[Breitbart] Glenn Beck said on Wednesday’s edition of his eponymous radio program that Peter Schweizer’s latest book, Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win, reveals how President Joe Biden "is compromised on almost every front" with respect to his family’s financial ties to China and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Beck interviewed Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute and host of the Drill Down podcast, about some of the book’s revelations. He contrasted false left-wing news media and Democrat narratives of former President Donald Trump’s "compromise" by the Russian government with the Biden family’s dealings with China. Beck said:
[Babylon Bee] Trans woman Amy Schneider's winning streak on Jeopardy has ended. Despite holding the record for Jeopardy’s highest-earning female contestant ever, Schneider was defeated after being confounded by the clue, ’this gender has two X chromosomes.'
"I knew I was in trouble as soon as I saw the category of ’Grade School Biology’," said Schneider. "I avoided the category until the very end, as basic biology has never been my strong suit."
Many in the audience saw the disaster coming a mile ahead. "What was Amy thinking betting so much in Final Jeopardy under that category?" said Daniele Dacus, a fan of Amy’s. "You never bet that high on such a complicated, theoretical subject, where so little of that field is understood."
Sources claim that the host even gave a clue that ’this is one of 2 genders’, but Amy still did not get the question correct. Amy started to answer the question by writing, "What is different and unique to each person based upon how they identify, because gender is a complex subject with no definitive answ—." but ran out of room. Consequently, Rhone Talsma was declared the winner by writing "What is Female?"
At publishing time, Rhone Talsma has been asked to renounce his win or else be labeled a transphobic bigot for the rest of his life.

Maybe ask AOC - who wants to stop oil and gas production - why she wants people to starve...
[Epoch Times] Most Americans oppose the notion that Russia can simply dictate the future of Ukraine.
Yet Americans also grudgingly accept that Ukraine was often historically part of Russia. During World War II, it was the bloody scene of joint Russian-Ukrainian sacrifices—over 5 million killed—to defeat the Nazi German invasion.
Americans publicly support NATO.
Yet most Americas privately worry that NATO has become diplomatically impotent and a military mirage—a modern League of Nations.
The second-largest NATO member, Turkey, is closer to Russia than to the United States. Its people poll anti-American.
Germany is NATO’s richest European member and the power behind the European Union. Yet Germany will soon be dependent on imported Russian natural gas for much of its energy needs.
In a recent Pew Research Center poll, 70 percent of Germans voiced a desire for more cooperation with Russia. Most Americans poll the exact opposite.
Worse, 60 percent of Germans oppose going to the aid of any NATO country in time of war. Over 70 percent of Germans term their relationship with the United States as "bad."
We can translate all these disturbing results in the following manner: The German and Turkish people like or trust Russia more than they do their own NATO patron, America.
With Putin’s nemesis, Trump, gone, Russia assumes the appeasement years of the Obama-Biden administration are back again. As in 2014, once more Putin is moving against his neighbors.
Finally, there is the unfortunate role of recent Ukrainian government officials. Some were deeply involved in greenlighting the Biden family grifting and profiteering to ensure massive American foreign aid.
Some Ukrainian expatriates and current government members worked with the American Left to ensure the first impeachment of Trump.
Now Ukrainians are exasperated that their prior intrusions into domestic American politics have backfired with the disastrous Biden presidency—and his apparent de facto acceptance of an inevitable Russian annexation.
Where does this entire mess leave America?

So my prediction is simple. Iran will go after the UAE in open warfare. Saudi will not fight and we will have to help defend them. This will be the distraction Putin needs to invade and we will be so focused on helping the UAE that the Ukraine falls.

NATO is finished. In the early-mid 1990s, after NATO's reason for existence vanished, the saying was, "NATO must go out of area -- or go out of business." Hence NATO's involvement in the disastrous Afghan War.
Now that war is behind us, and NATO is incapable of responding in a coherent way in its own area. Germany and Turkey are closer to Russia than to us. What is the justification for preserving NATO now?
If we could reach a security agreement with Russia, we wouldn't be subject to Turkish blackmail. We could actually contain China. We might even bring an end to the Syrian mess and finally destroy ISIS.
But Hunter and The Big Guy would need to go back to selling daubings to fund their habits.

With the best will in the world from our side, I don’t see Russia ever viewing America as anything other than a rival or a patsy. At the moment they’re playing us as a patsy.
But yes, NATO needs to be finished. How much longer the EU continues is a separate question.

[REGNUM] Dedicated to the 100th anniversary of jazz in the USSR.
Do you know that in 1936 a big dispute about jazz broke out between the newspapers Pravda and Izvestia, and Izvestia opposed jazz, while Pravda supported jazz?
The Battle of Lanzerath Ridge was fought on December 16, 1944, the first day of the Battle of the Bulge during World War II, near the village of Lanzerath, Belgium, along the key route for the German advance on the northern shoulder of the operation. The American force consisted of two squads totalling 18 men belonging to a reconnaissance platoon and four forward artillery observers, against a German battalion of about 500 paratroopers. During a day-long confrontation, the American defenders inflicted dozens of casualties on the Germans and delayed by almost 20 hours the advance of the entire 1st SS Panzer Division, the spearhead of the German 6th Panzer Army.
Germans?
16 killed
63 wounded
13 missing[1]: 87

[ZERO] This week, my kind friend George Gammon from Rebel Capitalist took the time to answer a couple of exclusive Fringe Finance questions for me. This interview is exclusive to Fringe Finance subscribers.
If you haven’t yet subscribed and want to view this interview, here’s a 22% off coupon that applies for life, to become a subscriber.
George is one of my favorite economic commentators and has been a friend of mine, and my podcast, for years. I often describe his podcast as similar to mine, just more well thought out, more educational and more useful with less childish humor.
I thought it would be a good time to tap into George’s head, given that the last time I spoke to George was well before the current market volatility.
George prepared two, twenty minute-long exclusive videos for my listeners and subscribers where he set out to try and answer the following questions I had asked of him:
[ColinSims] On January 19th, President Biden held a press conference where he supposedly made another "gaffe" in response to a question about how the U.S. would respond to a Russian invasion of Ukraine. Biden said, "I think what you're going to see is that Russia will be held accountable if it invades. And it depends on what it does. It's one thing if it's a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do."
Many observers—particularly in the media—have interpreted Biden’s statement to mean that Russia will face less severe sanctions if it only invades Ukraine a little bit. Countless headlines the next day looked like this one from Newsweek.
However, it is possible that Biden’s "gaffe," for which "top officials" needed to conduct damage control, wasn’t a gaffe at all, but instead part of a calculated effort to goad Russia into Ukraine. I understand that might sound like a preposterous statement initially, but within the wider context of geopolitics, it actually makes sense. So, let us consider some of the global realities that are seldom discussed.

Putin is playing a game of chess here and Biden is throwing darts at the wall. The only reason this is happening is Biden needs to divert attention from his many failures. Should he poke the bear too much he will squander any possible successful outcome. Then we have the Chinese at our border with Canada and Russia at our border in Mexico. Plus the invasion of single men imported for what cause?. Then our forces weakened in so many ways domestically. Our forces now are changing bed pans and adult diapers. I can hear it now, that's not what I signed up for.

"Let's not be blind. If Russia initiates a scenario of any kind it will also initiate action against Nato members."
Action against NATO members does not have to mean direct attacks. Between bought politicians, rent-a-mobs, and cyber-attacks they could cause a lot of delays and confusion while maintaining a bit of deniability.

Action against NATO members does not have to mean direct attacks.
Russian action against NATO goes back to ANTIFA vs Nazis brawling in the streets of Weimar Germany, and continued as a subornation project as soon as NATO was being negotiated post-war.

I'm still betting on Putin being smarter than #FJB, or even any of the evil little people who are pulling #FJBs strings. I still don't believe that Russia will invade.
Oh, and those 7,000 Russian nukes? If Biden and his handlers were smart they'd do everything they could to help Russia so those weapons don't fall into the hands of Chinamen or, worse, Muslims.
Further, after some of Biden's recent gaffes, Zelensky might be thinking he could cut Biden out of the loop and make a better deal with Putin.

If Putin were serious about invading he would have done so a year ago, in a lightning strike, when no one was expecting it. Unlike Pres. Magoo, Putin doesn't telegraph his moves in advance.

I recall hearing something in my youth about "just the tip."
If I don't get 'nuked or eaten by my neighbors, I'll have something to be amazed of for awhile.
Apparently Magoo-Quixote has convinced himself that the windmills are about to attack -- even though level-headed Sancho Zelensky points out that, well, it's not that simple.
