuesday, which will need a second vote next week to pass
School district officials said there were 120 homeless encampments set up near schools over the past year as they cited unsafe conditions for the children
The vote came after protests inside City Hall over the measure as demonstrators shouted at the city council members
City Council President Nury Martinez called it 'incredibly disturbing'
[Gateway] Earlier today dirtbag FBI Director Christopher Wray admitted that the supervisor who headed the agency’s Detroit Field Office when FBI operatives allegedly entrapped people into planning to kidnap Michigan’s governor is currently in charge of the D.C. Field Office.
Director Wray told Senator Ted Cruz, "[Steven M.] D’Antuono was the special agent in charge of the ... Detroit field office and is now the assistant director in charge of the Washington field office."
Steven D’Antuono was leading the Michigan Whitmer entrapment scheme that was concocted by the FBI to damage Donald Trump, make wretched Governor Whitmer look sympathetic, and to ruin the lives of several poor Michigan men in order to prop up the Democrat Party.
[NYPOST] Former Puerto Rico Gov. Wanda Vázquez was arrested Thursday in a bribery scheme in which she allegedly pushed out a high-ranking government official in exchange for more than $300,000 to help her 2020 campaign.
Vázquez, 62, is accused of working out the bribes with conspirators who included a former FBI agent, a Venezuelan Italian bank owner and a political consultant, according to the Department of Justice.
“Public corruption erodes the people’s trust in our institutions and fuels civil unrest,” Joseph González, special agent in charge of the FBI San Juan Field Office, said in a statement.
“No one is above the law and the victim of this crime, the People, deserve better.”
Vázquez, the second woman to serve as Puerto Rico’s governor, was elected in 2019 after mass protests forced her predecessor from office — and she once listed fighting corruption as a top priority for her administration in an interview with the Associated Press.
But the DOJ said Vázquez agreed to accept a bribe in exchange for replacing the head of Puerto Rico’s Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, which was scrutinizing an international bank operating in San Juan.

[ZeroHedge] "What is more bearish to the market is this notion that gasoline demand is falling away; we think that's a very mistaken notion based on very crooked numbers from the [DOE] weekly data set... The way that the numbers are computed leaves significant room for error. We are supposed to believe that in July, in the middle of driving season we are only using 8.6 million barrels per day. That would be down half a million barrels a day from May of this year; that would be below the Covid low of 2020. So we ask all the refiners, we ask all the retailers, we ask everybody that reported earnings this season. Every single one of them tells you that their sales are not down materially from even pre-covid days. Some report record high sales."

I trust the DOE like I trust the FBI. Pretty much what the article is about, if you read it.
[ZEROHEDGE] Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has suspended State Attorney Andrew Warren for 'picking and choosing which laws to enforce based on his personal agenda,' and has appointed Susan Lopez as his replacement during the suspension.
Warren, who had served the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, has most recently refused to follow state policy criminalizing child sacrifice abortion in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade - and repeatedly refused to enforce laws cracking down on child sex-change surgeries, according to DeSantis.
The liberal state attorney also declined to prosecute 67 protesters arrested in George Floyd demonstrations, and said in 2017 that he would only pursue the death penalty "in the very worst cases," and not where "mental illness played a role."
"We are suspending Soros-backed 13th circuit state attorney Andrew Warren for neglecting his duties as he pledges not to uphold the laws of the state," DeSantis' office said in a statement, per Fox News.
Update: DeSantis sent state police to physically remove Warren from his office, "with access only to retrieve his personal belongings, and (ii) to ensure that no files, papers, documents, notes, records, computers, or removable storage media are removed from the Office of the State Attorney..."
DeSantis made the announcement at a Thursday presser surrounded by Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and others.
"The constitution of Florida has vested the veto power in the governor, not in individual state attorneys," DeSantis said. "so, when you flagrantly violate your oath of office .. when you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty and you have neglected your duty, and you are displaying a lack of competence to be able to perform those duties," he continued.
"And so today we are suspending state attorney Andrew Warren, effective immediately," DeSantis concluded to applause.

If he wanted any files he would have taken them already.
But nowadays a person can purchase 32gb mem-chips the size of a small finger nail. You'd have to strip search him & MRI him head to toe and back, just to at least 60% certain.
If he is as FAR LEFT as we hear? Alot of cases are in jepordy.
[THECONSERVATIVETREEHOUSE] Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema has announced her support for the senate climate change spending and tax proposal after some modifications to the new taxation.
To support the hedge fund donors, Senator Sinema insisted the carried interest loophole tax provision be removed and instead replaced with a corporate tax on stock buybacks. Any time a corporation wants to buy back their own shares of stock, they will now pay the U.S. government a tax for doing so; at least that’s the ¹intent.

BEIJING (AP) — China says it is canceling or suspending dialogue with the U.S. on issues from climate change to military relations and anti-drug efforts in retaliation for a visit this week to Taiwan by U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
The measures announced Friday are the latest in a promised series of steps intended to punish Washington for allowing the visit to the island it claims as its own territory to be annexed by force if necessary. China is holding threatening military exercises in six zones off Taiwan’s coasts.
Missiles were also fired over Taiwan, defense officials told state media. China opposes the self-governing island having its own engagements with foreign governments.
The Foreign Ministry said dialogue between area commanders and defense department heads would be canceled, along with talks on military maritime safety. Cooperation on returning illegal immigrants, criminal investigations, transnational crime, illegal drugs and climate change would be suspended, the ministry said.

China doesn't have to attempt to punish the US economically, but they sure can f**k with Taiwan which, indirectly, will affect the US/West.

If China was such a great nation, the future of the world, they wouldn't spend so much time and energy and bluster over Taiwan. They're scared, because they're weak and failing internally, and they need the distraction.

It would be a very pleasant surprise, just like it was with the USSR, to see the Chinese Communist Party lose its grip but I'm not holding my breath waiting for it. For decades I've heard stories of internal divisions and strife but somehow the commie bastards keep running the show. If they have to crack a few heads they will.

Frank G, The Chinese are terrified of rebellions growing and toppling dynasties. They "only" hate and fear the barbarians beyond the borders. The mere existence of Taiwan taps into this existential dread.
[ZERO] Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema - the lone Democrat holdout on the Biden administration's revamped reconciliation bill - has finally signed off on it, after Democrats agreed to preserve the so-called carried interest loophole that allows investment managers (like her former bosses) to shield the majority of their income from higher taxes.

What the conspiracy theorists — and the conspirators — miss is that money is only one factor, and only sometimes works as intended. Still, the money pouring into the economy will continue flowing up and down to the benefit of all. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... area that it backed failed to win his Tuesday primary.
