On Friday, the man identified as the suspect behind a fatal shooting in an East Harlem Burger King was officially charged with murder and robbery.
While being taken away from the 25th precinct in handcuffs, 30-year-old Winston Glynn yelled at the crowd that gathered outside, who berated him as he exited the building.
"She gave you the money, man. Why?" One man can be heard asking Glynn.
"You're garbage! You're garbage! You're real garbage, motherf*ker," an onlooker yelled.
At one point, Glynn, who is black, can be heard ranting "Where's our reparations for four hundred years of f*king slavery!"
At another point, Glynn shouted "America is gonna burn!" according to the New York Post.
Early Sunday morning, 19-year-old Kristal Bayron Nieves was working at the Burger King location in East Harlem. Police say that Glynn approached the register in the fast food restaurant and removed $100 from the register. Nieves was behind the counter, according to CBS 2.
"The man demands more money from the register drawer. As Miss Bayron Nieves is scrambling to open the drawer, she doesn't have the key," NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said. "The male fires one shot, striking her and causing her death."
"There was no reason to shoot this young woman. Money had been handed over. She was trying to comply with the gunman's demands," NYPD Chief of Department Kenneth Corey said. "She was killed for no apparent reason."
Glynn, who has four prior arrests, was found in Brooklyn on Thursday night and was taken into custody.
On Friday, police reportedly questioned Glynn, and officially charged him.
Police say that Glynn had previously worked at the Burger King location in 2020, but was not working there the same time as Nieves.
"All indications are that he knew this place well, that he pre-planned the event," said Essig.
"I hope he gets what he deserves," said neighbor June Lloyd."I'm broken hearted for her. Broken hearted. It is so sad in these times you can't go about your everyday life."
Lloyd said the Nieves family moved to the building from Puerto Rico around two years ago and spoke with them in passing. She noted that she has not seen the mother of the teen around the building since the shooting.

Reparation defined:
The process of making amends for a committed wrong.
#8
The deterrent effect of any threat is directly correlated to the perception of its actual use. The liberals in the press, justice and political system have so limited the use of the death penalty that in California, for example, virtually every inmate on death row has died of disease or old age. There are 747 people on death row, and since 1978 a total of 13 have been executed, the last in 2006.
#9
For a Death Penalty to be effective:
1. It MUST be publicly held and exp.
2. It must be timely. <5 yrs.from sentencing.
3. It must be without question correct.
4. It must have a clear simple process for appeal & review that eliminate ANY question.
5. Since a death/murder has occurr then based on FACT WHEATHER IT HAPPEN and no legal technically used as an opppps!
6. Official or advocate withholding evidence must charged as an accomplish to the murder.

We are living through a human behavior experiment when zero bond and limited prosecution shows what happens when you don't set examples. Not executing those who premeditatedly and without remorse murder another plays the same way.

^ Don't forget the relentless attacks and outright prohibition in blue areas from you personally taking serious precautions to defend yourself. Even hurting someone trying to smash your car window as you drive off may land you in jail.

#10 Weare living through a human behavior experiment
Yep. Living through quite a few human experiments, come to think of it. Let's see what happens when...
... violent criminals are set free
... the border is thrown wide open
... we make our economy depend crucially on a rising hostile foreign power
... we allow freaks to teach our children that their angst is due to being "trapped" in the "wrong gender"
... one party ensures that mail-in voting with zero custody chain becomes the norm
... the Fed + feds inject $5 trillion into a supply-constrained economy
... a billion people worldwide are forced to undergo a still-in-development gene therapy that hasn't undergone proper clinical testing with randomized controls.
Experiments are fun. Exciting--thrilling, even.
What could go wrong?

As I recollect in England, if someone invades your home, you should retreat to a bedroom or exit out the back and let them do as they please. You're not allowed to defend yourself, except maybe if you are personally attacked.
The police go around at night rattling your doors and windows to be sure they are locked.

And if you just give up your life to an armed robber, carjacker or home invader without a fight, maybe St. Peter will say "You did the right thing, come on in."
Or maybe he won't.

Lol, I wouldn't recommend that here in the US. It amazes me that the authorities choose to spend time harassing the law abiding rather than patrolling the area in search of law breakers.
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Central Bank of Afghanistan- Da Afghanistan Bank- in a statement on Thursday, January 13, 2022, said that ATM services by commercial banks in the country will be resumed.
The services stalled after the IEA regained power on August 15 last year and are now supposed to be operational back from Saturday, January 15 on.
Da Afghanistan Bank in the statement said that the decision was made after a series of talks with commercial banks and the union of banks.
Based on the decision, Automatic Tailor Machines (ATMs) of commercial banks in specific areas will be available for customers. Tailor? That's why they didn't work...
"Da Afghanistan Bank is striving to return banking system and services to normal and reactivating ATMs is a good news for people that will bring further facilities." Reads the statement.
The Central Bank did not disclose the amount of money one can withdraw from the machines as the restriction of withdrawing a specific amount of money from accounts is still in place.
As per the new policy, one can only withdraw $200 per week or 20,000 Afghani.

[GEO.TV] The UN Security Council on Friday called for the "immediate release" of an Emirati-flagged vessel and its crew who have been held by Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... s in Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... since the beginning of January, and a de-escalation of the situation. The Saudi-led military coalition backing Yemen's internationally-backed government against the rebels said the Rwabee was returning from a mission to set up a field hospital and called the seizure an act of piracy.
But the Iran-backed Huthis released images of what they said were military jeeps and weapons on board the vessel, which was captured off the key rebel-held Red Sea port of Hodeida.
In a statement drafted by Britannia and adopted unanimously, the 15-member Security Council "demanded the immediate release of the vessel and its crew and "underscored the necessity of ensuring the crew's safety and well-being."
The Council highlighted "the importance of freedom of navigation in the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea" and urged "all parties to de-escalate the situation in Yemen," including by working with the UN's special envoy to return to the negotiating table.
In a recent letter to the United Nations ...where theory meets practice and practice loses... , the United Arab Emirates noted that the Rwabee's crew consisted of 11 members: 7 Indians (India is a non-permanent member of the Security Council), and others from Æthiopia, Indonesia, Myanmar and the Philippines.

A senior member of British Jewry’s main communal organization has resigned following his suspension over social media posts seen as hostile to Moslems.
Gary Mond, a vice president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews and the treasurer of the UK branch of the Jewish National Fund, a pro-Israel charity committed to strengthening the Jewish state, had written on Facebook that "all civilization" is "at war with Islam," among other social media activity unearthed by a news investigation.

[IsraelTimes] ’There is no substantiated suspicion that justifies an indictment’ against one of two suspects arrested in connection with killings, officials say
The OAG pointed out that a separate case against the man was continuing under Switzerland’s law banning al-Qaeda, IS and related organizations, and over allegations of “depictions of violence.”
Swiss prosecutors said Friday they had dropped their case against one of two young Swiss men arrested in late 2020 for alleged links to a deadly shooting rampage in Vienna.
"In the proceedings against the older of the two accused, the OAG issued a discontinuation order," a spokeswoman from the Office of the Attorney General told AFP in an email.
On November 2, 2020, convicted Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... sympathizer Kujtim Fejzulai
...under the nom de guerre of Abu Dujana al-Albani the very connected*, known wolf ran around a few blocks of Jewish Vienna in a fake bomb vest shooting at people for nine whole minutes before the police shot him down like a rabid dog, all for love of ISIS. He was armed for the occasion with a Serbian assault rifle, a Soviet-type handgun, a machete, and Serbian and Chinese ammunition. He’d been “deradicalized” after returning from fighting in Syria, but clearly it didn’t take.
* Our boy had prayed at the Melit Ibrahim mosque along with the international German-speaking jihadi network around Mirsad Omerovic, head of a Bosnian jihadi group in Vienna and prolific recruiter for the international jihadi pipeline — over 160 sent on to ISIS alone before he was arrested in 2015...
killed four people in Vienna before being rubbed out by police.
It was the first major attack in Austria in decades and the first blamed on a jihadist.
Two Swiss citizens who knew Fejzulai were arrested in the northeastern Swiss town of Winterthur just a day after the attack on suspicion they may have helped in its preparation.
The two, who were 18 and 24 at the time, were already known by police and the targets of prior criminal cases over terror-linked offenses. The eldest of the two was known to have jihadist sympathies with an interest in attacks carried out by the Islamic State group.
In its discontinuation order, seen by AFP, the OAG acknowledged that he had never credibly distanced himself from IS and is believed to have been influenced by its violent mostly peaceful ideology.
But there was no evidence that he had participated in any way in the Vienna attack or had prior knowledge of it.
"There is no substantiated suspicion that justifies an indictment," the OAG concluded.
The OAG pointed out that a separate case against the man was continuing under Switzerland ...home of the Helvetians, famous for cheese, watches, yodeling, and William Tell... ’s law banning al-Qaeda, IS and related organizations, and over allegations of "depictions of violence."
Those charges meanwhile have no link to the Vienna case, the OAG spokeswoman said.
The proceedings against the second man arrested in Switzerland over the Vienna attack were continuing but were in their final phase, she said, stressing that "the presumption of innocence applies."

[THEGUARDIAN] Italian police have detained two men accused of involvement in a series of sexual assaults during New Year’s Eve celebrations in Milan. Abdallah Bouguedra, 21, and Abdelrahman Ahmed Mahmoud Ibrahim, 18, are accused of "serious sexual assault accompanied by the robbery of mobile phones and handbags", Milan’s acting prosecutor, Riccardo Targetti said.
The pair have been held in jug as there is a "concrete danger" of them trying to escape, given the serious allegations against them, Targetti added.
They are alleged to have been among a gang who sexually assaulted at least nine women during during celebrations in front of Milan’s cathedral on Piazza del Duomo. Ibrahim’s lawyer said his client had told police he was at the square but denied any involvement.
Police raided the homes of 18 suspects, including three under the age of 18, on Tuesday. Twelve people are currently being investigated. Police said the suspects are foreign or Italian of north African origin.
The case prompted comparisons with the mass sexual attacks and muggings that took place in the German city of Cologne ...the largest city in North Rhine-Westphalia and the fourth populated city in Germany.... on New Year’s Eve in 2015-16.
Several women, including two Germans who had been visiting Milan, came forward with their reports in the days after New Year’s Eve, with the number rising to nine by Tuesday. Police believe more women were assaulted.
The women shared similar stories of being dragged into the crowd, shoved and groped during the fireworks display. A 19-year-old woman alleged that she was set upon by a gang of youths at about 1.30am and attacked for about a minute before help arrived. Her friend managed to get away.
A Milan investigator told Corriere della Sera that the women were "passed around like rag dolls" and in one incident "one [suspect] held the victim while the other abused her".
The two German women said they were pushed up against barriers and sexually assaulted. They filed their reports after returning to Germany.
One young woman suffered scrapes when her jumper was torn and trousers pulled down. She was taken to hospital by police for examination. Another was attacked on a street close to the square.
Police identified the suspects based on CCTV images, the accounts of the victims and witnesses, as well as via the analysis of social media posts.
Milan’s mayor, Giuseppe "Beppe" Sala, has apologised to the women, "also on behalf of the city".
[NATION.PK] Emir Jamaat-e-Islami ...The Islamic Society, founded in 1941 in Lahore by Maulana Sayyid Abul Ala Maududi, aka The Great Apostosizer. The Jamaat opposed the independence of Bangladesh but has operated an independent branch there since 1975. It maintains close ties with international Mohammedan groups such as the Moslem Brotherhood. the Taliban, and al-Qaeda. The Jamaat's objectives are the establishment of a pure Islamic state, governed by Sharia law. It is distinguished by its xenophobia, and its opposition to Westernization, capitalism, socialism, secularism, and liberalist social mores... (JI), Sirajul Haq ...current head of the Pak Jamaat-e-Islami. Siraj was born in 1962 and entered politics shortly after that... while rejecting the mini-budget has called a meeting of the central leadership at Mansoora on Saturday to discuss the prevailing situation of the country.
In a statement issued here on Friday, he said, "We will not sit silent on anti-people policies of the government."
Sirajul Haq said the economy was on the verge of collapse due to the ill-planning of the PTI. He said the government had made full surrender before the IMF for one billion dollars. The government, he believed, would become ready to impose taxes on air and light if the international monetary fund gave direction for it.
He said the trade deficit had touched $25 billion in the first six months of the current fiscal year. The rulers, he said, were planning to further increase the electricity and gas tariffs. He said people could not afford meals for two times as the earning opportunities had vanished. Millions of youth were jobless and the promise of the prime minister to create jobs proved life, he added.
Holding the former and present government equally responsible for the plight of the masses, Sirajul Haq said the feudal lords and corrupt capitalists were part of the three parties and they were least bothered about the miseries of the common man.
The JI chief said the ruling elite made billions of rupees by looting the country's resources and stashing their money in shell companies. Their (rulers) children were living in palaces but on the other side, millions of poor kids were out of school due to hunger and poverty. He said the government never paid attention to strengthening the system.
Siraj said the JI was not against any party or individual but it was fighting for changing the corrupt system. He said the people should vote for the JI to put the country on track.

[BenarNews] The new leader of Indonesia’s largest Moslem organization is calling for the reform of orthodox Islamic doctrines which, he says, are incompatible with modern realities in the 21st century.
A tradition of tolerance that Moslems across the Indonesian archipelago have practiced for centuries could be an antidote for religious extremism and contribute to global peace, according to Yahya Cholil Staquf, the chairman of Nahdlatul Ulama.
"We will continue our efforts to strengthen Islamic civilization, which has grown and developed in Indonesia for a long time and has been proven up to now to be able to maintain a harmonious socio-cultural order, despite diversity," Yahya told BenarNews during an interview after being elected as the new chief of NU in late December.
