First off, are wearing Coifs of Legal Immunity +3.
At this point there is no de-escalation, only levels of violence. Pop pinky in the mouth like she deserves. See you in court, if you survive your stab wounds.
[ToloNews] Security forces conducted an operation in Shakardara district of Kabul province, killing two ISIS fighters, officials said on Thursday.
A sanctuary of the ISIS group was eliminated in the operation carried out in the Murad Bik village of Shakardar, the officials said, adding that fighting between the Islamic Emirate forces and the ISIS fighters lasted for five hours. Several people including women and kiddies were taken into custody by the security forces.
"Some other members were arrested and their sanctuary was eliminated," said Inamullah Samangani, deputy front man for the Islamic Emirate.
According to officials, the ISIS fighters had been planning many subversive acts from this area.
The resident of the district called on the people of Afghanistan to not allow suspicious individuals in their areas.
"In the morning, the forces of the Islamic Emirate arrived and the festivities started. All of us, including women and kiddies, were horrified," said Obaidullah, a resident of Murad Bik.
"Our operation lasted until 1:00 pm. We succeeded. Their vast and other kabooms are present here. They were involved in the destruction of power pylons in Shakardar," a security force said.
The Islamic Emirate’s forces recently conducted several raids on sanctuaries of the ISISturbans across the country. Previously, the security officials said that several ISIS sanctuaries were destroyed by security forces in the southern province of Kandahar.
[Garowe] The Somali National Army [SNA] has managed to retake four al-Shabaab ...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... villages in Southern Somalia, following an intensive crackdown that comes at the time the country is preparing for Lower House elections.
Southern Somalia especially in parts of Lower/middle Jubba and Lower Shabelle is dominated by the gunnies who have been seeking to topple the fragile UN-backed Somalia administration, which is considered one of the weakest in the world.
Top army officials said most of the liberated villages are in the Bakool region where the SNA has been pursuing the bad boys. It's just early this week the military foiled an al-Shabaab attack according to officials.
"Our troops liberated Gomor, Aboore, Banjina, and Doonful, near the town of Hudur, from terrorists," Abdi Ahmed Adan, a military official in Bakool, told Anadolu Agency over the phone.
The top army officer said the snuffies were driven out with little resistance and there were no casualties in the operations.
Of course — their method is to flow away from attacks, then flood in when government forces leave.
The villages are strategic in the sense that they are major humanitarian assistance routes in the country.
Shiine Moalim Nuurow, the governor of Bakol, was in the area and assured residents that operations against al-Shabaab will continue until all snuffies are driven out from the region, according to Adan.
For the last couple of months, the Somali National Army and the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is
Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... Mission Forces in Somalia have intensified the fight against the al-Shabaab bad boys. Quite a number of towns have been liberated across the country.
Al-Shabaab's latest serious attack was in the capital Mogadishu less than a week ago, where a jacket wallah targeted a convoy of the African Union Mission in Somalia [AMISOM], killing three people and injuring a number of people.
Mohammed Hussein Roble, the Prime Minister of the federal republic of Somalia, visited military bases in the central state of Galmudug ...a semiautonomous region in central Somalia, bordering Puntland on the north. Galmudug is not trying to obtain international recognition as a separate nation, but rather considers itself autonomous within the larger Somali federalism, for what that's worth... on Wednesday, where he commended soldiers and urged them to keep up their "important fight against terrorism."
Al-Shabaab has been seriously degraded according to the State Department but the group can still wage small to large scale sporadic attacks in the country. Thousands of people have died as a result of cowardly attacks waged by the bad boys.

[IsraelTimes] Street festivities again shake Sudan’s capital today, a day after security forces rubbed out 15 protesters in the bloodiest day since the military’s October 25 takeover.
Police fired tear gas to disperse dozens of anti-coup protesters who had stayed on the streets of north Khartoum overnight, braving an intensifying crackdown that has drawn international condemnation, witnesses said.
Police tore down makeshift barricades the protesters had erected the previous day.
Later in the day, dozens of protesters returned to rebuild them and police again fired tear gas in a bid to clear the streets, witnesses say.
"Protesters responded by hurling stones at the police," one witness says.

He fell out with his Islamic mentor, Hasan al-Turabi, tried to impose shariah on the Christian and animist south, resulting in its secessesion, and attempted to Arabize Darfur by unleashing the barbaric Janjaweed on it. Sudan's potential prosperity has been pissed away in warfare that has left as many as 400,000 people dead and 2.5 million displaced. Hee was overthrown by popular consent in 2019. Omar has been indicted for genocide by the International Criminal Court but nothing is expected to come of it... — detained the civilian leadership and declared a state of emergency.
The move upended Sudan’s fragile transition to full civilian rule, drawing international condemnation and a flurry of punitive measures and aid cuts.
[AlAhram] At least 25 people were killed by suspected bad boybutton men in southwest Niger, the government said Wednesday.
Buildings were burned and ransacked in the attack earlier this week near Bakorat village along the border with Mali, Alkache Alhada, the interior minister said in a statement. The government called the attack cowardly and said security sweeps in the area are underway.
This is the latest in a string of bad boy violence linked to al-Qaeda and the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group in the conflict-ridden West African nation, particularly along the border with Mali. Earlier this month suspected Islamic forces of Evil ambushed a self-defense brigade in western Niger killing 69 people and in March, 137 people were killed by button men on cycle of violences who attacked a series of villages along the border.
While no group grabbed credit for this week's attack, al-Qaeda is most prominent in that part of Niger as it has operated there for many years, say conflict analysts.
The attack signifies a continued rise of bad boy violence in the Sahel, the region south of the Sahara Desert, said Laith Alkhouri, CEO of Intelonyx Intelligence Advisory.
``It further denotes the lackluster security measures that keep the borders porous and provide terrorist groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS, who've been competing for dominance, with opportunities to expand,'' he said.

Authorities located 10 bodies, including nine that were left hanging from a bridge in Zacatecas, Mexico, on Thursday morning
A Zacatecas state official said the incident in the city of Cuauhtémoc was most likely tied to ongoing feuds between criminal factions
Some of the victims found hanging from the bridge were allegedly residents of the Zacatecas town of Cuauhtémoc
No arrests had been reported as of Thursday afternoon
Gang-related violence in some parts of Mexico has intensified recently, including in the popular tourist zones of Quintana Roo state.
As of September, 21,495 people had died from violence linked to criminal organizations this year, an average of almost 2,400 per month, according to the government.

I was just in Nuevo Progreso earlier this week. No issues at all. Lots (!!!) of dentists and pharmacies. Apparently it is not an important enough crossing for the cartels to find worth fighting over, so whoever has control just lets things ride.

If there is a retrial will he testify again? He would either have to say what he said this trial or plead the Fifth to avoid a perjury charge, right?
The NBC producer who is responsible for the MSNBC journalist who reportedly followed the #Rittenhouse jury bus to photograph them, has deleted all her social media after she was named by Judge Schroeder & her network banned from the courthouse. https://t.co/1WZrDwJgVL
Following the identification of NBC booking producer Irene Min Joo Byon on Thursday as the person who instructed an independent journalist affiliated with MSNBC to follow the jury bus in the Rittenhouse case, Byon has deleted both her Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. On Thursday afternoon, Kenosha Judge Bruce Schroeder informed the courtroom of an incident regarding a man that identified himself as "James J. Morrison," who was pulled over for going through a red light, and was following the secure jury bus at around a one block distance. He told police that he was working for Irene Byon, who is a booking producer for NBC. NBC later confirmed that this Morrison was working for them at the time.
When confronted by police, who issued him traffic citations, he told the officers that Byon had instructed him to follow the jury bus. As a result, Schroeder has banned MSNBC from the courtroom.
"And last evening a person who identified himself as James J. Morrison, who claimed that he was a producer with NBC news but for MSNBC... under the supervision of someone named Irene Byon in New York, for MSNBC. Police stopped him, because he was following in a distance of about a block," said Schroeder.
Despite Byon deleting much of her social media presence, Twitter users were quick to grab screenshots, confirming her association with NBC.

If this were a different (a sane) America the MSNBC reporter would have been charged with a small handful of criminal violations.
Jury Threats and intimidation Jack Posobiec, the senior editor of Human Events, tweeted out that according to a source within the U.S. Marshals, two jurors are holding up proceedings, “outright citing backlash,” worried about the effect a verdict may have on their jobs and families.
Either way MSNBC may have just made Rittenhouse and some lawyer rich $$$$. Given there are grounds for a Civil suit for violating his Civil Right to a fair and impartial trial.

It turns out that "Jump kick man" was identified by the prosecution and interviewed but refused to testify unless given immunity. They refused but did not disclose his identity to the defence thereby denying them the opportunity to call him to testify. He has a rap sheet a mile long. Even if Rittenhouse is convicted he has ample grounds for appeal.

Of course Stelter the mendacious moron repeated the MSNBC flacks' shameless lies about this yesterday.
Note the Ferret-like language of their statement on the matter:
NBC News statement: "Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation. While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them" (1/2)

This entire trial is Chauvin squared. A complete farce that insults all our most cherished ideas and principles regarding rule of law.
Remember the origins of this sick spectacle: a vicious mob consisting largely of some of our society's most violent psychopaths was allowed to rampage and set a small town alight as the police did nothing.
Because... rayciss. Because... whi' s'premaciss.
Because, in truth, the morons who rule us are determined to maintain their iron grip on power and are cynically using these psychopaths and assorted grifting extortionists to push nonsense, lies and rolling anarchy to demonize anyone who dares to resist their moronic cultural Marxism.
#5
Now their entire defense comes down to a sick parody of the "Mr. Gun Violence did it" non-argument. The disgusting prosecutor and idiot commenters at the NY Times are now literally arguing that a citizen who carries a gun to defend private property during a riot is himself the cause of the riot.
By virtue of having a gun.
Because guns "provoke."
IOW, their beloved doppelgänger, Gun Violence, caused the bipolar, off-his-meds violent ped0phile to
a) travel nearly 2,000 miles to Kenosha
b) leave his paramour there and go off his meds
c) nearly kill himself and check into a hospital
d) leave says hospital and join the mob of hundreds roaming the streets
e) bark at his fellow rioters and beg them to kill him ("shoot me now, n***a!")
f) go to a car lot and help the rioters set dozens of cars on fire
g) rage at a 60 year-old lady, a young man and a 17 year-old gathered to protect property and scream at them, "If I catch you alone I'm gonna f-cking kill you" AND "I'm gonna cut your f-cling heart out"
h) upon 'catching alone' said 17 year-old, actually charge him, causing the kid to run for his life
i) upon catching up to the kid, grabbing the barrel of his gun...
... thereby seeking to simultaneously disarm him AND arm himself -- with that gun which the young man legally possessed and legally held in a case of self-defense that is blindingly obvious that one would have to be as sick mentally as Rosenbaum, Huber, Grosskreutz and DropKick to question the kid's innocence.
And the State and its media lackeys try to tell us that it's the kid who's guilty of "provoking" this disgusting horrific berserk monster?

[IsraelTimes] Israel thanks Ottoman Turkish President Erdogan for helping end saga of Natali and Mordy Oknin, arrested for photographing his Istanbul palace; couple thanks ’entire nation of Israel’.
An Israeli couple held in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... for suspected espionage after photographing the president’s palace was set free early Thursday morning, returning to Israel on a private jet sent by the government to bring them home.
The development ended a week-long saga that had involved concrete fears Mordy and Natali Oknin would be in Ottoman Turkish jail for many years.
The Foreign Ministry sent a jet, along with two senior consular officials, to bring them back and they arrived in Israel shortly after
The couple’s lawyer, Nir Yaslovitzh, returned to Israel earlier in the night, without meeting his clients on Ottoman Turkish soil.
The couple was arrested in Istanbul last week after they photographed Erdogan’s palace in Istanbul while on tour and sent the photo to their family. Media reports have said thousands of tourists — including Israelis — regularly take photos of the palace.
Initial hopes that the misunderstanding would quickly be cleared up were dashed last week when a judge ordered them held for an additional 20 days on suspicion of espionage.
The husband and wife were being held separately and granted intermittent access to an Israeli lawyer and Israeli consular officials.
Israel has firmly and formally rejected the allegation that the Oknins, both of whom are bus drivers for the Egged company, are spies. Natali had featured in advertising campaigns for Egged over the years, and their work colleagues dismissed the notion that they were spies as ridiculous.
Justice Minister Gideon Sa’ar said Wednesday that it was "clear to all" that there was no reason for Ottoman Turkish authorities to arrest the couple.
In addition to its own diplomatic efforts, Israel had enlisted the help of a third country in its attempts to free the couple, the Haaretz newspaper reported. The third country had reportedly worked to pressure Turkey’s leaders to free the Oknins.
However, some men learn by reading. A few learn by observation. The rest have to pee on the electric fence for themselves... Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lior Haiat told Radio 103FM that "no foreign countries were involved in this solution."
In the first public comment by a top Ottoman Turkish official on the affair, Turkey’s Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu claimed on Tuesday that the Oknins had "focused" on Erdogan’s residence while photographing it and "marked it."
He told news hounds that prosecutors believe the Israelis committed "what can be called diplomatic and military espionage," but that "the court will decide."
Ottoman Turkish media on Wednesday included widespread coverage of the case. The local media had previously only mentioned the arrests, in what was seen by Israel as a positive sign, because it would lessen public pressure on Ottoman Turkish officials to hold the couple or make demands.
The delicate diplomacy was further complicated because the two governments do not have ambassadors in each other’s countries due to longstanding tensions between Ankara and Jerusalem.
[IsraelTime] After Bennett and Herzog’s calls to thank Ottoman Turkish leader for release of Oknins, TV report says these were a demand made by the latter for his assistance.
[NY Post] Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted Friday on all charges for shootings that killed two men and injured a third during last year’s violence in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Emotions have been running high in anticipation of the jury’s verdict, with protests and shouting outside the courthouse and Gov. Tony Evers deploying National Guard troops to Kenosha.
The case left Americans divided over whether Rittenhouse, 18, was a patriot taking a stand against lawlessness or a vigilante.
The teen faced five charges, including intentional homicide in the fatal shootings of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, as well as attempted homicide for wounding Gaige Grosskreutz, 27.
Judge Bruce Schroeder threw out a weapons charge against Rittenhouse on a technicality over the length of the gun’s barrel.
A seventh count against the teen for violating curfew on the night of the shootings was also dismissed after the judge ruled that prosecutors failed to present sufficient evidence.
Rittenhouse was 17 when he brought a semi-automatic rifle and a medical kit to Kenosha in what he claims was an effort to protect businesses as riots broke out on Aug. 25, 2020, following the police shooting of Jacob Blake, a black man who was left paralyzed from the waist down.
Critical Theory teaches that all human interactions are governed entirely by membership of dominant or marginalized groups and that these have deterministic qualities related to success. People who believe simplistically and uncritically in the notion of white privilege are going to have difficulty accepting the ability of non-white people to rise above their disadvantages and make the best of their lives. Their whole philosophy requires this to be impossible and this can lead them into the pursuit of a self-fulfilling prophecy which trashes the legacy of the gains that have been made by black and pro-black campaigners in the last fifty years.

[IsraelTimes] Police say assailant was a 16-year-old Paleostinian; one of the officers moderately hurt, the other lightly injured
A Paleostinian teenager stabbed two border guards in an alleyway in Jerusalem’s Old City on Wednesday, police said.
The assailant, identified by Paleostinian media as Amr Abu-Assab, was shot by an armed civilian who was passing by and then again by the Border Police officers he’d attacked. He was pronounced dead at the scene. According to police, Abu-Assab was 16 years old from East Jerusalem.
In graphic video footage from the scene that was released by the police (below), the border guards can be seen walking past Abu-Assab near the Ateret Cohanim Yeshiva in the Old City.
Once their backs were turned, the teenager took out a knife and stabbed the male border guard in the head. The female Border Police officer then pushed Abu-Assab away from her partner, pinning him to the wall and grappling with him.
The teenager stabbed her a number of times, including in the head, before the passerby shot him.
A good reason to expand concealed carry permits, at minimum to members of the IDF Reserve.
The female officer, 19, sustained light-to-moderate injuries in the attack and the male officer, 20, sustained light injuries. She was taken to Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus for treatment, and he was taken to Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem.
In addition to the head wound, the male officer sustained a leg wound after he was struck by a fragment of the bullet fired by the armed civilian.
Following the attack, police conducted raids in the Issawiya neighborhood of East Jerusalem, where Abu Assab was from, making a number of arrests, including the attacker’s parents.
The Hamas, the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®, terror group praised the attack, calling it a "heroic commando operation," and claiming Abu-Assab as a member of the organization.
"This is the latest confirmation that our people’s revolution against the occupation will continue until the occupier is swept away," said spokesperson Hazim Qasim.
Officers sweeping the area after the attack detained several suspects for questioning on suspicion they were connected to the alleged attacker. Jerusalem District Police Commander Doron Turgeman later held a situational assessment briefing at the scene of the attack.

Juana Ruiz Sanchez Rishmawi, a Spanish citizen married to a Paleostinian, had worked for the Health Work Committees since 1993. The Israeli military issued an order in January 2020 declaring the group to be illegal. Rishmawi, along with several others, was arrested soon afterward.

[IsraelTimes] Richard Tobin, 20, plotted with members of US neo-Nazi ...adherents of a philosophy that was seen even at the time as pure evil, which makes them either consciously and purely evil, or attention-seeking ratbags. Pick one, or both.... group ’The Base’ to vandalize properties belonging to Jewish or Black groups
A New Jersey man accused of conspiring with members of a white supremacist group to vandalize synagogues in the United States Midwest was sentenced on Tuesday to a year and a day in prison, according to NJ.com.
Richard Tobin, 20, was charged in federal court with conspiracy against the rights of minority citizens, a charge that can carry a maximum sentence of 10 years. Tobin was accused of plotting with members of the neo-Nazi group "The Base" to vandalize properties belonging to Jewish or Black groups in 2019 when he was 18 years old.
Law enforcement officials became aware of Tobin after a number of synagogues in the Midwest were vandalized in 2019. Tobin had dubbed the plot "Kristallnacht" after the 1938 night of terror in Nazi Germany in which synagogues and Jewish businesses were destroyed and nearly one hundred Jews were murdered.
Tobin was alleged to have planned the attacks and directed other members of the group located in the Midwest on how to execute the attacks from his home in Brooklawn, New Jersey.
According to the Anti-Defamation League, The Base is a neo-Nazi group that "embraces Hitlerian ideology" and "envisions a coming race war." Tobin pleaded guilty to the charges earlier this year, saying he was enraged by the site of Black shoppers at a nearby mall and felt "triggered by the state of the country."
Rachael A. Honig, New Jersey’s acting US attorney who prosecuted the case, celebrated the sentence in a statement.
"Richard Tobin encouraged hateful acts of violence against individuals and their houses of worship, based on their religion or the color of their skin," Honig said in a statement, according to NJ.com.

[NYPOST] Members of an Iranian hacking group accessed confidential US voting information and infiltrated a media outlet’s computer network in an attempt to intimidate Democratic voters in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election, federal prosecutors said Thursday.
The two suspects, who were indicted by a grand jury in Manhattan federal court, downloaded confidential voter data from 100,000 voters in an unnamed state in September and October 2020, prosecutors said.
They then used the data in an attempt to intimidate voters by sending out threatening emails while posing as members of the far-right group the Proud Boys, according to the indictment.
"You are currently registered as a Democrat and we know this because we have gained access into the entire voting infrastructure," the email stated.
"You will vote for Trump on Election Day or we will come after you. Change your party affiliation to Republican to let us know you received our message and will comply," it continued.
Also in October 2020, the hackers sent emails and social media messages to members of the Trump campaign, Republican politicians and members of the media that claimed Democrats were planning to alter mail-in ballots and register non-existent voters, prosecutors charged.
The messages included a video that purported to show a member of the Proud Boys hacking into state voter websites and using stolen voter information, according to the feds.
The hackers also gained access to an unidentified media company’s computer network, and sought to use it to further spread disinformation about the 2020 presidential election.
The hackers’ attempt to use the media outlet’s network was thwarted by the FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... and the company itself, prosecutors said.
The two charged suspects, Seyyed Mohammad Hosein Musa Kazemi, 24, and Sajjad Kashian, 27, worked for a cybersecurity company, Emennet Pasargad, that has worked with the Iranian government, prosecutors said.
The suspects are not in jug and US authorities are offering a reward of up to $10 million for information about their activities.
In a statement, Damian Williams, the US attorney for the Southern District of New York, said Sherlocks are looking to bring Kazemi and Kashian to heel.
"The United States will never tolerate any foreign actors’ attempts to undermine our free and democratic elections," he said.
"As a result of the charges unsealed today, and the concurrent efforts of our U.S. government partners, Kazemi and Kashian will forever look over their shoulders as we strive to bring them to justice," Williams added.
